I love this refrigerator! It is spacious and offers all the features my family could need. We've eliminated the need for bottled water because of the in door water and ice dispenser. Door shelves are deep. There's a retractable shelf so you can fit taller bottles (like wine) inside without having to adjust shelf height. The freezer is spacious. So much to love and so far, nothing to hate. The only annoyance might be the door alarm. It goes off if you stand at the fridge with the doors open for too long, but that's tolerable. Highly recommend!

This ice box really fits our needs. We wanted the biggest fridge that would fit and look good in our kitchen. This counter depth appliance looks really good without sacrificing floor space. Top in door icemaker does not take up compartment space, while the bottom freezer ice maker lays out plenty of ice. Huge freezer compartment. The indoor lights go from dim to bright as door is opened. Very attractive fridge. Sales person very informative. Thanks.

We originally purchased a new Samsung fridge, however had issues since we bought it. After almost 2 years of repetitive maintenance repairs we were finally able to get it exchanged. Have had this fridge for less than a month, however so far much better than the Samsung fridge. Much more ice, no leaking of water from the water dispenser, no melting ice dripping from the ice dispenser, much more room in the fridge, etc. Would highly recommend over a Samsung.

Works as expected. Generally quiet with an occasional noise from the ice marker doing what it does. No problems with the ice & water disperser which we use constantly throughout the day. The dispensing of the crushed ice can be a little messy but typical from my experience. No problems with frost buildup or freezing water line. Overall, happy with the refrigerator, and no wanted surprises.

I've been waiting for years to get a french door refrigerator. I had a side by side and absolutely hated how small each side was and that I had to bend down too much to find things. I love that all I have to do is open the doors and find whatever I want. Everything is kept so cold and fresh. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of 2 things. 1. This fridge is supposed to have 2 ice makers and I have yet to find how to use the one in the freezer. There is nothing about it in the manual and I haven't called anyone to find out about it. 2. The plastic shelves in the freezer sometimes get stuck. Otherwise, this is a wonderful refrigerator.

Keeps everything organized. Like extra tray in freezer. Not as deep as my previous fridge and better laid out. The black stainless steel color is attractive and stays clean.

Only had this refrigerator a week, but so far it is quiet. The water and ice work fine and the taste is good. Love the counter depth.

I choosesd this product because it is good quality, nice and very spacious. The delivery crews are nice knows very well how to install it.

Love the black stainless steel. It blends well with my other appliances, which have regular stainless with black glass doors (wall oven and microwave) and a black glass cooktop. The French door design makes it so much easier to see the contents than my side-by-side fridge did. My only issue is that when the compressor cycles on/off it makes a high-pitched noise. I plan to contact LG about this.

Love my new LG Counter- Depth refrigerator!!! Plenty of room for everything we need. Great ice/water maker. Freezer is nice too.

No complaints for this refrigerator. Lots of storage space. Two ice makers. Looks Good. No fingerprints on this one.

I bought this french door model to replace a dead 1.5 yr old samsung refrigerator. What sold me were 1. Good reviews by consumer reports and 2. The fact that the ice-maker mechanism was totally in the door freeing up space in the refrigerator itself. Even if that meant the bins in the ice-maker side were narrower (they still are deep enough to hold salad dressing bottles, soy sauce and the like) it still makes the interior of the fridge have more usable space- pretty important in a counter depth fridge cause you sacrifice cu ft-age so that the fridge doesn't stick out into the kitchen floorspace too much. The interior shelves are not tall enough for taller bottles BUT All three bins on the other door (non ice-maker side) Are deep so larger bottles, milk cartons etc fit nicely there. Additionally one shelf inside slides back halfway so you can also fit taller things there also.

Took delivery on 7/6/2019. Love all the advertised features. Running very quietly and smoothly. Makes ice like crazy. Only issue is the water and ice from the in-door dispenser has a bad oder and a plastic taste. Did not have this issue with the fridge it replaced, so we know its not the house water supply. Have flushed multiple gallons of water through the system (mfg recommends 2.5 after first installed) and thrown out buckets of ice over several days. Also installed the mfg provided water filter, which has not made a difference. Will return to Best Buy for a different brand before my 15 day return window is up if not resolved soon.

After a fiasco with Frigidaire and GE, this was a pleasant purchase. People complain of noise, this is NOT a traditional refrigerator. It has a different more reliable compressor that runs and sounds different that your standard refrigerator. I would NOT consider this a noisy refrigerator by any means. Ice makers are awesome, we use a lot of ice and this unit keeps up, retired my stand alone ice maker.

I love this refrigerator! The capacity is the largest I found when looking for counter depth. I also like the ice maker in the refrigerator door so it doesn't take valuable space on the inside. It also has ice in freezer so you never run out.

We had to replace our side by side refrigerator and decided to get a French door model. I love the way you can put large food trays in. The three drawers in the freezer make it easy to organize and find items. The ice maker is inside the door and not taking up room in the refrigerator itself. We are very happy with our choice.

Well designed and ample space inside. Originally had a bigger refrigerator (27 cft) but it was popping out of the kitchen counter.... changed to this counter depth model and it fits great and looks good. Storage space is good as well compared to other counter depth models.

We are so pleased with this LG refrigerator! The way all of the space has been utilized makes the lower sq footage not an issue. The upper and lower icemakers are great. And the extra drawer in the freezer makes organizing easier. Great purchase for our family!

I decided on this model over a similar GE because the reviews indicated the GE was quieter. Overall, it is very quiet, but when it cycles it emits a high-pitched whine. It's soft and many would not likely notice it, but if you're noise sensitive, it will drive you nuts. LG has an entire webpage devoted to troubleshooting noises, but I still can't figure out whether this noise is normal or not. https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/refrigerator-noises-CT00023125-20150292153479 On the brighter-side it has a new feature that I love-- the extra pull out shelf in the freezer. It's a small feature that makes a big difference. Without the whine, I'd give it 5 stars.
