We did a lot of research before purchasing this particular model. It looks outstanding in our kitchen. The Thin Q app controls many excellent features, and the craft ice is a wow factor for our guests. The quick open door is a great feature and convenience. I Highly recommend—this LG product.

So far I LOVE this appliance. The door in door, the dispenser, the middle draw - choose what you want to do with it. I choose countertop size, great as it’s just me and my husband and it does not stick out as much (plus we moved our old fridge outside). Nothing not to like

So far we like it very much. The side door storage is a bit narrow. Otherwise we are happy so far. The craft ice looks great. Makes just several a day but it’s all fine so far.

So far this refrigerator has been great. The only issue is when we dont use the ice maker it clumps up. We don't feel that is anything to do with the function of the freezer.

Customer service was excellent and the representive was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The refrigerator is more than what we expected value wise and the wife totally loves it.

I love the counter depth it gives 4 inches of floor space back to our kitchen. So many features i love. Door w/I a door. Energy saver for most frequently used items. Craft ice, extra freezer space with conversion drawer, consistent temp, black steel color very sleek and easy to keep clean.

My wife LOVES this refrigerator. She calls the middle door "the party drawer" - that's where all the beer goes. As a bonus, it makes craft ice for my whiskey. Good job LG!

From the standpoint of a refrigerator/freezer it is great. From an ice maker not so much. This LG refrigerator replaced an LG refrigerator that I was very happy with until it croaked. Not sure how old that one was as it was included when we bought the house 1 year ago. The old one made great ice, just not enough of it when we had guests. Since the new one had two ice makers, I thought it would be good for get-togethers. Really didn't know what "craft" ice was until I got the fridge. If you don't use ice very often this may not be an issue for you. For me, I use it every day. I drink about 4 LARGE glasses of Ice Tea and water every day. My complaint is the upper ice maker. The cubes are tiny. My guess is about 1/3 the size the previous LG fridge had. You can put 2-3 inches of them in a glass with a cold drink (from fridge) and they will all be melted in 10-15 minutes. It needs to be called a "Drink Diluter" rather than an Ice Maker. Yes, I know I can use the craft ice (ice balls about 2" in diameter). Since it only produces 3 (or 6) in 18-30 hours, I would be using more than can it can produce. Which segue's into the Fridge complaint. Only one about the fridge itself, the lower shelf on left door. It is not as deep as the two above it. Can't put much in it. The only reason I can see that this was done, was for aesthetics so the front edge of the 3 shelves all line up. I measured and you can put one of the upper shelves in that spot. Hopefully I can find a parts manual online and order one of the upper shelves. FYI - I've had it only 2 weeks and it doesn't make ANY ice for first 2-3 days.

Fridge is poor quality. Ice machine in the door works inconsistent. To the point where the entire water/ice function is disabled because of the error. For the price you would think you are "paying for what you get," but it is likely one would be better off with a lower priced fridge for the same functionality. Gets the 2nd start for the craft ice feature but the rest is extremely disappointing. Sadly it has the potential but LG gave zero care for quality.

It's a good refrigerator. Sleek design and counter fit looks nice in the kitchen.

Love my new French Door Refrigerator. It is roomy and has so many incredible features! One of those stand-out features is the temperature-adjustable center drawer, perfect when entertaining and being able to set to chill wine.
