We love this fridge except that it emits a high pitched noise regularly.

Had this refrigerator for about a month and it is working great so far. Love the dual ice maker!!

The fridge looks great, but that is about. Everything with the fridge seemed to work as it should then the noise started. We have had 5 service calls over 3-4 months now, 3 of which were scheduled without anyone from LG contacting us to schedule an appointment, just a text message the night before the technician was showing up. Only once was there an attempt at a fix for the noise, but that was just throwing parts at the problem which the tech admitted would not fix the issue. Other issues with this nightmare of a fridge: There is no way to level this fridge properly as there are only leveling feet in the front, not the back. The left door will not stay open and slams shut which LG claims is by design. Never have I owned fridge which I could not open the door all the way and have it stay open in order to put groceries in and never have I had one where the door slams shut and shakes the whole unit. This sounds like an excuse for a design flaw. The right door will stay open, but that is all it does as it will not close on its own no matter what. LG's customer service has been far from helpful getting these issues resolved. Best Buy's delivery service was another nightmare. It took 4 appointments and 3 units to get one. The first attempt the driver never showed up or called. The second attempt the unit had a hole in it. The third attempt the installers finally decided to look at the water shutoff and would not install the unit until I replaced it so they left the fridge in my living room, not sure why they never looked at the shutoff during the previous attempts. After I replaced the the water shutoff the installers stripped the screw on the door leveler which made it impossible to level with the right door and broke a shelf taking the protective plastic out. 4 delivery the hauled away the broken fridge and left the replacement, but never bothered to try to level the fridge or the doors or even remove all of the protective plastic, only hooked up the water.

We have owned for just under a month and it has been great so far. It took some time for the ice to stop tasting "strange" but the documentation talks to dumping a number of batches. Overall, very satisfied thus far.

We have had LG - 23.5 Cu Ft French Door Counter depth about a month. We are still getting used to the most efficient use of the space; however, we are extremely pleased with the purchase. Ice both the upper dispenser as well as the freezer drawer is a good benefit. Stainless steel exterior in our kitchen is also attractive.

I'm liking this refrigerator very much. Seems very roomy on the inside and well planned.

Staff at or Best Buy were very knowledgeable about the product. Delivery was painless and carried out by professional people. The refrigerator works great. Coming out of a side by side refrigerator and into this French door one I was not sure how I would like it. I truly do like the features of this product.

So far so good, the new refrigerator joined the family when the house was empty. It survived the challenges of Christmas and was able to hold most of the food we prepared. Water and Ice machine work as expected and love the large spaces available in the door for gallon size milk or juice. Freezer is smaller than what my family needs but otherwise, I am pleased with the purchase.

Far more usable space for the size and seemingly excellent quality. We did find out that we needed copper piping from the basement so we had to get a plumber to get the water and ice machine connected. Salesperson should have informed us that the installers could not hook it up with plastic piping in place.
