Bought few months ago, was recommended by BestBuy sales associate, was the only available cabinet depth fridge. Had Samsung before, with all kinds of ice maker problems for over 5 years. So far not disappointed. Love the feature with “see through” glass drink door. Surprisingly very spacious and very quiet.

Quality purchase! Everything works as expected. Slight dings on Freezer drawer but no other blemishes to note. Fits beautifully to replace our 10 y/o Frigidaire side by side. Interior space and detail is incredible for a counter depth unit. I can't think of any bad to say about our purchase Beware *** This is a very heavy item! I picked it up with my truck and a rental trailer. They loaded it. I secured it and transported without issue but getting in the house was difficult to say the least. Pay for delivery!

Good quality and good storage capacity. Well designed. Love the dial ice makers and the craft ice.

I have a small kitchen and this refrigerator is sleek and elegant. Fits perfectly in my space without over powering the space. I love the extra door that you can grab your mostly used products without opening the full door.

This refrigerator is just what we wanted. It is attractive, very functional, and works for our family. We still have a little off-taste with the craft ice - probably need to run it through a few more cycles. We used to have a separate pitcher with filter for our water, but we now use the door filtered water exclusively because it tastes good. On occasion the ice maker gets clogged and the ice solidifies, so we need to empty the ice maker bin and let it start all over. It is so much easier reaching for items with the French doors versus the side- by-side we had before. The center drawer is so convenient and provides another option in organizing our contents.

Great for small spaces, love the sphere ice! Like the knock on light, but wish it had a bit more room.

This refrigerator is beautifully designed with many unique features like an adjustable shelf, interior lighting, a see-through door, craft ice (my personal favorite) and amazing fit and finish. It is quiet and, as with most LG products, I expect it will be very reliable.

Looks great, love all the features and the counter depth size. But after just a few months the craft ice maker already broke.

I LUV my new fridge. Been using it for over a month now and so far it meets my expectations. I love the door-in-door feature and I am sure it will save on my electric bill. The drawer comes in handy too and will save on my utility bill. I hardly ever open the refrigerator because I keep items I use most in the door or the drawer. I wasn't a big fan of the craft ice until I saw it. My son was the one who wanted it and I am glad I listened to him. I had read the reviews and was afraid I would get the small balls or oddly shaped balls but we have large round balls of craft ice!

The ice craft feature is just what we wanted. The counter depth provides ample space while minimizing the kitchen footprint.

This LG refrigerator is quiet and meets all our needs for refrigeration and frozen foods. We really like the convert drawer that gives us 5 options from chilling wine to additional freezer space, It makes 2 types of ice cubes as well as crushed ice. We are very pleased with our new LG 4 door refrigerator

I’m in love with this fridge. When you open the doors it looks like you are in a store can I say I’m in love with this fridge it’s just so sexy it make ice cube balls. I know it was pricey but I don’t care I love.it. Now let’s hope it doesn’t break down and the glass was th cherry on top

Beautiful design, gives the kitchen a posh look! The kids love the door in door feature. The counter depth fits really well in the space.

I haven't had this refrigerator very long but so far I love it. It is smaller on space than I expected but has plenty of space for a small family. I really like the ice maker too. The craft ice is a huge plus. I've been using that ice in my iced tea. I recommend this refrigerator.

We were pleasantly surprised find an open box sale refrigerator when looking to price compare. It is just what we were looking for-- craft ice machine, spacious drawers and front door access. Great value for the money! Total tech membership also worked in our favor in terms of deciding to go with Best Buy for this purchase. Highly recommend

The time our family spent researching various refrigerators paid off with the purchase of the 4-door, french door, smart refrigerator with InstaView and craft ice from Best Buy. We are so pleased with this purchase. Craft icemaker was a bit slow at first so plan on waiting awhile. However, it WILL meet your needs. Well designed and attractive, we love this addition to our home...and you will too!

This is really a nice fridge! Counter depth but still a lot of room. Pricey but I’m glad I chose this one and didn’t settle for the cheaper one I was looking at.

We purchased a new LG French Door Refrigerator and although it took quite awhile to arrive, it was worth waiting for. The usable space seems to be much greater in both the refrigerator portion and the freezer compartments even though technically the cubic feet in both units are approximately the same. It is very attractive and has the Instaview Door-in-Door which is very helpful. My wife and I are very pleased with our choice and decision to wait for it to be available.

Works great so far and looks great too. The craft ice and convertible fridge are really nice features to have.

I love my new refrigerator and the craft ice is the bomb also the xtra drawer for either more refrigerator space or more frezzer space
