We had to replace an old one that was not counter Depth but fit our space. With having to go to the counter depth now we had to get a 4 cubic foot smaller on. Beside that it is working fine and we have no complaints.

very good functionality with convertible spaces and looks really nice but has slightly smaller interior space than our previous fridge. Freezer is easy to use but could be bigger. Ice and water dispensers are working well.

This was a display model that was put on clearance. A $3500 fridge bought for $1600. Bought it in March. In September a board failed. This was taken care of by LG and a local repair shop. The unit is quiet. It is exactly what my wife wanted. Use of space is much better for groceries.

Something this nice should not be as loud as it is. It is constantly running and emits noise. Still getting used to a French door fridge from having a side by side. Extra drawer is the best thing about it.

I at first bought the Samsung in this price range. It was noisy, the thing made strange noises, reminded me of a tug boat. Rejected and returned. So what now? The LG was a bit more expensive but far exceeds the Samsung in my opinion. Quiet, solid, just seems overall to be of better quality and for that matter a bit larger and user friendly. The finish is superior as well in my opinion. I have no regrets with this upgrade, it was a couple hundred more, but worth every cent.

Would buy again, love the 3 drawers!! Freezer is very roomy

Needed a counter depth refrigerator and this works perfectly

We purchased this refrigerator in Oct 2016. Since our purchase this unit has had a series of issues. We had to have a fan replaced because it made a very loud noise. Recently the refrigerator stopped cooling. We found out that the compressor and the evaporator coil needs to be replace. The cost of the repair will be $1600. I really wish I had never purchased an LG. The repair man says he sees a ton of issues with LGs and Samsung refrigerators. He strongly recommends only purchasing GE or Whirlpool. We will be shopping for a new refrigerator this weekend.

Less than 2 1/2 years old and the cooling system needs to be replaced. Read the warranty as the parts are covered however the labor & Freon are not. My cost to replace is over $700 with no guarantee that it will work. A 2 1/2 yr old fridge that cost $2900 + should not need its cooling system replaced and if it does LG should pay the labor & Freon charges! Will not buy another LG Product.

We really like this new black stainless steel refrigerator. It looks great and is very adaptable to fit many different sizes of containers. The different doors and drawers make it very easy to access the things you use more often.
