This is my second LG in the last 8 years. The repair bill would have been $1500 to fix it. Cheaper in the long run to just buy a new one. The only reason with went with another LG was because they had it in stock, unable to wait. Much preferred a GE.

So far, I'm happy with this refrigerator. There's much more usable space than in my previous side by side. However, I was disappointed in the color. It really isn't BLACK Stainless -- instead it's more like Steel Gray.

I would give the refrigerator 5 stars except the one delivered to me was an open box with several dents in it. I am supposed to be getting a new one in December. I love the fridge itself.

I really wanted to love this fridge, but it didn't work out. The overall appearance is nice, but you can definitely see fingerprints. The fridge is very noisey, and the ice/water dispenser leaks. Also, the freezer didn't freeze properly. It had to be set to negative degrees in order to freeze.

I bought this refrigerator just over a year ago, and im already having issues. I had an error code so I shut it off and defrosted overnight as the LG manual says. Now the refrigerator is not cooling at all.

We are very happy with the LG fridge. However, I have been trying for weeks to get a $29.95 refund for the hose and plumbing hookup part that the deliverymen brought but which we didn't need.
I contacted my adviser, Delroy, but he does not answer.

The noisest refrigerator I've ever had. Can't watch tv in our open floorplan with the refrigerator in the kitchen. Might put it in the basement or garage or sell it. Fan noise is unacceptable.

I received my refigerator on 2/12. The line on the ice make on the top door is leaking. we finally had to turn off the water because of it and the BB people are coming to look at it today from 12-5. We have had it off now for 2 weeks. No ice... so hopefully it is something easy to remedy or else we are getting a new one and that will take some time since we dont live in Waco.

Delivered 5/2021 & still unable to use the water and ice due to chemical taste . Over 20 calls to LG for resolution resulting in almost as many promises to have supervisor call to resolve. Now I call monthly to have on record my attempts to resolve under factory warranty. Just waiting for extended warranty to kick in so Best Buy has to deal with LG.

The connecting waterline I was sold did not fit on the copper line to the refrigerator. I was never told I had to have a particular of connector line and received no written instructions about that. Rather than saying they would come back with the correct hookup, I was told to hire my own plumber, when I was charged for installation.

We have owned this refrigerator less than a year. It started leaking from the bottom causing water damage on the wall behind it and the wood of our cabinets. It is also already leaking from the water/ice dispenser.

Looks nice, that is about it. Had high hopes but only after a year of ownership this is a defrosting nightmare and the motors are quite noisy. Simply unacceptable. We are shopping for a replacement already.
