After 10 days, definitely thumbs up on the LG fridge. Though counter depth, actually bigger than expected. Like being able to see and reach everything easily. Water convenience is nice, but learned to get ice before water (else splashing mess.) BB delivery guys were great. Tight fit but they did it.

We could not be happier with this fridge. It has lots of room and I love that the ice maker doesn't take up space.

LG makes a very impressive cabinet depth refrigerator. We really like the new black stainless which makes it very easy to keep clean. The ice maker in the door saves space on the inside for storage. Great feature.

This LG refrigerator is not only a handsome appliance, but the disposition of space is extremely efficient. The counter depth provides shelves that allow you to see at a glance everything that is inside. It has a "fold back" shelf that permits storage of extra tall bottles, items that don't fit in the door compartment. Also, the "custom" chill drawer is perfect for storing beverages, as well as deli items which might need cooler temperatures. And the freezer has 3 "layered" compartments which also permit more accessible storage of items. The water and ice compartments on the door are also very convenient. The only difficulty I found was that the door hinges went further back on the body of the appliance which required some alteration of the cabinet above in order to assure that the appliance did indeed fit "counter depth". Measure carefully before buying.

Even though I dropped down one cuft from my previous fridge, this one almost seems bigger than the previous one. Still getting used to the bottom freezer from my side-by-side, but everything fit and the two slide drawers help with organization.

We are very pleased with our new refrigerator. It provides easy access by way of French doors and two drawers. It is extremely quiet and has performed flawlessly.

But it is a small refrigerator and doesn't make a lot of ice. I had a side by side counterdepth KitchenAide refrigerator before and it seemed bigger. And I never ran out of ice, which I do frequently now. But overall, I'm satisfied. Not ecstatic, but satisfied enough, although I do not understand why a counterdepth costs so much more than a regular size. I would have preferred a regular size but it wouldn't fit. I said yes to recommending it, but with these caveats. .

I purchased this fridge a little bit over 2 yrs ago (End 2018) and it has been a nightmare. 1.- Within the first year the water dispenser started leaking and it had to be replaced! 2.- 2.5 years later the compressor, evaporator went bad. the whole unit stop cooling and freezing!!! Technician mentioned these LG fridges have been very defective and they are pretty much replacing all the parts. DO NOT BUY IT! SAVE SOME HEADACHE!

First let me admit that we bought a floor model LG as the brand new model was beyond our budget and boy did we get lucky. This is a fabulously smart user friendly design - water and ice dispenser that fits tall glasses and water bottles, large pull out drawer for meats, cheeses and everyday lunch items and easy reach level double doors for everything else! With a zero temp bottom drawer freezer I am in heaven. But the best part is that all my fruits and vegetables last so much longer in this refrigerator due to the air circulation. It is definitely worth the price but if you find it on sale or a floor model, snap it up. You'll be very happy you did.

Counter depth gives it a sleek look and it is not bulky. LED lighting is bright and works quietly. No issues so far.

The LG design, features and charcoal stainless steel finish is perfect for my needs. The interior space of this counter top model is awesome! The mid drawer is not only functional and convenient it frees up space in the French door area.

Ample storage in refrigerator, but I’m still adjusting to the lower freezer that doesn’t seem as accessible or roomy as my previous side-by-side unit. Attractive in the SS, and very pleased that I purchased an LG.

Like the refrigerator but the customer service for LG is terrible. Probably wouldn't rebuy because of that

Fits a space that was limited extremely well . The ice cubes are smaller and cubed great for drinks . Temperatures are easily monitored and adjusted if needed . Cons smaller freezer capacity and limited ice cube storage . Milk or other heavier items stored in the door cause the door to swing wide open after opening .

I've had my new refrigerator about a month now. I love it! It took me a few days to become adjusted to the French doors but I love how the drawer, the interior of the refrigerator, and the bottom freezer are perfect for me.

So far so good, we love this refrigerator, for a counter depth refrigerator it has plenty of room and the ice cube maker and dink drawer work perfect, the thermometer is spot on nothing negative to say.

I would have scored this a 5 but there is some frost on the upper front left door by the icemaker that we need to have serviced. Service call 2 weeks out which isn't horrible - glad its not a major issue.

Had the refrigerator for about a month now, very satisfied with the purchase! It is very quiet & I love all the features, especially the door alarm!!! Worth every penny!!!

I love the look of this refrigerator black chrome, funtions are friendly user very sensitive and convenience designs....quite extremely quite....love love love. What else can i say....right bang for the bucks....
