First Fridge cosmetic defect returned, Second Fridge no cooling?, Third Fridge coming Tuesday, Inspect the Fridge carefully for build quality and check for cold air before the guys leave, Best Buy delivery is great and had nothing to do with our problems, I like the looks and function of the fridge so will recommend it, hopefully the third unit is perfect?

Worst product I’ve ever owned.. lasted 1 year and a week... then died permanently... LG refused to replace.. absolute garbage

We love the bright and open interior layout. Everything is within reach and with the adjustable shelves there is plenty of options for large and small items.

We just got the fridge. So far we love it. We were concerned about the smaller size compared to our old one but it has not been an issue.

Very good with not retaining fingerprints and love the middle drawer. I keep thawed meat in there and the coldest setting keeps it good for quite a while.

The refrigerator part is adequate for a small family, and when not enough you can use the middle section, the ice maker is also small and the ice cubes are small. The freezer part is small, but has 3 sections and that helps, and when in need you could use the middle section as freezer. Is adequate for a family of 2 or 3.

We found this refrigerator for our new home and love it. The depth is flush with our counters, yet there is enough space inside for our needs.

DO NOT BUY!!! Just a little over a year, the motor to one of the fans failed. Contacted LG, not covered under warranty. Most repair companies refuse to work on LG fridges. Finally found a company to do repairs. Cost $800 to repair! 9 months after that, the second fan failed. Another $400 out of pocket. It’s been just under 2 years, now the fridge is making a loud noise again! Good news is that the repair guy told us that there are only 3 fans. I guess that will need to be replaced next. Will be paying around $1500 in repairs for a 2 year old fridge. Our last Frigidaire lasted 20 years with no repairs needed.

We purchased this as an open box item because it rated well and had the features we needed. It was installed in our new kitchenette where space was a premium and counter depth was needed. We didn't like the dark stainless finish at first, but now we love it. It's extremely quiet and very efficient. The center drawer is okay and I'm not sure we would go with this option in our regular kitchen, but it's cool. Literally and figuratively. The large ice and water dispenser is fantastic. Overall, we love this new fridge.

Did some research on CNET before purchase, however this did not have many reviews available. Read online reviews and seemed like a good buy. So far, couldn't be happier with the space, and quality. Runs very quietly and efficiently with steady feeling temps. Plenty of freezer room in drawer, middle fridge drawer has great functionality and helps keep things organized - can easily see pretty much all of my groceries. Best Buy had the best price researched and was pretty happy with the delivery process.

It just work great and we especially like the middle drawer where it allow us to change temperature only for that drawer. It can be used as freezer or drink cooler or regular frig. BestBuy's delivery was also very pleasant.

So far a great refrigerator. Beautiful to look at and quiet and love the sleek ice6. Only negative was the 6 week backorder

If we could do it over again, we'd get the exact same fridge. Great storage space, awesome drawer, plenty of freezer space

Love the black stainless steel. We have a really small kitchen- only fridge we loved and fits in the space we have.

I paid $3600 for this refrigerator after tax and supplies. Within one week it had two door dings in the front. Best Buy says there is nothing they can do because its wear and tear. That's nonsense. The black stainless is made out of a very malleable material that is prone to easy dings. Such as when your wedding ring hits it. Now I have to stare at dented doors every time I go in and out of the fridge. Plus, the shelves aren't tall enough for most bottles. Don't buy this fridge! You will regret it.

Sealed compressor died in under 4 years. After doing the research now, avoid Samsung and LG refrigerators
