I love the counter depth. Food is easier to reach and does not get hidden so I am less likely to forget about something that got shoved to the back. I am not crazy about the freezer compartment. Under the interior freezer drawer is a shallow tray that slides out whenever the freezer is opened. This means that you must side that tray back before you can access the main freezer compartment. I am not sure of the purpose of the tray but it seems like a waste of space. I do love the temperature variable, easy access drawer between the refrigerator and freezer.

I shopped for a fridge for months looking for a good deal to replace a 15-yr old side by side GE Profile. I wanted something modern that would last for years but didn't want to pay too much. Narrowed it down to 4 door fridges to satisfy my need for modern but they were all soooo expensive. Bought this one on sale which made my husband happy, but he still felt like, "we spent too much." Then it was delivered! We have thoroughly enjoyed everything about this fridge. The middle drawer is so useful for drinks and kids snacks. The fruit/veggie drawers are surprisingly deep and hold a lot more than we thought they would. The freezer in our old fridge was always packed so tight we couldn't find anything. This freezer has plenty of space and it's so much easier to find items looking down at them laying flat in the drawer vs piled up on shelves. The only negative is it's hard to find door space for tall drink bottles (2 liters, wine, OJ). We can fit one or two in the very front, but if we push them back we can't get them in and out easily. We have to lay the rest on their sides on one of the shelves, which makes me nervous after they've been opened. The ice maker in the LG doesn't block the top shelf like all the other brands, saving vital shelf space. Also love the small square ice cubes.

Counter depth, french doors and 'zero clearance' hinges made this one the perfect fit for our small kitchen! Love the ice & water in door, temperature controls on door, separate beverage drawer and space-efficient freezer with 3 compartments. Movable shelves with flip-up feature are just the ticket for maximizing space in the main compartment.

We originally order this same model in a full size fridge. Once it arrived it was just too big for our limited space kitchen. So we called and were able to make a trade on the counter depth model that we were told was the same style. Once it arrived we noticed it did not have the door inside of the door feature but looked better for our footprint. We were nervous but after our 1st shopping order we were surprised at how much we could fit inside and with it not being so deep we will not run into the issue with having items lost in the back. So far after two weeks it runs great and love the feature of the middle draw that allows us to keep water and drinks at a very cold temperature. Would suggest this especially if you do not care for the door inside the door feature.

I love this refrigerator. It replaced an older side by side refrigerator. Perfect access at the top level to refrigerated food. The counter depth fits great in my remodeled kitchen. Doesn't stick out. Plenty of room. Pull out drawers for freezer and for quick access foods worked perfect for me. Black Stainless matches stove and dishwasher

No problems so far. Super quiet and looks good. The interior LED lighting is a huge step up in technology and the water dispenser is in a much better location than any refrigerator we previewed as you can collect the water in larger pitchers. The only thing that might be of issue is the ice dispenser can get a little sticky, you just need to break up the ice so it falls down into the the ice dispenser.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now and I am very pleased. My other appliances are just plain stainless but the refrigerator is off to the side and there is not any clashing of colors. I have the counter depth just for myself and it fits my needs but if I had a larger family the main compartment might be a little tight. If it is just you and another there shouldn't be any issues or if you freeze a lot of stuff because I have a lot of unused space in there. The only reason for not giving five stars was the smaller main compartment but the extra drawer is awesome for beer.

We love this refrigerator for many reasons. First and foremost is the flexible drawer that can be used as either a cooling drawer with varying temperatures or as aditional freezer space. We have a full sized freezer in the laundry room and can afford to give up the freezer space. So, we use this as a cooling drawer to keep beverages ice cold with the temp set lower than the frig but higher than the freezer. The interior of the refrigerator is spacious with lots room on the adjustable shelves. The right door has large shelf space including two large door shelves that can hold tall or large milk containers or tea. One negative on the interior shelf space is they are not very high and may not accommodate taller items. I have removed one of those shelves and still have lots of room. Overall, this is a great refrigerator and can accomodate a lot of fresh items. With the current trend of eating fresh, you will not miss the freezer space.

