We have reviewed many refrigerators & I finally found a model that met all our wishes. The fridge has the middle drawer that flexes between fridge or freezer. This model has 2 ice makers. One with craft ice. The craft ice does not dilute your drinks. The door in door feature is handy to access drinks & frequently used food products.

I am in love with this refrigerator! The door in door feature is great as is the convertible freezer/fridge drawer. The counter depth is great too no more mystery packages in the back of the fridge!!

I have had frig for a month. It has so many good features. I really like the idea of the convertible drawer and two ice maker features. It fit into my space perfectly. I would recommend it to a friend.

Best Buy salesman was more than helpful. The delivery people were highly professional. We get the round(globular) ice in the inside big tray but no ice cubes in the same tray. All in all, we are very satisfied with our new purchase.

Deli drawer, craft ice....what more could I ask for?!? AND it fits perfectly in our kitchen, as if it were custom made for us! Just wish we could get the water to stop tasting like a garden hose (service tech coming to check since we've already purged well over 15 gallons of water and are unable to drink from the water dispenser).

we love this refrigerator, for a counter depth has a lot of space and everything its organize. My family loves the ice machine, those ice ball are the best. Energy saving and great design.

We are enjoying our new refrigerator, so far! I purchased the smaller version by accident and it was just way too small for my family of four that includes two growing teenagers. This refrigerator has a lot of door storage and has really spacious shelving. It is nice and deep. The two drawers are both freezers and I like that I can keep breakfast waffles, ect and ice cream in the top drawer, while the frozen pizzas and protein options are separated in a movable divided bottom drawer. The ice and water in the door are really nice and this refrigerator is much quieter than the smaller original one we purchased. If there was a negative to this it would be that the handles show smears when you open/close the doors. I feel like I spend more time wiping the handles down even though I believe that they are supposed to show less fingerprints. The local Best Buy employees were very helpful in facilitating an exchange/take away and the delivery/install of our new forever refrigerator! Overall, We are very happy with our purchase thus far!!!

I LOVE this refrigerator! I am enjoying the door in door with easy access to our most used beverages. The middle drawer is a great for whatever we need it for, and the craft ice! It's easy to keep clean too!

So far so good. The counter depth refrigerator has less interior space than a full depth refrigerator which is more limiting than I realized but since it's only me I guess I will live with it. LOL! On the other hand, items don't tend to get lost in the back of the refrigerator. I wish the top drawer of the freezer didn't pull out so far when you open the drawer and want to get into the bottom of the freezer also. It's kind of in the way and you can't push it in further. But I'm still happy with my purchase. Hope it lasts as long as my first refrigerator - 40 years and still going strong - but since I remodeled my kitchen I felt it was due for an update!

Great fridge! Lots of space in several different places. Love two ice makers one for regular ice the craft ice is pretty cool. The craft ice is NOT as reliable as I would like; it doesnt always make them and NOT full ball.

Hey there! Just wanted to share with you how much I'm loving my new refrigerator. It's absolutely awesome! The silver color perfectly matches all my appliances, and the ice machine is a game-changer. I really liked the cube ice it makes. The fridge has a good amount of room, and the separate section that can turn into a freezer is a fantastic feature. There's plenty of space for all my frozen goodies! Oh, and I can't forget to mention how much I appreciate the half-open door and full door open options. It's so convenient!

Great refrigerator! We were a little concerned when we first got it because it was so different from our old one, but when we got accustomed to using the door in door and the convertible drawer we were hooked on it. I still haven't figured out the craft ice, but I'm working on it.

It took 4 cancellations due to back order situation or some other reason where they had to reschedule. We finally received it. Overall, the refrigerator is attractive and smaller than what I’m used to. The converter drawer helps. However, the freezer section is quite small. The craft ice dispenser takes up 1/3 of the top freezer shelf. The converter drawer could be use for another freezer drawer if need be but we needed that for refrigerator space. I probably would not order the counter depth again only because we need more space.

Overall, we are happy with the refrigerator. It is obviously on the smaller side so the storage area is not all that big. But we knew that in advance so it does not affect us in that capacity. We really like the glass door feature and the craft ice. The middle drawer is a plus too to use for when we do have a higher need for freezing or just refrigerating items.

I love our new fridge. Love the drawers that you can get favorite items without opening up whole fridge. Door option with milk and favorite items works great not having to open up whole fridge and let out the cold. Love the double ice maker too.

The best and most expensive fridge I ever purchased! My old Kenmore gave up after 8years and I couldn’t be more happier with this one! I believe it has a 10 year warranty for the compressor which is better than the 1 year warranty I got for my Kenmore. We have the counter depth model and it really provides a lot of room for big bulky items from Costco. The middle drawer is perfectly convenient for snacks for the kids and wine bottles too and we’ve easily converted it to a freezer when needed. Also the craft ice has become quite the popular item in my household - we use it everyday I’m scared we can’t live without it now! Lastly, Best Buy delivered my new fridge in less than 2 days after purchasing it online which was super convenient. The delivery service, installation, and removal was flawless and very well handled. Overall an impressive fridge with the LG piece of mind!

This fridge has many bells and whistles. We love the in-door ice maker combo with the craft ice spheres in the freezer. Very unnecessary, but very amazing if you like cocktails that aren’t watered down! Fridge has plenty of space, even as a counter depth and the flexible middle drawer is great. Marking down to a 4 because at times when it is quiet in the kitchen, you can hear the compressor run, which on a brand new unit at this price point should be more of a hum and less of a rattle. Overall would buy again.

Fridge is awesome! We went from a full size side by side. Wasn't sure if the counter depth would have enough space for our family of four. The fridge is plenty big enough due to how organized the shelves are plus the door on door feature. The middle door we use for bottle/can drinks which frees up the main fridge. Craft ice is a good bonus and great for parties! The black stainless is sleek and easy to keep clean. It is not magnetic which helps keep it clutter free! Only issue we had was the water line install. We purchased delivery with "new" water line installation from Best Buy. When the fridge arrive the delivery team brought it inside but informed us they do not do "new" water line installations. I had to go back to Best Buy and get a refund for the installation purchase. They refunded me the money but now I had to find someone to install the water line. Big bummer we had to wait once we had the fridge ☹️
