Excellent quality, perfect for our family and house

I purchased new fridge and they delivered it has damage so now I want to return it and do exchange.

After using the LG - 22.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Craft Ice since February 2024 in our new home, I am thoroughly impressed with both its performance and design. This refrigerator has been a standout addition to our kitchen, blending style with advanced functionality. Firstly, the stainless steel finish adds a modern and sleek look that compliments our kitchen aesthetics perfectly. The counter-depth design ensures it doesn't protrude past the counters, giving a built-in look that is both space-efficient and elegant. The unique Door-in-Door feature is exceptionally convenient, allowing quick access to frequently used items without opening the entire fridge, which helps in maintaining the temperature better and saving energy. The adjustable shelves and spacious design have made organizing our groceries easier than ever. One of the highlights has been the Craft Ice feature. It produces slow-melting round ice spheres, perfect for cocktails and beverages, which have been a hit during our home gatherings. The ice spheres not only elevate the look of drinks but also melt slower, keeping our drinks perfectly chilled longer without diluting them. However, it’s not without its minor downsides. The Craft Ice feature, while innovative, does take longer to produce ice compared to standard ice makers. Additionally, the touch screen control panel, though user-friendly and responsive, can be prone to fingerprint marks, which requires frequent cleaning. Overall, this LG refrigerator has met our expectations with its functionality, innovative features, and elegant design. It has definitely enhanced our kitchen’s efficiency and style. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and aesthetically pleasing refrigerator that comes with some unique features.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! It’s stylish, spacious, and smart. The French door design and versatile compartments help keep everything organized. The Craft Ice feature is a huge hit with guests, and the dual ice makers ensure we never run out. Temperature is consistent throughout, and it runs quietly. The door-in-door design makes grabbing frequently used items convenient and helps with energy efficiency. LG’s app connectivity is a nice bonus for monitoring performance. A perfect upgrade for any kitchen!

I love the french door. This refregirator has the inside wide enough to keep more foods than my former one has. It is vey easy to use. The freezer is working really well. And the Full Convert Drawer is very useful for diverse foods and vegitables with their proper temperatures. Design of this model is beautiful. It is like a wonderful furniture.

Great looks for our kitchen. The extra door is very useful, let us grab our most used items easily. The ice and water in the door is a must have. The large round ice from the freezer lasts a lot longer in our drinks. The middle drawer is nice to keep what ever items you want separated. So far very pleased with our purchase.

This refrigerator is great! It fits perfect in our kitchen. The craft ice cubes are great for cocktails. The door-in-door is perfect for a quick open for our coffee creamers and drinks. Smaller version but alot of space. I am very pleased with our purchase.

Even with the top shelf on the highest level it holds your jars and bottles. Both doors have space. The ease of the door in door is beyond convenient. Having more than one ice is lovely. The middle drawer is roomy inn addition to the flexibility of it. The counter depth gives more space to a smaller kitchen. Definitely a favorite of the ones I've owned.

This frig has all the bells and whistles...makes craft ice balls, plus regular ice, has an extra drawer you can use as a refrigerator or freezer and has a knock window to view the inside without opening the frig. Lots of fun and quiet.

This refrigerator is FANTASTIC! Now, my neighbors want one too! Although it is counter depth, the storage capacity is exceptional. The convenience of the Door-in -Door is a great feature to grab those everyday items you reach for multiple times a day ( milk, juice/drinks .ect) Love the craft ice! keeps my drinks cool for hours Cant say enough about this well designed refrigerator--Pricey, but woth it

Love this Refrigerator! It is the best! Love the front door without opening the entire refrigerator. Love the double drawers. Works perfectly. Very pleased with purchase.

My wife wanted this fridge because she loved the looks of it and the layout. Well I soon fell in love with the fridge because it started making large cocktail ice balls in the bottom freezer. It does take a few days for this thing to get going making making ice.

While we have only this refrigerator for a month it has already proven itself better than the similar Samsung we replaced. It is a better configuration for space and the ice maker in the door doesn't have any frosting issues. I love the craft ice balls it also makes. I am hoping this last much longer than our Samsung but doubt it will last as long as the 40 year old kenmore in the basement...they just don't make them the way they used to.

So far so good. Refrigerator is very quiet, fit in the space I have and works perfectly. The Door-Door feature is nice since you don’t have to open the large doors to retrieve small items that you use often.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this unit. We had a Samsung before this that we have relegated to a “garage fridge” that was 11 years old and still worked but had several things functionally and cosmetically (“metal” finish flaking off control panel that we see dozens of times a day) that just weren’t great. LG really amazed us with all of the thoughtful features - craft ice - easy access door for the stuff you get 80 pct of time - knock to see what’s in there - adjustable shelves. Just like in the laundry we used to be Team Samsung - but for in the kitchen, the laundry and for all of our TVs - Team LG, no kidding and no regrets!

I love this fridge! Perfect functionality for a tight corner location. Love the easy door access for frequently used items, such as milk, condiments, and butter. The convertible drawer is perfect for my grandkids to grab juice boxes, cheese sticks and sandwich makings without having to dig through the whole fridge looking for their favorite items. The craft ice maker is a great little bougie touch for the grown ups, too. HOME RUN, LG!

We replaced a Samsung refrigerator with an LG Smart Refrigerator with door in door and craft ice. Bought it from BestBuy as an open box but it came with the full warranty and we added another year via the LG ThinQ (app). So no problems there. Highly recommend this! Best part is the door in door which I was surprised at how much we use it. Also like the craft ice which showed up on the 2nd day. Big clear spheres of ice, really nice. Works well and you can monitor it via the app which is Alexa compatible.

This is my second LG door-in-door fridge. I liked the first one enough to buy it again when the compressor went out on the first one. It looks good and is very functional. I do not believe the round ice is worth having. It makes about 3 balls a day. The new one only has one sliding tray in the freezer instead of 2 as before. 2 was better. The 2 large crispers are better than the 3 smaller ones from before. The celery fits! Now you have to change a button to get ice or water. Before, there were 2 spigots without pushing anything. I have more than once failed to see which button is pushed & instead of ice, I got water. But I will learn. I bought the fridge for the door-in-door because it looks good and holds things we use daily. The top outside drawer is wonderful. I keep cheeses on one side and meats on the other. You can see what is there at a glance. I would buy this refrigerator again, C Wheeler Edmond, OK

Love this refrigerator all around! Wish my space could afford the std size, had to get counterdepth. LOVE the instaview door & easy access to quick grab items so worth the $, LOVE the converter drawer more than I thought I would as much rather have this than the extra drawer inside main part of fridge. ICE maker is on small side so will have to keep a bag of extra ice inside & the craft ice is awesome.

The family is enjoying and taking advantage of the many features of this refrigerator. We like the ability to open just the door in the door without needing to open the whole refrigerator. Though this requires planning which key items most frequently used should go in the door. This has worked out very well for us. The instaview helps us see the key items in the door of the refrigerator and know when we only have to open the door in the door (so the door in the door and instaview go hand in hand). Though be aware you can only see a small portion of the refrigerator. We like the option to use the middle drawer as a frig or freezer. The refrigerator does have less space for tall items than our prior side by side refrigerator. We are actually thinking about removing one of the shelves to provide more space for tall items. While definitely an “extra” feature, we like using the craft ice. The regular ice is smaller than the ice in our old refrigerator so it melts quickly but having the craft ice that takes a while to melt makes up for that. Though we are waiting for the craft ice to be completely spherical but the manual warns it may take time. We’ve been very happy so far.
