I really like the refrigerator - the drawer, the InstaView, the craft ice, the color, etc. It is smaller than the fridge I had for years and, while I love that it fits better in the space, I haven't yet settled on how to arrange the shelves to work best for me. The factory arrangement makes some spaces difficult to access, so I need to experiment, but I have family staying with me for about another month, so I'll just wait. As for the value, it is expensive to purchase and I could have purchased a fridge for less, but it had the features I wanted to have and, like anything, you pay for what you get. I liked the new fridge but only had it for two weeks. I am worried that LG will breakdown from now discovering the compressor has history of failure after 1-5 years. I don’t know if LG has fixed this or not. I’m disappointed sales person at Best Buy recommended LG if they are not reliable. I rated 4 stars in hope to be proved wrong and my fridge will hopefully not breakdown prematurely. No refrigerator costing $3,500 should fail in 8-10 years. Aside from potential compressor issue, features are decent on this fridge and design looks beautiful.

Love this refrigerator. It is very quiet & so far keeps the temps great. There is more room inside than we expected (we downsized) which is awesome. It looks great & is easy to clean. We especially love the conversion drawer that can be freezer or refrigerator. It expands your options. The craft ice maker is fun too! It does make noise when the bigger cubes are dropped, but not that often.

Great fridge with excellent features, this is designed for smaller spaces so it doesn't have the capacity of other fridges.

Did a lot of research before jumping the gun on a purchase. This one has everything I wanted and it's even better "in person" than in the ads for it. Was worried about it's interior seeming smaller in the store than my old one, but it's organization is so superior that it actually accommodates more. The convertible middle drawer and the see through Instaview door are absolutely wonderful.

Love the new fridge and look in option as well as door space. Larger than our former fridge and much better

Very disappointed with delivery. Nothing removed from it. Styrofoam, plastic nothing. Put in kitchen and that was it We have had other appliances delivered and never had remove all the packing material. There was also a very bad language barrier only one spoke English and that was broken and the other ones had to be talked to in their language so they would understand what they had to do. Just very disappointed with the whole drop off of all of the appliances the microwave dishwasher stove and refrigerator.

This fridge is great looking and very spacious for a counter depth unit!

More room than our previous refrigerator, we use the middle drawer for wine, works great. Very nice.

nice looking fridge very high tech and fits our space perfect. it still needs to be leveled by the technician it wobbles when you close the doors, inside storage area could use some basic improvements. You cannot store long neck condiment bottles on the racks. They bang into the top gasket. Still trying to get the wi-fi to work but keep getting error message that App is no longer available...huh?

Love the craft ice! We bought this refrigerator specifically for the craft ice and color. We did a lot of research and couldn't pass up the bezt buy deal!

I've never been so excited about any appliance as I am about this frig. Great service and have washer and dryer. Paid one off then bought another with no interest. How can u go wrong

We have only had this refrigerator for a few weeks, so far we really like it. The only challenge is that it does not have as much space as our old refrigerator. The extra drawer is wonderful!

Refrigerator fit our custom frame out perfect. Refrigerator black stainless is beautiful and more appealing than stainless or Matt finishes. Functions perfect love refrigerator draw and craft ice. Installation crew was extremely careful and professional.
