Love my new French Door Refrigerator. It is roomy and has so many incredible features! One of those stand-out features is the temperature-adjustable center drawer, perfect when entertaining and being able to set to chill wine.

The fridge is like no other, my favorite part is the specialty Ice. I had no idea a fridge could make round ice. 10/10 recommend

I bought this refrigerator in November 2020. It started giving me a problem with ice making and cooling in January, even less than 2 months. Then it completely stopped working on 2/7/2021. I had to throw so much food on Super Bowl Sunday morning. The CL E error code is related to a compressor issue. The part is not even available for 2 months. I requested a replacement. I didn’t want to deal with the repair since it is definitely a lemon with a major defect. This appliance is not reliable. It will give the same problem over and over even with the replacement of the compressor. Who wants to exchange a compressor at a brand new $4000 worth refrigerator?! Best Buy doesn’t want to do anything for a customer since their 15 day return period is over and I didn’t buy their Geek Squad protection. LG’s replacement or reimbursement process takes up to 6 weeks. The approval is not even guaranteed. They may attempt to repair first. I have already lived without a refrigerator for a month and now unsure how long I have to live without a refrigerator.

The refrigerator was purchased from Best Buy in June 2023. Today the refrigerator stop working. In less than a year I am without a refrigerator with food in coolers and borrowed coolers. I've contacted LG and they are working on it. Not the kind of experience one would expect after paying $3200 for an LG. I will update this post on how quickly LG can fix this problem.

I Love my new LG Refrigerator even though it’s a lot smaller on the inside. I’m adjusting to the new space and enjoying the features.

I am furious with Best Buy. My refrigerator I purchased in January and had delivered on February 1st is leaking. I also took a picture of the unit I purchased to make sure I received the same one. When my refrigerator was delivered it now has a dent

I bought the newest model of this refrigerator back in December. 2 days after delivery, the door wouldn’t open. They sent me somebody to fix it and 1 week later, it stopped dispensing water and ice. I requested an exchange and I never got contacted EVER by Best Buy about my exchange. Finally, in March. I physically visited the store and they told me that they didn’t have any other to replace it so I had to settle for this older model. By the way, upon delivery, they damaged my gate with their truck. Now waiting for insurance claim to go through so I can fix it

This review is for the fridge not for BestBuy: This refrigerator is a joke. It broke after one year. Big issues cooling and keeping stuff cold. The ice in the ice compartment melted and the water dispenser started to leak. Good luck getting help calling LG customer service. You will waste your time, hours, just waiting on the line getting no where

We had to buy a replacement for our fridge that died and this one fit into our house and space well. As far as dislikes, we don't love that it's more shallow than our old fridge (shallow even for a counter-depth option) and we do not like that when you open the freezer drawer, the top tray opens with the bottom. The craft ice maker is great for us, (works really well for iced coffee) but it would be nice if the tray was about half the size so it wouldn't take up so much freezer space (which is less than we would like). That being said, if we do need more freezer space, we have the option of the flex drawer which is pretty great. It would be nice if the dividers locked into place like the samsung ones, but overall we prefer this option since you can make it either a freezer or a fridge. It's also great to have a drawer you can pull out without opening the fridge doors...I hated on my old french door fridge how we had to open both doors all the way wide in order to pull out our deli drawer. The third drawer solves that problem. We love our door-in-door and it fits taller items in the bottom part wonderfully. The compartments in the door could stand to be a little deeper, particularly on the icemaker side - we can't fit larger jars in there at all. We do love that the shelves inside are fairly adjustable and that there is an option to slide one back halfway if you need to put tall items inside the main part of the fridge. The stainless steel on this actually does deter fingerprints well, which is great. The water dispenser and ice dispenser have been working well. Overall it's a very nice fridge. It would be nice to have more freezer space and flexibility within the freezer, but it's been a great fridge for us so far.

