So far we love it. The bottom had a small ding when delivered. The 2nd ice maker is a bit deceiving. It only makes 4-5 cubes per day and took 3 days to make the first one. They are bigger and look cool, but we are not big drinkers, so its ok. Make sure you know the top of the unit has a 2 inch high by 6 or 8 inch mechanism on top. We had to send it back and have our cabinets cut out to make it fit. Then the return and storage gave us a dent.

Everything about this fridge is beautiful! The craft ice adds an extra special touch but is not needed. Works flawlessly. This fridge is a must have!

I absolutely love this fridge !! The “door within The door” is great for keeping creamer and juice at the ready and you aren’t opening the whole fridge up to get one item. Love the crushed ice and filtered water in door too. It’s a great looking and functioning appliance.

This fridge has exceeded our expectations. The conversion drawer is a nice feature. We are using it for beverages which works great. Super cold! The craft ice is awesome! Takes 48 hours to get cold enough to make but once it starts it works like a charm! Highly recommend this fridge! Well worth the investment.

So far, so good! The only thing that I don't care for is when I pull out the bottom freezer drawer it pulls out the top freezer drawer within and it make a clunky noise. Other than that, I am happy! I love the Craft Ice!!

I love this refrigerator! I wish it had a few more cubic feet, but it’s great! I love the extra lighting inside the refrigerator for one. My favorite thing is the 4th door option. I have a lot of cheeses and cold cuts, so that’s what I use it for. I also really love the Craft Ice function! The cubes are huge and last a long time! The left side French door, however, doesn’t really hold much at all. But all in all, I do love all of the functionality of this model!

I read the reviews before I purchased the refrigerator and the only issue that was consistent was around the ice maker. It did seem like that was going to be an issue however after several days it started making a lot of ice cubs and also ice balls. I am happy with the purchase.

Very happy with this purchase. Bestbuy's installation was quick and easy. The fridge fit perfectly and is the highlight of my new kitchen. 5 stars!

works great, middle drawer perfect for storing Soda, Bottled water etc. Ice machine has small hopper but seems to keep its self full

The perfect refrigerator. LOVE the middle drawer. Converted it to Freezer mode so don't have to open up the whole freezer for items we use every day. Great size. Counter depth is the only way to go.

This fridge is the best ,The problem is with delivery the refrigerator had slight multiple scratches on both sides of the door ,Best buy tried to give 120.00 off a 4000 fridge sorry thats totally unacceptable They should have offered at least 750.00 off so now i have to wait until dec 7 for a new fridge and not even the one I ordered so there giving me a lg studio for 250 more again not my fault i just think i will cancel all of it let them pick this one up and go else where bad sales at Best buy also Im am an elite member means nothing to them

Great fridge. Love the features. Need to move shelves around to make it work for your needs Love love the craft ice feature. Guest are so stunned that it makes the balls of ice of my whiskey and drinks.

This is a beautiful fridge and compliments the kitchen. Got "counter depth" so it flows well with the layout and doesn't stick out in the walkway like most do. If I had one complaint, it's the ability to connect to wi-fi through the LG ThinQ app. Still haven't figured it out, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I am absolutely happy about purchasing this refrigerator. I have went through two detective Samsung's and finally switched to the LG. I would definitely recommend this one for anyone looking for a new nicely designed refrigerator. You will not be disappointed at all.

Surprisingly there was more room than I expected. I love the knock-knock feature and I stored my gallon drinks in the glass door side. The drawers at the bottom supply extra refrigeration room in the first draw and a freezer at the bottom. I definitely suggest this as a good buy. Lastly, I love the camera feature that I can see in the frig while I am grocery shopping to see what I am out of.

What a difference, I may not be able to store as much but makes the kitchen look fantastic and cleaner lines as I walk by! Very efficient. Did I say I can easily see and use the counter tops without an overbearing fridge next to it.
