    We were told this model had the craft ice maker, however, the unit we received doesn’t have one.

    Never bought an LG product before but really do like it. It’s quiet, love how the temps etc are where you can see them easily and it has plenty of storage space.

    It’s still early on to give a review of this product on its efficiency and performance but on aesthetics, it’s a very nice appliance.

A water filter that has not been changed will become clogged with particles that can impede water flow and cause this issue. Moreover, an improperly working water line may also be the culprit here.     Use 2 months, looks perfect. the filter for water/ice maker is effective(decrease ppm about 80-100)

    Buyer Beware of LG refrigerators

    2015 version. The inverter has completely failed, and I lost all the food in my freezer and now the refrigerator section is at 52 degrees. LG is made in Korea. Appliance repairman recommended I replace with Whirlpool, which is made in the USA. So I ordered the Whirlpool version from BB.

    Don't Judge this Book by its Cover

    We bought the predecessor model, LMXC23746, in 2016 and it has given us years of grief. In 5-1/2 years we went through three compressors and over $3500 counting the price, tax, LG Premium Care Plan (purchased a year into our nightmare), and the labor component of in-warranty service calls. Not to mention three loads of spoiled food. We learned too late of a class action against LG for this issue, https://www.classaction.org/lg-refrigerator-linear-compressor-failure-lawsuits. Replaced this lemon today with a Whirlpool.