After deciding to part with our ancient refrigerator, we looked to Best Buy for a replacement. We wanted a reliable refrigerator, with a few bells and whistles. This one met our needs and more! It’s attractive, bigger than we expected, and looks great in our kitchen. There’s ice galore, no fingerprints, and a fantastic door-in-door. Thus far, we’re certainly pleased with this purchase!

We are extremely happy with our new LG refrigerator. It is a counter-depth, but surprisingly roomy. The door-in-door option holds a lots of "stuff" that would normally crowd your shelves. The only draw-back is the water is a little loud when it fills up in the frig and the ice makes a lot of noise when it is dumping.

Great fridge and the craft ice makes it even better. The shelf has limited adjustments but we love the bright interior lighting and the door-in-door feature. The in door ice and water is great and having the present water fill is a nice feature. The amount of ice in the door reserve can be an issue if you have a large usage rate but it will refill in a reasonable time.

This LG refrigerator fit our counter depth location and needs perfectly. The door-in-door is ideal for coffee creamer and other quick access items, the shelves cleverly adjust, the drawer is perfect for drinks, or could be used for snacks, and my favorite part is the craft ice maker, very cool. Drawbacks might be that the regular in-the-door ice maker doesn’t hold a lot of ice, so for entertaining or a thirsty bunch, this may not be the model for you. It also tends to spit ice a little far and wide for a smallish glass, but it is fine for larger cups. Counter depth fits our kitchen, but the extra space of a full depth would be nice. This unit has WiFi connectivity, which is kind of interesting, but I don’t think it really accomplishes a lot. The water filter is easy to access and change. Very nice looking fridge, and the doors/drawers operate smoothly. I have only had this for about 2 months, but would definitely recommend it if the ice maker capacity and size meets your needs. The craft ice feature undoubtedly adds cost, but it is worth it for me.

I love my new French door refrigerator! I was worried it would not have enough room but it just takes a little adjustment as I have never had a French door refrigerator before. I love the door in door and we use the middle drawer as our beverage center for can and bottled drinks on one side and cold meat section on the other instead of using as additional freezer space. We have a separate stand alone freezer so didn't need the extra freezer space. We love the craft ice in addition to the regular ice maker. Yes you don't get many at a time but I love the huge cubes so you drink doesn't get watered down so far. I just keep making them and bagging them so I have a good supply on hand. I like the water and ice dispenser in the door and you can do measured amounts of water but I have not really used that feature much yet. I think once summer comes and I am mixing iced tea it will come in handy. Everything works great and I am glad I purchased this item.

We are so thrilled with our selection of this LG with all its wonderful features. We love having the middle drawer for our daily snacks; yogurt, cheeses, puddings and more. If we ever need some additional freezer space we can change it to freeze. Refrigerated drawer to freezer drawer and back and forth as necessary. Love the door on the door where we can easily get drinks out without letting all the cold air out. Last, but not least, is the craft ice it makes! Very cool!!!! Dogs like it also! Now, if it’s keeps up its great performance for years to come; it will be our favorite of all time. NO STRANGE NOISES (biggest complaint with previous refrigerator’s). And no konking out before it’s lived a long life!

This is the coolest (pun intented) fridge! Cool globe ice cubes (we dubbed them fridge eggs), love the dual drawer, plenty of freezer storage, the door in door is absolutely amazing, plenty of space and even shelves that have close so you have room for surprise tall items, app that tells you the health of the fridge and if any filters need to be changed, like it is the best thing ever and I guess that makes me officially old now.

Really pleased with our purchase overall. I didn't realize how much we would enjoy the dual ice makers but it is very handy. This is partially because the in-doir ice maker doesn't have a very high capacity and our household can empty it pretty fast on a weekend. The flexibility of the pullout drawer with temp control is a great feature too. We like the metallic finish on the shelves. It looks so much nicer than white plastic.

This LG refrigerator looks great in my kitchen. The door in door feature is really nice. And the flex drawer has easy access and the option to change to refrigeration or freezer is great. The craft ice is a fun feature, the round ice is fantastic. The storage in the door is very limited however.
