The counter depth is great. It runs real quiet. Made our kitchen look fantastic. We enjoy the separate door for beverages to prevent letting all the cold out.

I love my new LG Counter Depth fridge. The door in door feature is my favorite part. There is plenty of room for everything I need. Best Buy was on time, courteous and very helpful.

My family absolutely loves this fridge! With the door in door compartment, it makes it so easy to access those items you pull out on a frequent basis. The only draw back is the freezer is a little smaller and not as easily accessible since you're layering packages and have to dig to find them. But that's the style of fridge we chose, nothing to do with LG. The drawer between the fridge and freezer is wonderful! We utilize that for drinks and snacks. Ice container is small but with moderate use for a family of 4, it holds up just fine and doesn't seem to be empty. But, if you have a party, be prepared.

Ended up with the counter-depth refrigerator... this one has a smaller Cu.Ft. than the new bigger ones, but it does not stick out. Perfect fit if you are looking for a replacement for your older fridge. Absolutely love the looks! Have had it for only a few months now and have had no problems. The middle drawer is a MUST if you enjoy beverages!! Would give 5 stars, but want to wait and see if any issues arise over time.

We had a 30-year-old SubZero and I am so thrilled to have this refrigerator. I love the middle drawer that can be programmed for various uses. The freezer has the main drawer, plus two additional sections for pizza or...whatever. The door-in-door saves energy with the frequently used items and lights up by knocking on the door twice. It is an amazing refrigerator. Oh, now I have ice/water in the door. Welcome home from the dark ages! Yay! As a side note, LG is also recommended for the replacement in my RV. I'll be getting a second LG next week.

Love look and function of our new LG French Door Instaview Refridgerator. Whole family is using knock knock door to store favorite items for quick access. Love middle drawer for snacks and daily food items. Only issue occurred where a wall ran along one side, could not fully open door. Lucky husband is a handyman with ability to quickly shorten the wall enough for french door to open fully. Measure carefully and be sure to leave enough clearance.

Very nice and quite. Keeps everything at right temperatures. Just make sure you make extra ice and store it for future party's and ice maker will keep.

This counter depth fridge is very spacious. We like the separate vegetable drawer, and it is extremely well lit. The separate ice and water dispensers are far more convenient than sliding the option from one to the other, and water bottles fill easily.We’ve received many compliments on the elegant appearance and it has extremely quiet operation. Best Buy had this high end model on sale, so it was definitely worth the purchase price.

This is a great looking and very feature-rich refrigerator. The storage in the door is even better than I expected, and the shelves and storage spaces are great. The icemaker is very good, though a bit noisy. The smart features are pretty useless: it doesn't show the actual measured temperature, only the setting, so there's no way to get an alert if something goes wrong and the temp goes too high. While missing such an obvious feature is disappointing, the unit is terrific and I recommend it without hesitation.

I am so happy we went with this LG refrigerator. First let me say I was very skeptical of the instaview window in the door panel but after using it for a month, I am hooked. It is so nice keeping items we use frequently right where they can be accessed without opening the full door. The unit runs very quiet, even making ice. love the ice and water dispenser in the door and it makes great small cubed ice that is great in the drinks. Overall, this is an awesome refrigerator worth the extra money.

LG made excellent use of space-from the "easy reach" drawers underneath the French doors (perfect for butter) to the deep drawer above the freezer and even the two sliding trays in the freezer make this the most useable counter-depth refrigerator I found! The fruit and vegetable drawers are short, but you just need to figure out how to configure your food for your needs. The door-in-door feature turned out to be one of my favorite features that I thought I didn't need!!

We needed a new refrigerator and looked at several sources for recommendations. LG always seemed the highest rated. So far no problems, only a couple of complaints. The door shelves don't seem to be as big as they appear in the store. The ice maker doesn't make ice as quickly as we would like. Other than that no complaints.

It has been great so far. I was a little concerned with the size and the organization in the fridge, but that's all the room we had for a fridge so it will have to do. Where there is enough room for condiments there isnt much that fits on the door with the ice maker. Overall very pleased and the organization works out after you get used to the layout.

This refrigerator/freezer is ideal for a smaller family that consumes items that need different temperatures for storage. For example: fresh vegetables and fruit are better when chilled but the average refrigerator is sometimes too cold. The extra drawer serves as our storage area for temperature specific items and the easy view door is great for revealing the frequently used items without using energy i.e. sodas, water, milk, etc.

It is a very convenient function you can check stuffs without opening a door. Also nicely designed.

We have been pleased with the refrigerator itself. Even like the size of the ice cubes. Door in a door feature is really nice and the extra drawer for meat and cheese works great. Only real complaint is that the stainless steel shows fingerprints and smudges like crazy.

Great fridge. I don’t use the freezer much so having it as a drawer on the bottom is nice as it seems like there is so much space for fridge items. Lighting inside is nice and bright. I especially like the door in the door feature for when you just need milk or what ever you want to grab and go without having to open up the whole door. So far, very pleased with this item.

Some might find it small for large family needs but I love the counter depth and the way it fits in my space. (other than Geek Squad gouging my new cabinet- all is working well) Be aware that Geek Squad does not attach the water line for the ice/water feature. You or your plumber need to do that.

Traded in our Samsung refrigerator due to faulty ice maker and got the LG refrigerator. Seems to be nice and well built, but somewhat over priced. Drawers in freezer do not stay back so it makes getting items out of the bottom compartment a little difficult. Waiting to see how ice maker performs over time.
