    The positives are it’s looks, interior space, layout. What bugs me is that it takes one minute to fill a large cup with the water dispenser. Shutting the door is also noisy, as the bottles shift around in the bottle shelf. Also not being able to customize fridge and freezer temps more than a few degrees. I don’t want things that cold! However only time will tell if this is a good unit that lasts a decade at least. Price was pretty good though.

    This refrigerator is only 2 years old. After a year we started having issues with the bottom drawer not closing. It was a fiasco getting the guy to repair it even under our warranty. We constantly have issues with our ice machine but nobody ever responds to our calls so I cancelled our geek squad protection cause what’s the point they never want to come fix it!

    A great fridge, but I am deducting one star for its inferior ice. The "cubes" setting produces nuggets about 1/3 the size of actual cubes, and they melt too fast. Very happy otherwise.

    Have had LG Counter Depth refrigerator for about three weeks. It looks great and fits really well in our small kitchen. it is great having the ice and water in the door.

    If you need a counter depth fridge or a full size won’t fit through your door, this is the one for you. A little more money than the Samsung, but higher quality.

    Great Refrigerator. Counter depth makes the back of the shelves very accessible and visible. I don't feel like its any smaller than the regular size.

    The double doors are not as convenient or efficient as a single door. And the icemaker is much louder than the Amana that we had. Otherwise it is fine.
