Love the window panel on the door. Very roomy and do like the extra drawer.

This LG refrigerator is quiet and meets all our needs for refrigeration and frozen foods. We really like the convert drawer that gives us 5 options from chilling wine to additional freezer space, It makes 2 types of ice cubes as well as crushed ice. We are very pleased with our new LG 4 door refrigerator

I’m in love with this fridge. When you open the doors it looks like you are in a store can I say I’m in love with this fridge it’s just so sexy it make ice cube balls. I know it was pricey but I don’t care I love.it. Now let’s hope it doesn’t break down and the glass was th cherry on top

I LUV my new fridge. Been using it for over a month now and so far it meets my expectations. I love the door-in-door feature and I am sure it will save on my electric bill. The drawer comes in handy too and will save on my utility bill. I hardly ever open the refrigerator because I keep items I use most in the door or the drawer. I wasn't a big fan of the craft ice until I saw it. My son was the one who wanted it and I am glad I listened to him. I had read the reviews and was afraid I would get the small balls or oddly shaped balls but we have large round balls of craft ice!

Beautiful design, gives the kitchen a posh look! The kids love the door in door feature. The counter depth fits really well in the space.

I have never had a better fridge. Always has ice ready; feels cold at all times no matter if I forget to close the door. Lots of space for my food and my homemade canned goods.

We were pleasantly surprised find an open box sale refrigerator when looking to price compare. It is just what we were looking for-- craft ice machine, spacious drawers and front door access. Great value for the money! Total tech membership also worked in our favor in terms of deciding to go with Best Buy for this purchase. Highly recommend

This is really a nice fridge! Counter depth but still a lot of room. Pricey but I’m glad I chose this one and didn’t settle for the cheaper one I was looking at.

The time our family spent researching various refrigerators paid off with the purchase of the 4-door, french door, smart refrigerator with InstaView and craft ice from Best Buy. We are so pleased with this purchase. Craft icemaker was a bit slow at first so plan on waiting awhile. However, it WILL meet your needs. Well designed and attractive, we love this addition to our home...and you will too!

We had originally purchased the bigger version but on day of delivery were told it wouldn't fit through the door. (our mistake for not measuring prior) I LOVE this new fridge, the size, the style, how it looks perfect in our kitchen. The person who sold us on it, AJ, was an absolute delight when he was trying to help us find which refrigerator would meet our family's needs. I have been extremely happy with this whole event from beginning to end.

We purchased a new LG French Door Refrigerator and although it took quite awhile to arrive, it was worth waiting for. The usable space seems to be much greater in both the refrigerator portion and the freezer compartments even though technically the cubic feet in both units are approximately the same. It is very attractive and has the Instaview Door-in-Door which is very helpful. My wife and I are very pleased with our choice and decision to wait for it to be available.

The fridge is very modern looking and sleek. Everybody that has seen it has commented on how great it looks, and the overall aesthetic it brings to the kitchen. The instaview window is a cool feature to show off to friends, but ultimately isn't very practical. Overall, it seems to use space efficiently, and it seems like we can fit more stuff than our previous fridge, even with the counter depth taking off a couple inches. That said, we had to move some shelving around to simply fit a 12 pack of beer bottles onto a shelf, since they are naturally spaced a little funny. The freezer isn't huge, especially with the craft ice bin taking up shelf space, so if you freeze a lot of things, it may not be for you. A couple of small gripes from our personal product experience is 1) the water stream on ours comes out slightly crooked, which may not seem like a big deal, but at this price point it was a little annoying. It also doesn't fill up a cup very fast. 2) The main ice maker works great/fast, but doesn't hold THAT much ice for parties or coolers - it also had one situation where a ball of ice got stuck at the top, so the ice maker "thought" it was full, when it was practically empty - i had to manually remove the blockage. 3) The craft ice is a cool feature, but it's been about 4-5 weeks and we our craft ice still isn't perfectly round (the manual says this COULD be a water pressure thing, but can't be totally sure, since our water pressure seems fine otherwise in our kitchen). 4) The middle drawer is awesome (we use ours for canned beverages and wine), but could technically be additional freezer space (although it's not very tall or deep - for example, you can't fit a 12-pack "fridge pack" of cokes). 5) I have connected this to the LG app, and the smart features are not very interesting, although I'm not sure what I was expecting. Overall, we have been happy with the purchase, however we've learned that you pay a premium for some of these non-practical features (craft ice and insta view) and you might be just as pleased with a fridge that does the basics really well (water dispenser and space efficiency).

This fridge has had zero issues. It’s beautiful and fun to have in the kitchen. High tech and love the craft ice!! Highly recommend!!

It is surprising that we use the door in door almost exclusively. It is very nice to limit the amount of time that we are in the main refrigerator. The overall layout is nice and with the counter depth and the refrigerator on top everything is visible and accessible. The middle drawer is handy as a freezer for regularly accessed items. The main freezer would be nice if it was larger but it works well for the size that it is.

Works great so far and looks great too. The craft ice and convertible fridge are really nice features to have.

Sleek design, very well organized inside. very well made water and ice dispenser on the front door. Ultra quiet and just well made compared to Samsung refrigerators. Downside is cannot put fridge magnets on this fridge as it will not stick. Water filters are pricey between $43.00 and $50.00.

So this review does not start off as a 5 Star review but it sure did end up as one. The first fridge we got home and unpackaged a couple of days later (five to be exact) after sitting in our garage until we could get some help moving it inside and hooked up. We moved it in, unboxed it, hooked it up and moved it into its refrigerator alcove. Peeling the protective blue plastic off turned from excitement to dread as there was a very large dent in the side of the door along the edge of the glass. We had the appliance for almost two weeks and I was certain there would be problems. I went to my online order and found the number for customer service for appliance returns. The customer service representative I spoke to was very pleasant and explained that as long as we were still inside the 15 day return window there would be no problem returning it to the store of pick up (internet order) for them to process an exchange or refund. We loaded the fridge up the next day and returned it to the store where we had no problem exchanging it for a new and undamaged one. We couldn’t be happier with the new refrigerator; it’s amazing and it looks great in our new home. Thank you Best Buy!!
