I love this refrigerator. This size would not be good for a family however. This is a counter depth refrigerator and I believe would be to small for a bigger family. The door in door is great. Freezer is more organized with having 2 draws. The ability to change the middle draw temp for your needs is wonderful.

Absolutely love this fridge.Very spacious. Love all the different compartments. The fridge drawer is great for my granddaughter. We keep her yogurt, drinks, snacks, apples, fruit etc. The knock knock door comes in handy for milk coffee creamers, beer, jam, etc.Freezer drawer is enormous, has 3 levels. I love my new fridge and all of its features.

We bought this to replace a Kenmore Elite that had a cracked PEX line that supplies water to the ice maker and in-door water dispenser. That crack destroyed two rooms (water damage) in my home and cost $16K to repair. This LG unit uses the same material for the water supply line. We've decided to use a water sensor alarm to give us a chance of stopping the damage. Think about that...the plumber told us it's not "IF" it's "WHEN" the PEX line will fail. The next item is the Kenmore unit measured the water it dispensed which was quite useful. The LG Model doesn't.

What a great Refrigerator with the see through door and fast ice maker, its has wifi but a little confusing to use and its so quite i can barley here it run have to put my ear by it just to see if its running and finger proof.. I would recommend. it we did purchased it June of 2017.

We needed a new refrigerator and this one has worked out great. We made one small mistake in getting a counter depth instead of a regular one but made it work. We love the window in the door and the door in door feature. We keep our bottled water and condiments in the outer door and don't have to open the entire door to get at those items.

The counter-depth means you lose some storage space. We've had to rethink a few things since our purchase. I'm glad we have a second fridge in the garage. Many features are very handy, such as door-in-door, but it's not a fridge you can 'load-up.'

Provide easy access to all items in the refrigerator. Also allows you to see you through the doors without opening them The icemaker works well and provides enough ice for most normal use. The black stainless steel looks very nice and doesn’t show fingerprints

Really love this refrigerator and its features. The door in door is the best thing ever. Just put the things you use often or drinks and never have to open the main compartment. Ice maker has small capacity but we have not run out of ice. Lots of storage space.

It looks really nice, installation went great. The double tap feature on the front of the door really makes it unique, I dont really use that feature though, but I do use is opening the fridge from the glass door, I have all juices, sodas in there!

According to an LG technician, the custom chill drawer is totally useless. I've had this refrigerator for 3 months now, and have tried, unsuccessfully, to escalate this issue with LG. This has taken a lot of my time, including having to take multiple days off for multiple technicians. Today an LG technician told me that it's perfectly normal for the temperature of the custom chill drawer to wander between 29 and 37 degress, as mine has done. Why have a drawer which makes you think you can set the temperature to 4 different temperatures when it is normal for the temperature to wander around the complete range? Very misleading, fraudulent? Save your money and buy something else!

Great looking refrigerator, we love the middle drawer were you can adjust the temperature for like drinks or deli meats. The door in a door feature is a great option especially if you have kids, they can just go into the refrigerator with out opening the main door.

The LG4 door frig was received on 1/31. It took us a few days to realize the ice control from cube to crushed was not working. I called the manufacturer and was told I would hear from them in 3 to 5 days. It has been more than that now. I called the Geek Squad. Was told they had to connect me to a 3rd party vendor. They were looking for someone to fix it. I called back the Geek Squad after a few days. They could not help and should call the manufacturer. Back to square one. I am truly disappointed in the service. I really like the frig.

I purchased this late 2018 so it’s just out of warranty. The control panel started to delaminate after the warranty expired. I called LG and they said they would send out a tech if I paid $130 up front. So, between that and the repair would probably be $400+. I saw other reviews that had the same problem, however, LG provides NO corrective solution. They just want more money to correct this faulty issue people are having. I bought this refrigerator because it looked sharp. But now I have to look at the ugly delam that’s getting worse. Maybe LG will contact me after seeing this but I don’t hold out much hope. So beware of this happening to you and having an ugly delam refrigerator.

Great refrigerator with a ton of flexibility. Wasn't sure if the "door-in-door" feature would be worth it, but our family loves it! Middle drawer is a great feature for organizing the refrigerator. Very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful fridge with cool features. My favorite feature is the two knocks on the right fridge door to let you see inside without opening the easy access compartment. It is too expensive and LG should have done a better job to make it finger print resistant.

I was debating between Samsung & kitchen aid before purchasing this refrigerator. First, the color is beautiful & its finger print proof is completely worth it.( it doesn’t leave ugly stain and don’t need to use harsh cleaner to clean the surface ) We bought smaller cubic size to fit inside of the kitchen furniture that is already been customed. ( make sure to measure the depth before purchasing & opening door will not complicate other doors or kitchen appliance to hit/meet) We synced with Alexa and now it gives us the notification when the door is open ( sometimes, we mistakenly leave the door open slightly and all our food gets defrosted but we don’t need to worry anymore ) This refrigerator is smart, deficient and has lots of room, and most importantly showing off what it doesn’t when knock knock is super cool when we have guest. We highly recommend this refrigerator!!!

Love everything about this refrigerator; being counter depth, everything is within easy reach. The instaview door lets you get milk or juice without cold air escaping. Did not have ice dispenser with our old fridge, so that was another nice feature. Freezer is roomy enough for 2 people

I measured the space for the new fridge and the seller at best buy suggested to buy the 22.5 cu ft. I should've get the bigger size. Also always to open both doors to put the stuff in. It looks great but not convenient to use for a family.

First purchased Samsung fridge. Had bad odor plus frosted ice cubes that melted fast. Traded up for LG fridge and very happy. No smell, very quiet, great ice. More convenient shelves. Highly recommend.

This refrigerator has many great features. The right door glass lights to show what is in the door and gives access to the door from the outside. The unit is smaller than I thought it would be, but if organized correctly it is good for a small household.
