I love the roominess and the extra drawer for deli/wines! I especially like the craft ice..

Love the ice makers and the front door that can be opened without the whole door being opened.

Honestly, it seems like refrigerators are twice the price and half as good as they used to be, My old Kenmore is going on 22 years with nary a problem. But remodeled kitchen, so needed something new. This fridge was not cheap. Looked at many, and so many other seemed so cheap and plasticy, had flimsy feeling drawers and shelves, poor slides on the drawers. This one had nice interior, smooth sliding drawers, drawer dividers that moves smoothly and didn't feel like flimsy plastic that would easily break. Had everything I wanted, ice and water in door, plenty of space (love the easily adjusted tall shelf and the flexi drawer. Craft ice is a cool feature. A lot of worries about LG linear compressor, but seems like they have resolved their past issues, plus they've upped the warranty to compensate for any concerns.

We're very pleased with our stainless steel LG-22.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Craft Ice. The buying, delivery, and set up process was easy and smooth. The refrigerator itself is outstanding and runs incredibly quiet. We're still trying to think of ways to capitalize on its many features. Let's face it, it's pricy. But, it has lived up to its billing. For us, a great choice!

Just purchased for a remodel, this was a replacement for another LG model with doors that hit cabinets when opening. No issues with door clearance with this fridge. We like the middle drawer and overall set up - this is our first counter depth fridge so we're getting used to a little less space, but overall it's working well.

Great fridge, has two different ice makers. One does regular ice and the other makes ice balls! Inside the fridge is a bit small. But love the see through door.

It’s been less than a month since I have purchased and hooked up the LG refrigerator. So far everything is great the space in the refrigerator is much more spacious than my previous side-by-side. Freezer has more room but not as much room as I thought I would have gotten but still no complaints. If I had to choose one thing, the icemaker on the door does not store many cubes. I had a few people over and after the second person fill their glass with ice there was none left. Luckily the craft ice in the bottom freezer got me through the evening. I did t think I would like or use the instaview feature as much as I am. Great access for things I open fridge often for.

Its may not be the luxury brand Wolf or a Sub Zero, but for the average working class family, it’s a super nice refrigerator and show stopper. Everyone compliments me on it all the time. It does not disappoint. It keeps my food/drink cold and fresh! It’s also plenty spacious (22.5 counter depth) provided it’s not to feed a large family. I think it works for a family of 2-4 people. Any more than that might require the next larger size same style model. (28). I pray it lasts for many years to come!

Good fridge and does the job. It looks great and I get compliments on it. The only complaint is that the craft ice is not perfectly round like advertised.

I love this refrigerator. The door in door feature is great. And the fruit and vegetable drawers are nice and big so they hold a week’s worth of salad fixings. We purchased it from the outlet store as “open box”, but there was no additional damage after delivery. There was a minor problem with one of the freezer handles that had a stripped screw, but got it replaced and it works fine.

I purchased this refrigerator because I wanted one that would not stick out so far from the wall. The measurement is a little deceiving which is the reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. My space should have been perfect, but when the refrigerator was delivered, it was too wide for the space. I had to hire a carpenter to make the space larger. The refrigerator is beautiful, just make sure that you have a wider space than what the dimensions show.

This LG Refrigerator is loaded with great features including a convertible drawer that you can change as needed, a quick access door, craft ice maker, etc. It is also easy to keep clean. Smart features can be set up to automatically order filters or just notify you via tablet or smartphone. It has good temperature control and is energy efficient.

Plenty of storage for food.The drawers are deep, glass door is nice.The shelves are not very tall.limited storage there! The round cubes are useful and lasts long time

My fiance and I LOVE this fridge! It includes every feature we wanted in a fridge and is very spacious! The only thing to make note of is the left side door shelf space is pretty limited, so you can't place a lot of your condiments there. However, water bottles fit perfect, so not a deal breaker! Highly recommend!
