Excellent fridge. Plenty of room and door storage.

First time with French doors & bottom freezer. Enjoying both.

Received our new LG appliances for our kitchen. The black stainless looks great. Have only had for several days and still learning all the bells and whistles. Best Buy was great to work with and very helpful with questions which lead us to LG. Deliver was on time and set up was great.

Love the counter depth--and the features are wonderful!

So far so good , love the ice water maker in door and under.

Exactly what we wanted. But we had some trouble when installing and I tried twice to reach Jay Pasztor, leaving a message the last time. We figured out the problem ourselves but it was disrespectful not to call us back.

Great fridge I really trust the LG brand, the only issue we have had so far is the top ice maker will clog up by the water line so you have to be vigilant.

No complaints. Keeps food cold. Shelving conveniently laid out although typically you need to open both doors to get something. chilled water and crushed ice a welcome amenity for those who like to keep hydrated. Works well in our home’s fridge space which was designed for counter depth.

Excellent at purchase and excellent on installment. we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and installment of our new appliances. Roger Lopez was a very good at meeting our every need and showing us the differences to me our particular needs.

I love the fridge. Love the alarm that goes off if it isn't shut all the way. Still adjusting to the freezer layout because we are used to having a side-by-side, but that will come with time. Water dispenser is pretty slow, but at least we have one again. Looks good with our other LG appliances.

I love the ice feature, comes with crushed or cubes ice and has an extra ice tray. The side trays are deep and hold lots.

It 's been a little over a month since delivery, but so far so good. We like the refrigerator, but time will tell. Installation team was excellent.

So far an excellent product (from the operational & esthetic point of view). The only weakness I detected is that it just shows the setting temperatures for refrigerator & freezer but not the actual interior ones.

I’m about a year and a half in and the compressor is dead and the water filter head broke. Warranty just expired.

When you combine features, look, build, and price, this is a no-brainer refrigerator. That said, only time will tell as many modern refrigerators have "failure" engineered into them in the form of mediocre compressors.

Counter depth refrigerators hold a lot less food than full size refrigerators. It takes a little planning to avoid overbuying at the grocery store.

As advertised. Quiet, easy access, good internal lighting, makes ice quickly. Outer surface does smudge, but is easily cleaned.

Like the added bonus of the ice plus in which ice cube are made in the freezer compartment also. Though you have to be careful in closing the doors on both the refrigerator and freezer compartment That they close completely.
