I like this refrigerator a lot. Nice design and functionality. The craft ice maker is a nice addition the only issue with that is the balls of ice are flat on one side.

A beautifull looking fridge inside and out with smart connectivity that's simple to use. By far the best price point with a bunch of fun and practical features.

I got this for about a month. Works good very quite. I tried connecting to WiFi but it didn’t connect. Trying getting some help from Samsung customer support but was of no help

The refrigerator is fine the issue is the craft ice maker DOES NOT WORK. The ice maker will work for about 9-15 months then it will start getting jammed the company will not do anything for you and there is currently a class action suit working it's way through the courts. You can replace the ice maker for a couple hundred bucks but within months it will start doing the same. BestBuy and LG in my opinion should not be selling a product with a known deficiency like this. Also is someone manipulating the ratings because this is an issue with almost all of these ice makers

Craft ice maker failed at about 7 months, still no response from LG on warranty. (its been about 6 months) Door ice maker failed at 17 months. I know someone else who has the same refrigerator and also had the craft ice maker fail in the first few months, they were told there were know issues with the craft ice maker. I will never buy another LG product. Previously had a kitchen aid refrigerator, we got 15 years out of that one before compressor started making a lot of noise.

We’ve only had the fridge for a year and 1/2 and it’s having issues. Started with an occasional drip from ice dispenser but lowering the freezer temp by 2 degrees seemed to solve that. Then some odd noises in the weeks after, and now we have an error code showing on the door. The ThinQ app says fan motor issue. Repair service scheduled. Frustrating to have these issues with a relatively new appliance.

It did not fit in the space and the Tech measurer had already measured the space and said that refrigerator would be fine. It sticks out 5" from the back wall!

Refrigerator was delivered with damaged freezer handle - and this was a replacement refrigerator for a previously delivered damaged refrigerator.

Beautiful and functional counter depth refrigerator with craft ice and smart features. Biggest counter depth in its class. Hopefully it will perform for many years. Very quiet.

I love the design and counter depth refrigerator. Very sleek and easy to buff with a micro fiber towel to keep fridge looking fresh. I knew I wanted a fridge where I could get into ice maker to empty or easy unjam if needed. My last fridge the ice maker was encased and you could not get at it. That was an issue and did not want that again. It is quiet and looks great.

Well designed and well built fridge. Very clean design inside and out. Quality construction and materials. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish does indeed resist most fingerprinting. Door bins are extra deep on the right side and hold a surprising amount. Adjustable leakproof glass shelves and multiple drawers that are configurable for deli, veggies, meats, etc. Good freezer space and bins. The best feature is the dual ice makers including the "craft" ice that makes balls a little bigger than a golf ball. Also has measured fill for water through door (4, 8, and 12 oz). Quiet running unit with logical controls with linear compressor for reliability. Only has one very small logo on the front tha is pretty nondescript, so this fridge blends easily with other brands of appliances. Had and seen many fridges over the years and this one stacks up very well. You will be happy with it.

So far a good. Love the counter depth so it doesn’t stick out so far into the kitchen, though I wish there were options that were an inch or two wider to add back some of the cubic feet lost with the counter depth size. As a fridge and freezer, it’s doing its job fine; not quite as quiet as I had expected given its ratings for noise level, but not terrible. It’s about the same as our old Kenmore (which I think was an LG build). It’s not noisy per se, but you get the same gurgles and such from the coolant and the compressor is still noticeable when running. Maybe it’s worse because ours is exposed on its left side. To that end, I wish it didn’t have the visible vent on its left side, but we knew about that from the photos before ordering. Ice production seems fine, and the water dispenser works well with a sufficient flow rate. We love the extra room for wide things in the fridge compared to our old side-by-side model. Install was pretty easy and straight forward. The wifi connectivity is a bit gimmicky, but oh well. At least it gives a little extra feedback and control; you can turn on and off the accelerated ice production mode and set/view the temperature settings. Visually, besides that nagging vent on the left side, it’s a very attractive refrigerator that looks great in the space. The stainless steel so far seems to be living up to its claim of not showing fingerprints.

So far, so good. This was purchased for a new home. The counter depth looks great - extends only 2-3 inches from the edge of the counter. Runs super quiet, does what it says it does. Craft ice is a nice touch. Being smaller was a concern to my wife, but there is plenty of room. Especially nice is the icemaker in the door, and the ability to pull out the bin - something some brands don't offer.

Great size for counter-depth. I replaced my regular size fridge with this LG counter depth and feel this one is bigger. Looks much better in my kitchen. Very quiet and the Craft Ice is great. A little slow to make but definitely worth the wait. There are two ice makers in this fridge, so you don't have to worry about running out of ice. The regular ice maker is at the door so it doesn't take more of the interior space/shelf. The phone app gives all the needed information about the fridge. Will recommend this LG fridge anytime. The extra 1 year factory warranty for this model is a plus. The delivery people and service are top notch, thanks Best Buy!

My wife and I just remodeled our kitchen and bought this fridge to finish up the appliances as the previous refrigerator we purchased was on back order. I must say, I'm glad we did. This fridge was the largest capacity option (cubic feet) in counter depth and also came in printed stainless steel for those pesky fingerprints. But I must admit, the biggest draw is the craft ice cubes it makes in the freezer. It is perfect for having parties and putting one big ice cube in your adult beverages. My wide enjoys it so much that i often catch her using the craft ice cubes in her normal drinks. All in all, this refrigerator bailed us out when we couldn't procure the original option and had it been available when we were initially looking, we probably would have bought it then. Oh, and the lock feature on the ice/water dispenser was a nice touch with the young ones around. Definitely helps to keep your sanity knowing you won't find yourself slipping in the kitchen on those midnight snack runs. :)

This refrigerator is a good size but a bit pricey. One annoyance is that it's a counter depth fridge (which you pay a premium for) but you need to have a large gap between the wall and the back of the fridge otherwise it overheats. Thus, no longer a counter depth fridge. My wife likes the craft ice though.

This fridge was the largest capacity we could find that was countertop depth and so far after a month it's been everything we could ask for. We lost some room with the depth, but the shelves, drawers and use of freezer space has been better than expected. Having a separate bev cooler in our island certainly helped with this, but overall we are happy with the size. The craft ice feature has been fun for my kids and we haven't had any of the deformed issued other reviews have stated.

We love our new LG French Door Refrigerator. We have had side by side refrigerators for many years, but no longer. the French Door opens up the space in the refrigerator for more storage and easy access. This model is quiet, cold and looks great in our kitchen. The Craft Ice is kinda cool!! So far quality is excellent - no issues.
