Awesome fridge.. love it looks awesome in my kitchen.

In the short time we have had this refridgerator the ice maker has already frozen up. Had to thaw it out to get it working again.

Love this fridge. It makes excellent use of space and the door bins are big enough for 2 gallons of milk EACH. Fridge temperature stays accurate to what it is set to. It’s really quiet, only the ice maker emptying the ice tray makes any noticeable noise. The water filter was really easy to access and install. The ice maker has a regular on-off button instead of the wire arm thing, which I like (it also knows when the ice bucket is full). The glass and plastic patterns inside are nice and aesthetically pleasing, and it has a pleasant “car door is open” sound if you leave it open for too long. It’s not a smart fridge, but this is a plus for me - my fridge does not need wifi or an app. The wheels on it are really good if you only need to move it forwards and backwards, but they don’t swivel, so if it only fits through your doorways sideways (like mine) then you will have to do some sliding and scooching. For its size, it’s not terribly heavy - I didn’t have much problems getting it installed with only 1 smaller adult’s help. The door handles are really easy to install. The only negative I can think of is that the freezer’s upper sliding drawer has to be kind of pulled along to get it to come out all the way. It wants to go back into the freezer. Super minor complaint on a fantastic fridge, though.

We replaced our 14yr old Kenmore French door fridge with this LG. We did not want water or ice in the door and preferred the extra room. It it super quiet and I was happy that they have a full 3yr parts and labor warranty now. The diagnostic feature works great and is nice to use and monitor the door open/close times. The doors have nice big storage areas, but that reduces the size of the slide out drawer. It was a good trade-off for our family of 8. The door hinges are a little too snappy and you have to give them a push to get past the auto-close spring. There is a beeper to warn you if the door is left open. It also has a evacuation vacuum of some kind that you can hear suck the doors in after they’ve been closed for a moment. The speed cooling option is great and works well when we’ve used it. Lighting is definitely better than our old Kenmore, if only just not having that bulged housing at the top front. This LG is nice and flush and easier to navigate milk bottles and similar on the top shelf. The freezer drawers are very easy to use and have roller wheels instead of slides like our old Kenmore. The clever drawer mechanism is very clever and much easier for our kids to open. The ice maker works great and includes a filter, so the taste is good. It may just be our installation, but it is very loud when the water fills the trays. I can hear it in other rooms of the house! Not a big deal, but definitely a surprise since it is otherwise so quiet. The stainless steel is easy to wipe up. We have noticed that we clean it more than our previous white fridge. Maybe just because it is new? I was surprised that there are no longer coils along the bottom of the fridge like our old Kenmore, which gives the freezer more room. The taller doors are nice for cleaning up the visual look up front, but does limit what you can place on the top of the fridge. Yes, we do that! Finally, the counter depth was something we wanted to get a little more floor space in our relatively small kitchen. We were hesitant to give up the interior volume, but after using a couple months, we haven’t missed it! Love the extra room and highly recommend this refrigerator.

It has only been 3-weeks, but so far so good. I researched refrigerators for 6-months, all models and brands before coming to the conclusion that those with ice and water dispensers had the most problems. Second were those with ice makers only. So I looked for the best model with the highest ratings with an ice maker only and simply didn't have the ice maker hooked up when delivered. This LG model is super quiet, has a lot more space than my previous GE side-by-side of similar capacity, has a nice clean & neat appearance inside and out and the finger print resistant surface is excellent. We filter our own drinking water and just put an ice tray or two in the freezer when needed or buy bag ice if need larger quantity. It is less of an inconvenience to do so compared to breakdown and repeated repair. The doors on this fridge open and close easily as does the freezer drawer. Only negatives are I wish the Deli drawer were two separate drawers so you didn't have two open both fridge doors to access it and that the door alarm could be turned off temporarily --especially when loading groceries and doors need to remain open longer. Highly recommend this fridge if you aren't into frills and would prefer peace of mind. Fridge also matches well with our new GE Stainless Steel built in oven and built in separate microwave, Fridge is built in Canada-very good quality. Fresh air circulation system and into both doors a nice feature also. View item as 4.5 stars overall.

Picking the right refrigerator is not an easy task. You search every website you can and read all the reviews. You are going in circles over the style, the brand, the color. After loading my cart with different choses, I narrowed it down to the LG french door counter depth. I love it! It fits perfectly. I was going back and forth about the counter-depth but I am so glad I got it. The installation was easy even during social distancing.

After my huge LG fridge died, wanted a counter depth with no ice and water in the door. Found this model that has a no fingerprint finish. Fit perfectly through the door into our kitchen, didn't hook up the icemaker at all, don't need it. Shallower than our old model, but everything fit just by reconfiguring placement of items. The shelves on the door hold a lot, many beer bottles can fit standing up. The freezer holds almost as much as my old model. The vegetable and fruit bins are a bit smaller, but no big deal. It is also the quietest refrigerator we have ever owned. LOVE it!!

