A fine fridge-freezer. The size is almost picture perfect for our cutout. The operation is quiet, the efficiency outstanding at under 443W. This is powering itself with the drain of less than half of our toaster. There is an easy to use, workable water and ice on the front, plus the fun craft ice spheres inside, making a fun glump once a day into the tray, and then your drink. The only glitch we have encountered is the power line that lays on top of the unit (why??). If you have a top/height squeeze, this will necessitate a reroute of the cord around the side. Thanks

Beautiful, quiet, specious. Love my new fridge. I like LG brand products.

Pros: There is a lot we love about this fridge. It has worked beautifully in the several months we have had it. We love that is has both an air filter and a water filter which are easy to replace. It is nice not having a light bulb taking up space - and the LED lights are well placed and make it easy to see everything inside the fridge. The craft ice took a few days to start working - but the operating instructions told is it would take that long for the ice maker to get super cold enough. The craft ice was totally worth waiting for. Not only is it beautiful, but it really does melt more slowly. Cons: No matter how we configure the shelves, about 1/2 of our wine bottles will not fit standing upright anywhere in the fridge without sacrificing a whole shelf space. We may yet find a way to configure it to allow all of our wine bottles to stand up - but we haven't found a way to make that happen yet, and it is frustrating. Also, there is a "door open" alarm which we have not figured out how to adjust. I like the fact that there is an alarm - because in our last french door refrigerator - we sometimes left the doors open without noticing it. But we feel that the door open alarm begins sounding much too soon, and we would like to be able to adjust it to wait longer before it begins sounding.

This fridge replaced a 10 year old side by side fridge/freezer. It was so hard to fit everything in that old piece of junk... but this LG is a breath of fresh air! We fill it up from a big shopping trip, yet still have room to spare! The ability to organized things better, the horizontal collapsing shelf, and the super awesome built-in craft ice maker were huge selling points for us! Look no further if you like to entertain, or just enjoy having fancy cocktails in the comfort of your own home! Love it!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The secondary ice maker in the freezer with craft ice is also special. Even though it is counter depth I have plenty of room. The only downside is the top has an extended lip that I can't actually push my refrigerator in to make it a true counter depth but that's minor. Very pleased.

First experience with a WiFi-enabled appliance. WiFi set up was fairly easy and gives useful updates on how the refrigerator is functioning. The water and ice dispenser works well and it’s great to have filtered water flowing from it. The craft ice maker also works well cranking out the round ice balls in the freezer. Lot’s of room inside compared to our old refrigerator with adjustable shelves and large bins. The freezer is also very roomy with the two sliding shelves over the main bin for extra storage. Very pleased so far.

We love this new refrigerator. It is so spacious compared to our old side-by-side, and the deep door shelves are very handy. The door icemaker produces enough for our family, and the freezer icemaker when given enough time can produce a party's worth of big round ice balls that have a "wow" factor. The freezer drawers provide for decent organization, while extrawide refrigerator drawer is VERY handy. Terrific purchase in our opinion

Bought to replace a a 15 year old fridge. Very happy with the purchase. Pros: - Elegant looking interior with stainless rear panel and accents - Spacious and every space is maximized - PrintProof works Cons: - No drip tray for the dispenser. Looks better without one but requires constant wiping. - Edge of the door has a tiny dent. Probably from manufacturing and I'm pretty sure not from delivery. Not a Con for the product but mostly for LG. - 5 year Extended Warranty is expensive

Our seven year old over priced GE monogram fridge finally died and was tired of having The repairman out. I did a ton of research and landed on this LG. This thing is engineered proper, so much of a better build quality than the Monogram brand. There’s ample room in the fridge, love the ice maker built in to the door and the shape of the ice cubes. The craft ice is freakin awesome, although loud when it dumps. Doesn’t really bother us but it will get your attention if you're in the same room. Love the fingerprint proof doors. So far so good, I’m very happy with the purchase.

This refrigerator is the best! It may be a little costly but it has exceeded my expectations for capacity in the refrigerator as well as the freezer. It always has ice to dispense, and I drink ice water throughout my day. The craft ice is a plus and is fun when you have guest offer for drinks. Love that the surface is finger proof and always look nice and clean. Like the few features for water quantity also. It is also has the dimensions to fit in a space where you can use a 23.5 Cu.Ft. instead of a smaller capacity refrigerator.

Very happy with it so far. Craft ice is a nice bonus. We upgraded from a 20 yr old refrigerator so it is very nice compared to what we had! The sliding drawers in the fridge and freezer work well for organizing the food we buy. Went with counter depth and it is still plenty of space for our family of 5 (three teen/college age kids) but we also have a garage fridge for overflow/drinks. Just hope it lasts a long time!

We really like the LG refrigerator. The fridge is one of the largest counter-depth refrigerators. The ice and craft ice makers work well and the quality of ice is good. The LG design is really nice and working with Best Buy made it easy. We had a short wait for the delivery and it was as fast and as easy as the sales process. We have purchased several appliances from Best Buy in the past year and have not had a single issue with them. I would highly recommend purchasing an LG refrigerator from Best Buy.

So far I am super happy Witt the fridge. We have a very night built in so it’s hard to find the exact dimensions to fit the space however this one did with max cubic capacity. Super super happy and a fun feature is the additional craft ice maker. I only with the normal ice maker could hold more ice but think it was limited due to the max fridge capacity. Either way love the fridge and the black stainless is beautiful.

Love our new counter depth french door LG refrigerator! We hesitated to purchase because the capacity is smaller than the KitchenAid french door we were replacing however we hardly notice now. The extra room provided by the counter depth units is wonderful and the 2 ice makers are a bonus. The kraft ice does take longer to produce... but love this feature. For the money this is the refrigerator to purchase!

We like the LG, it's better than the similar GE it replaced. The LG is quiet and well-built It has 2 ice makers; one in the door for your usual ice, and one in the freezer for craft ice. Vertical lightning in the refrigerator section are very bright which is a plus when you need to clean the inside.

Our new LG fridge is working great. This has plenty of space for our family. The primary reason for purchasing this fridge is the dual ice maker and I am happy to say that the craft ice does continuously make ice without the need to press any buttons. Previous reviews on other models had mentioned that you need to press a button each time to generate, but that is not the case on this fridge.

This is a wonderful refrigerator. From the excellent sales person to the smooth delivery by courteous, skilled installers, it was a very happy purchase. I was delighted to be able to find a floor model in San Diego so I could see it. Then I was pleased by the prompt delivery schedule. I look forward to many trouble-free years with this very attractive addition to my kitchen.

I love my new LG refrigerator! The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is because the shelves are plastic and not glass. For the price, they shelves should be glass. The special ice feature is a very showy element! The ice maker produces round ice as large as snowballs and they are a big hit at parties. More than any other refrigerator I have owned, this model utilizes every inch of interior and as a result, feels much larger than 23.5 cubic feet.

This is a wonderful fridge. Love the different depth options on both doors and the three shelves in the freezer are an extra bonus This fridge holds a lot and the craft ice option plus the extra ice tray is great for large gatherings. We had a little trouble with the craft ice but LG sent out a technician who fixed it right away. Their customer service is impressive. We are very satisfied with this purchase!