I purchased this item as an open-box item from best buy. The sales tag only listed "missing manuals" as the only issue as well as a small dent in the side of it. Not a big deal, I figured I could easily find that online and the dent would be hidden once installed. Had the fridge delivered and installed. Few hours after installation noticed the upper section wasn't keeping cool and there was an error code on the control panel. Long, long story short the "brains" of the upper fridge section was fried and had to have a geek squad rep repair it. It was a terrible pain to get the fridge working. I have to say Pacific Sales reps are really bad and pretty much wanted nothing to do with me. The headache of getting my "new" fridge repaired really ruined my Best Buy experience. In the end (after about 3 weeks of having a broken fridge) it all worked out, I received a call from the manager and got a credit back to my account for all my trouble and I do LOVE this fridge. My only complaint about the fridge is the Easy Reach Tempered Glass sections are kind of useless. The tempered glass isn't secure and gets displaced too easily for my liking. I still haven't found a good use for these sections. Other than that, its spacious, provides excellent cooling, is energy efficient and to top it off, the black stainless steel looks absolutely amazing. 5 stars for the fridge, minus 1 star for the horrible purchase experience.

I love the French doors. It is so easy to find and reach everything. The ice maker is a little small but it's a small price to pay for the extra room.

This is an excellent refrigerator. We tried a GE Cafe, but it was too loud and after months of research, ended up getting an LG with the 2 drawers and love it. Quiet, works great, and love the small ice cubes, they are perfect, and its amazing just how much you can stuff in the freezer drawer. So far so good!

I love the look of this fridge and black stainless steel. I won’t buy it again because of the poor customer service LG offers. It quit cooling and took me aver 50 days to solve the problem. I ended up with a new refrigerator but went with out one in my kitchen for too long and over the Christmas New Years holidays. They didn’t seem to care!

This is an outstanding refrigerator. I have a family of 4 and I was concerned about the refrigerator being too small. Even though this fridge in only "22.7", it has great storage capacity. It maximizes every cu ft of space unlike most refrigerators. The exterior style of the fridge is great and will blend nicely in almost any kitchen. The LED lights are bright and inviting. This appliance is mostly quiet, but you will hear it make ice from time to time. It isn't a big deal. And if you have kids, the best part is the chill drawer. I use it to house all of their favorites. They absolutely love it. Overall, this fridge is stylish, convenient, functional and efficient. It is hard to imagine going wrong with this refrigerator short of getting a lemon

We just remodeled our kitchen and were looking for ways to make it feel bigger. We found one way was to get a counter depth Refer. It does not protrude into the walk way like a normal Refer would. The Stainless steel exterior is a great look and compliments the rest of the kitchen. The interior is perfect for larger items and can be configured any number of ways. I like the ice make size because you are constantly turning over the ice in the reserve tray, unlike bigger models were ice may stay months at a time. the bottom French drawers at really nice for accessing chilled wine and the freezer area is great for high turnover items(Ice Cream). Over all we are very happy with this model.

I selected LG over Samsung, similar model, for two features: 1) slim pull out tray in freezer between top tray and lower bin, perfect for pizza and flat ice packs. 2) smaller ice maker does not intrude into left door storage space. The middle drawer is perfect for Pellegrino, wine, and cheese.

I love this refrigerator. We had originally went with the Samsung 4 door model, but went with this one instead after we were offered a killer deal on it because it was a returned item. I was worried at first because the freezer space seemed limited, but it has proven to be sufficient. The black stainless finish looks great too and the kids fingerprints do not show up at all. It truly is the focal point of our kitchen.

We purchased a new home and closing day we found out they put the wrong fridge in the house. They gave me an allowance to buy one, and I needed it asap. Never have I bought an appliance online without seeing it "in person" but time was important. This fridge fits Perfect in the designated area of the kitchen. It is beautiful. It is a great size as we are only 2 people. I don't know how it would be for a large family. I probably would recommend a larger one for a large family. I love the cold drawer. I wish there was more room for frozen pizza, that's a challenge in the freezer. But overall i was very very pleased

I love the look and performance of this fridge. It is sleek, and the door water/ice dispenser is wonderful. It is counter depth, so it doesn't make much ice; we just buy and freeze extra.

Reviewed all brands for a counter-depth 36" refrigerator. After a month, still happy we selected LG. We love the middle drawer that allows for flexible storage. We eat a great deal of produce and this drawer works great for that. We've found the ice capacity to be very sufficient for our 4 person family; we love the minimal space the ice-maker takes up within the refrigerator. The left door with the ice-maker is very heavy and seems to really rattle the whole refrigerator if we don't close it gently. Other than that, this is a great replacement for our old side-by-side.