I've had the fridge about a month and have no real complaints. Nothing about it bothers me. The left door closes a touch firmly but I'm used to it now. Good lighting, ample and well-designed space, doesn't make any annoying noises. Good ice maker. The dimensions are perfect for my 24-inch deep countertops. Delivery and install was quick and smooth. Overall very good quality for the price.

Set-up was easy, cools well. liked some improvements to design features such as flip out on large storage drawer. However, to access large storage drawer, both doors must be opened (Old model had split drawers); new model does not have slide out shelves; ice cubes randomly fall behind ice storage tray and drop onto kitchen floor; butter shelf with flip-up lid in right door has been replaced by large storage shelf and its deep rim precludes easy removal of small storage items such as a butter dish. New filter location in roof of unit should make replacement easier.

Our 3 year old Samsung French door refrigerator died. We were looking to replace it with a counter depth to save some space. So far, we are happy with the purchase. The unit is quiet in operation. No frills refrigerator. Installation by BB was prompt and professional. I wish BB offered 5 year protection instead of 3 year.

I would have given this Refrigerator 5 stars but there is one major flaw. The freezer drawer with the ice in it does not open far enough. When you pull out the ice tray the ice goes all over because of the angle that you have to use to pull it out. Shelf's are a little deeper than most, you can put 5 pop cans deep vs 4 but you loose a little space because the drawers are smaller. Finish of this product is top shelf and it's quieter than the GE that I returned that cost $1,000 more.

Lots of space inside and in the freezer. I love that it's smudge-proof and looks amazing at all times. The ice tray is big and makes ice very fast. The only complaint I have is that the doors slam shut when left open. That makes it difficult to store items like milk jugs or glass bottles.

If there are only 2 people in the house, this is a great refrigerator. Since it is counter depth, it is smaller and you can't store a lot. Actually, we stored too much junk with the bigger fridge, and this one is great! We use what we buy :) My only concern is, I had to have two warranty calls on this unit. The freezer was getting frost buildup. The rubber gasket around the freezer wasn't fitting properly. As it turns out, it was fixed by using a hair dryer...yes, a hair dryer to expand the gasket bellows. For a week I had to manually expand the bellows to make sure they wouldn't contract. So far, it's been about 2 weeks and no frost build up.

After listening to the loud compressor of my old refrigerator for 6 years, I decided to banish it to the garage and get a new one. This does not have all the extras on it, but it is so quiet. The counter depth makes it fit better in its space too, without sticking out from the counter. Overall an excellent refrigerator

There is more room inside than I thought there would be due to this fridge being counter depth. Overall it is a nice fridge. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because the first one had a damaged freezer door handle out of the box - the box had no damage what so ever. Best Buy sent me a replacement handle-it had scratched in it.... So I called the Geek Squad appliance line and they did a complete exchange hassle free! This made the 30 minutes on hold worth it.

We are very glad we chose this refrigerator. The counter-depth size made it fit well in our kitchen. It looks great and the refrigerator section is very easy to access. We also like that it is so quiet. Our last fridge was a Bosch and it was noisy and made creepy sounds.

This fridge is very roomy inside, with lots of large door pockets. The freezer is also a good size, and the freezer drawer is well-designed and stable. It doesn't wobble when you open and close it, like you see with some other bottom fridges. Temperature management and interior lighting are excellent. It's beautifully made and runs very quiet. I have the ice maker turned off since I don't need it, so I can't comment on how that feature works. Best Buy delivery guys were knowledgeable, fast, professional and careful. LG fridges are highly rated by Consumer Reports, and I highly recommend this appliance.

We needed a refrigerator for our second home. We visited several stores and Best Buy had what we needed. The sales associate was very helpful and knew what she was doing. The refrigerator is nice and has plenty of space for our needs. It looks good in our kitchen.

Replaced my previous LG fridge with this one so it will fit into the renovated kitchen (yet to be completed). As it is counter-depth, it means it is wider than the previous one and not as deep (of course). Managed to figure out to store my items and it works nicely. Like it has wheels so as to moving it will not be a chore. Arrived undamaged although delivery guy had to remove handles that were already installed in order get through the doorway. Lighting in the fridge part is a bit dimmer with this model but sufficient to locate things stored. Left door seems to be more tightly sprung as it has a feel of being heavier and can slam shut rattling the items on the door. Freezer is good. Seems a bit smaller than my previous fridge but again--missing some of the depth and getting more of the width. Looks lovely--hope it serves me well for many years.
