We've had this fridge for over a year, and it works great! Everything works as designed. We're very happy with it.

Replaced 15 yr refrigerator. This one is roomy, quiet, cold. Love the cabinet-depth—no giant appliance sticking out into the kitchen. BB installers were on-time, efficient and mindful of my home. No issues with removing old and replacing with new. All positives so far!

Very spacious and has a good number of shelves. The ice maker is in the freezer instead of the top part of the fridge which gives you more space for other groceries. I feel you get more ice cube space than the usual ice maker that comes with most refrigerators.

While this refrigerator has fewer cubic feet than our last one, we are very happy with this LG model. It’s so quiet! We love that feature. The only negative we have experienced is it’s height. There’s no room between the top and the built in cabinet above to store anything. So, be aware.

If you are debating...this is a great size. We were a little worried about going down to the smaller counter depth size, but it has not been a problem at all. The fridge is so well organized and there is plenty of room for our family of 7. It looks great and we absolutely love this fridge.

We love this fridge. We didn’t connect the waterline, based on some of the other reviews but we don’t mind using icetrays. Also love that it plays a noise if the door is open too long. Its the quietest fridge we have owned yet.

Really like this new fridge. Biggest true counter-depth we could find. Bottom freezer is new to is but is okay, since we access it least. Would recommend to others.

I am only giving it 4 stars because it is brand new and I don't know how it will do long term. The layout is great and because the ice maker is in the bottom drawer there is plenty of uninterrupted space on the interior of the refrigerator. It is well lighted and since it is counter depth it's easy to reach everything.

This was the only fridge that fit my counter-depth space and had all the bells and whistles, for a great price! Thanks Best Buy, Great Customer Service!!!

Get yourself a Brita. No water. Very very very spacious.

Have only owned this refrigerator for one month, but love it! More space than I need, chimes to alert you when the door is not fully closed, and it looks great. Had to return a Whirlpool side by side and upgraded to this LG. I paid a few bucks more, but it was so worth it!

I have owned this over 6 months now. I bought it because I was looking for a very quiet compressor, counter depth stainless model. I am a light sleeper and live in a small dwelling with an open floor plan. It is very quiet (as long as ice box is full or ice maker turned off for the night). No more startling awake from fridge noises. It has a beautiful finish that hides smudges pretty well. The door on the left side closes rather quickly and hard (so it will seal). This was a problem when I had wine bottles stored there. I just moved the bottles to the right door and moved condiments to the left and it solved it. I am very happy with this model. Very spacious fridge with great door and draw space. Freezer is perfectly sized to store the items that aren’t used daily. Love the overall look and ease in which the stainless steel is cleaned.

Love the simplicity and practicality of design. Can't beat the value for the product, we are comtemplating the same model as a replacement for our primary residence. A few issues with the ice maker are most likely due to intensity of use when the whole crew is using this summer beach house. We'll see how it stands up over time, since this is a new purchase.

Lots of room, love having a spacious freezer on the bottom. So very quiet, I even like the alarm that goes off if the doors aren’t closed completely. My fruit and vegetables seem to last longer in their separate bins compared to my old refrigerator. Looks pretty! Print proof is a definite plus!

This frig is awesome. Despite the cubic ft it actually has a ton of room. Sure easy to keep clean and makes the best ice cubes! We are very pleased! Deli drawer is my favorite part you can see everything you have.

This fridge is amazing! I keep buying groceries and it never seems “stuffed” like my previous fridge was. Plus, everything is visible and nothing seems to get lost in the back. I find we are saving money by not wasting food. Temperature is just right for everything, well lit, super spacious.

The appearance and the interior layout and access are outstanding. I love the freezer setup and the easy access there also. The counter depth is a huge plus and I’m very satisfied with my decision to purchase this refrigerator.

Great refrigerator, love the style. Pretty of room inside, like the freezer on the bottom. Open both refrigerators door and you can fix large trays inside with ease.

So much better than the side by side I tried earlier. Spacious easy to see what's in it. I am really enjoying this refrigerator!
