Looks great. Smart features. Don’t know about the ice yet since Best Buy couldn’t do the water line install in my house which I paid for but the fridge is awesome. Everything fits well and I thought things weren’t going to fit. Love it so far.

Excellent refrigerator. Size is great 2 people and prevents items from being pushed to back and lost. Most will know what I mean. Also the center drawer is separate on climate control and it amazing with keeping meats for longer. Hamburger and steaks stayed good for over 2 weeks which is unheard of. Amazingly designed and very stylish.

Major upgrade from my previous fridge. Absolutely love all the features, extra drawer, two in one door, craft ice maker, etc. Holds everything I could need. My only issue is that the ice maker inside the door had the ice freeze together so it wouldn’t come out. Hoping that’s not a long term issue, but it could be. Craft ice machine is great but be prepared for it to be slow. I think it took 1-1.5 weeks for us to see any ice made from it, but it works great!

Gorgeous fridge, love the sleek look, plus very practical w/ see through door, custom chill drawer, and ice maker. Also nice that it's counter depth and quiet.

It was very much a needed upgrade from the garbage Samsung refrigerator we replaced. However, there are some changes I would make. The slide out drawer doesn’t provide enough slide for the top shelf. If the shelf sat down further, and slid back and forth on a different rail.. it would be easier to access the bottom drawer. Also .. I don’t like the tray underneath the water filter. I feel like after time water spots could stain or form deposits on that tray which will be hard to clean. If there was a drain and a removable tray there… that would be a better design and easier to keep clean. However.. I do love the refrigerator

Love this refrigerator! Waited a while to do a review - purchased in September and have not had a single issue. Love the different types of ice, especially the craft. Refrigerator keeps to the degree I set it to. Including the middle drawer. Have only left it as a refrigerator and not changed it to freezer to check how it handles. I did purchase the counter depth and could not be more happier. You do need to be organized as others suggested. Freezer is a little small but again, get organized. One small negative, I am over it now but when i first purcahsed, I really noticed how the freezer did not glide smoothly back(suck in) to shut like my old one did. Otherwise, I have jokingly told people I love this frig more than my own kids. It is taller than states - I had to have a carpenter notch out the cabinets above it to fully get the benefit of buying counter depth.

We ended up buying this refrigerator that is counter depth, and although it’s a bit smaller, it’s pretty roomy. Looks very attractive and the middle drawer’s versatility is a nice touch. Mind you we’ve only had it for a month but no complaints!

I love the features on this LG refrigerator! The craft ice is a nice addition for when I’m entertaining; the ice balls don’t always come out perfectly round but it’s not a big deal. The instaview compartment is great because I save money on energy. Very spacious. Awesome addition to my kitchen!

This is absolutely beautiful and has lots more useable space than my other (larger) refrigerator because of the unique design. The icemaker is virtually silent. I love the light in the door. The center drawer is perfect for lunchmeats, cheeses, and other frequently accessed items. Counter Depth gave me back a whole 10 inches of my kitchen pathway. I am very happy so far with LG, and I am very happy with Best Buy, sales, service, installation, and instructions from Geek Squad were extremely helpful.

Love this new fridge, especially the round craft ice and the easy access door. Also like the flex drawer that can be fridge or freezer. Using it for deli items and it is extremely convenient. Haven't had it for long, but so far, very pleased. Only negative is that I had to fight with Best Buy to get a price adjustment when they lowered the price, and then they only did it partially! Also noticed a small dent by the LG logo on the right fridge door. Just cosmetic but given the price, it should be perfect. These are problems with Best Buy, not the fridge....

Love this refrigerator! I like the door in door feature. Put all the things that I commonly grab without having to open the entire refrigerator and let cold air out. Very stylish. Love the craft ice.

Love this refrigerator! From the see through door to the craft ice balls, it’s everything you could want and more for an every day appliance. Two minor issues that may frustrate some is the ice in the door tends to stick together a lot. We don’t use it much since we have the craft ice, so no problem for us. The other issue is the doors don’t align and the strip between them doesn’t rotate to close. We have to manually move it before closing the doors. Adjusting the doors resolves the alignment but we haven’t found the perfect setting.

It is surprising that we use the door in door almost exclusively. It is very nice to limit the amount of time that we are in the main refrigerator. The overall layout is nice and with the counter depth and the refrigerator on top everything is visible and accessible. The middle drawer is handy as a freezer for regularly accessed items. The main freezer would be nice if it was larger but it works well for the size that it is.

The fridge is very modern looking and sleek. Everybody that has seen it has commented on how great it looks, and the overall aesthetic it brings to the kitchen. The instaview window is a cool feature to show off to friends, but ultimately isn't very practical. Overall, it seems to use space efficiently, and it seems like we can fit more stuff than our previous fridge, even with the counter depth taking off a couple inches. That said, we had to move some shelving around to simply fit a 12 pack of beer bottles onto a shelf, since they are naturally spaced a little funny. The freezer isn't huge, especially with the craft ice bin taking up shelf space, so if you freeze a lot of things, it may not be for you. A couple of small gripes from our personal product experience is 1) the water stream on ours comes out slightly crooked, which may not seem like a big deal, but at this price point it was a little annoying. It also doesn't fill up a cup very fast. 2) The main ice maker works great/fast, but doesn't hold THAT much ice for parties or coolers - it also had one situation where a ball of ice got stuck at the top, so the ice maker "thought" it was full, when it was practically empty - i had to manually remove the blockage. 3) The craft ice is a cool feature, but it's been about 4-5 weeks and we our craft ice still isn't perfectly round (the manual says this COULD be a water pressure thing, but can't be totally sure, since our water pressure seems fine otherwise in our kitchen). 4) The middle drawer is awesome (we use ours for canned beverages and wine), but could technically be additional freezer space (although it's not very tall or deep - for example, you can't fit a 12-pack "fridge pack" of cokes). 5) I have connected this to the LG app, and the smart features are not very interesting, although I'm not sure what I was expecting. Overall, we have been happy with the purchase, however we've learned that you pay a premium for some of these non-practical features (craft ice and insta view) and you might be just as pleased with a fridge that does the basics really well (water dispenser and space efficiency).

Sleek design, very well organized inside. very well made water and ice dispenser on the front door. Ultra quiet and just well made compared to Samsung refrigerators. Downside is cannot put fridge magnets on this fridge as it will not stick. Water filters are pricey between $43.00 and $50.00.
