I cannot say enough good things about this refrigerator! I replaced a one year old Jenn-aire that I spent just as much on with this LG model. The insta-view and door in door features are wonderful to have. I love the deli drawer that can also be a soft freeze compartment as well! The shelves are sturdy and hold up under the weight of whatever you put on them (unlike the Jenn-aire shelves!) The drawers are ample sized for produce and fruits. The only negative comment I would have on this model is that the water dispenser nozzle is too close to the front of the fridge and if the button accidentally gets pushed when you are getting ice, you end up with water all over the floor. The Print Proof Matte Black finish is easy to clean and looks amazing. We also purchased the microwave and stove to match! All in all a wonderful design! Thanks LG!

French doors, insta view, counter depth, ice in door with narrow shelves, and full use of space throughout the fridge. Added bonus of a hidden water filter behind the shelves. What more could I ask for?!

I love my LG Fridge. I have gotten so many compliments on it for the style and InstaView. It cleans up so easily, plenty of room for a counter depth fridge and lots of great lighting. I would recommend this fridge to anyone, glad I purchased it!

First new fridge in 20 yrs. It's got bells and whistles. I put 4 thermometers all around and it does what it's supposed to do. The door trays really do hold the cold as it should. The light in the door comes on with a double tap. And if you clap your hands, and if you talk loudly, and that's what bugs my wife. She think it will make the bulb burn out but, LED's don't burn out. I hope she gets over it in the next 20 yrs.:)

Love this refrigerator. Great use of space and lots of spots to tuck away extra things. Extra draw is awesome. My only small annoyance is that the plate where you press your cup/glass to get water to dispense is made of brazed metal without any protective coating. Thus the dark braze has begun to chip off and expose the shiny metal underneath after only a few months of normal use.

We are happy with the refrigerator as a whole; however, the water/ice still has somewhat of a plastic taste. We flushed the lines as instructed. It has been about a month, and the taste is still a bit off- it is slowly getting better. I have read this is happening across all manufacturer lines. We are thinking about obtaining different filter. Overall, a beautiful fridge and a wonderful purchase!

When looking for a new refrigerator, I knew I wanted another LG. The refrigerator is quite and has lots of space. The matte finish does not so any fingerprnts.

Just what we wanted. The door in door feature is great for getting to the "often" used items. We also enjoy the ability to knock on the door and have it light up to see whats inside instead of leaving the door open while we search.

It is a very well designed expensive refrigerator, but the quality of the control board can be improved. It only lasted about 1.5 years, and it needed a new control board. It took a couple weeks weeks to get the issue diagnosed and another few weeks to get it fixed. Hopefully, it can keep up its quality for many more years to come with this expensive price.

Had a problem in the beginning with the ice cube button. Took forever to get service man. Myrtle Beach Appliance came through. Took a while to get part. No problems now!

Dont be fooled. This may be counter-dept but has plenty of space for storage. Lighted screen makes it easy to view what's in your refrigerator. It's definitely a nice LG product!

My husband drinks a lot of milk and you do not have to open any doors to see if you need more. Also the same goes for my flavored coffee creamer. Middle drawer great for young grandsons for their snacks and bag drinks.

Love this beautiful counter depth refrigerator. Gives us added space in our kitchen. Love the touch light in door and easy access to water and drinks. Also love the convience of the Deli Drawer.

Only had this operating for a few months but so far, so good! Much much better design on the bottom freezer drawer and very convenient middle section for wine and beers.

We wanted a counter-depth refrigerator. We only wish it came in white. We have a small galley kitchen and a black frig. makes it look darker. We like the features that came with this model.

This is the counter depth so it is smaller (and more expensive) than its big brother. Thi I e maker is wonderful- more room in frig as it is built in door. Never realized how annoying the other ice makers are! The freezer makes you organize and ultimately that makes it easy to find things. The light up window in 3rd door I didn’t think I’d like. It’s great!i don’t need to open the frig when I’m making shopping list. Live that compartment. Don’t know how I lived without the pull out refrig drawer! Great for cans of soda and in the center- whatever! I really really like this refrigerator!

We really like our refrigerator the freezer area is a bit small from what we are use to but we will eventually get us to the smaller size!

I really like the design of this refrigerator. It's working so far so good. The only critique at this point is that you have to knock on the InstantView door hard in order to turn the light on.

It a nice unit..it is a counter depth unit ,which is nice but it not very roomy on the inside due to the smaller cubic ft..I wish I had a deeper space to have purchased the larger unit...

Good service, the guy that brought it was great and had a good sense of humor. Fridge is excellent, its quiet, looks great and we love the ice that comes out of it.
