Bought this to replace a side by side counter depth with the same rated size. The LG has way more usable space in the refrigerator but is a bit tighter in the freezer. Other than that, we love the frig. Looks great inside and out. The frig space is so functional. Craft ice is a novelty - not something we were looking for but still a nice perk. My wife and I keep saying we really love this refrigerator and are very pleased with the purchase.

Love this LG counter depth fridge. Our 13 year old regular depth fridge needed replacement and due to COVID I purchased this one sight unseen. I had been researching refrigerators for about year, preparing for the inevitable time to replace. I had picked out a different brand and model and was ready to pull the trigger. When that fridge wasn't in stock (once again, due to COVID). I "settled" for this one. I could not be happier with the design and layout. Items are much easier to access with counter depth. I do wish you could view the actual temperature of the fridge and the freezer. The fridge and the app only show the temperature setting; not the actual fridge temperature. I've only owned for a few weeks. Hoping I have great luck with the quality like I have with LG washers and TVs.

Have had it for a month. Love the counter depth. Plenty of space. Love the 2 ice makers & designer ice cubes.

It functions well. It’s a large size fridge and it’s counter depth! Too expensive. I like the ball shape ice!

Looks good, quiet. Good space but should have gone with regular depth. Door with ice maker is a lot heavier than the other door, so it will close with slam if not careful. Like the craft ice, but not really necessary. Wifi is peace of mind when we're away for extended period of time to make sure fridge doesn't shut down and have food spoil.

LOVE this Fridge. Black Stainless looks amazing. One thing I love is the water gushes out to fill your glass quickly. The 2 inch ice balls are a wow factor. Even though we have the counter depth version its has a ton of room for everything including freezer. Be careful to measure total height of this unit as we had to modify our cabinet to clear the top cover.

It seems like LG fridges get a lot of negative reviews. But the size and features were exactly what we needed, so I figured I'd take a chance on it.... I couldn't be happier with how it's performed. Both fridge and freezer hold temperature perfectly. Both ice makers work great, and the craft ice balls are great in cocktails. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this fridge again.

Excellent refrigerator! Roomy, chrome interior makes it bright along with LED lights placed on both sides. Everything is easy to see and easy to reach. Easy to empty ice maker. The additional craft ice maker is novel and have had some fun with it but certainly not something I wanted. Freezer is very spacious with 2 drawers and large bottom bin with a divider. Love it!

LG’s craft ice was the biggest reason I bought this fridge, and I have not been disappointed! My guests love the ice, I love the ice, we all love the ice. Thought the counter depth would be too small a size for a small family, but the fridge is surprisingly spacious. Love it so far.

I must hand it to Best Buy - they continue to earn my business over and over again. This was a major appliance purchase that would have otherwise gone to Sears or Howard's, but I am quite pleased with the service, selection, knowledge and installation performed by the Best Buy staff. We set out to get Kitchen Aid fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher, and decided on LG instead due to having higher value for the money. We purchased the entire set (luckily everything was in stock), and three weeks later the set was installed very professionally and without incident. Took only two hours. The LG equipment is flawless and I hope to have many years of good performance. As mentioned, Best Buy continues to earn my business. I know a lot about Best Buy having sold them Kenwood mobile electronics products for ten years. I'm a tough customer but BBY always seems to rise to my highest expectations. Great work folks!

I'm really enjoying this fridge so far. It's spacious, sleek in appearance, and the water and ice quality are great. The cocktail ice balls that it makes are very fun too. Be mindful that, like most new fridges, it sticks out much further than cabinets and older fridges. That said, still would buy it again.

This refrigerator has tons of space for a counter depth fridge. It has 2 ice makers- one makes craft 3” balls and the other makes regular small cubes that you can get from the ice/ water dispenser. The freezer has 3 storage areas. One is a slim drawer but good for some thinner items. I think they maximized the space very well.

Great fridge. It looks stunning in the kitchen. The space is fantastic and being able o open both doors and have such a wide open area makes it easy to load large platters for party trays and such. The craft ice is the best. If you don't need many ice balls you can shut it off for a while and still have the ice in the door with the water. Great system.

I just replaced my Samsung refrigerator and went with LG already can see and tell the difference. There is more room and I like the way the freezer has a third shelf and of course the craft ice is a hit. I paid more for my LG but It is well worth it. Just hope I get more than 3 yrs out of it because that’s all I got from my Samsung. Will never by Samsung refrigerator again.

Good smaller refrigerator. The drawers on the door where the ice maker is are a little useless. Overall nice. The ice balls aren’t perfectly round. Still wonderful to use. The water is cold coming out of the fridge (not all fridges give you cold water) so that was a nice plus. I bought on sale. I wouldn’t buy this at full price.

This refrigerator had almost 5 stars when we researched it, and we're happy to say (though we've only had it a month) that we agree! It's a great refrigerator. The craft ice is really cool, though we were not looking for that particular feature. It has plenty of room for our needs.

In the year and a half that I have had this appliance, it has had two issues. Once with the craft ice maker and thankfully it was easy to fix and within warranty so it did not cost me a thing; the second is an issue I am currently having that will cost me $400+ to repair. The fan motor went out and needs replacement and it is out of the LIMITED warranty. Zero warning that the fan would give out and my appliance is not cooling so everything is going to spoil. My advice would be against this appliance and to do more research on the warranties that come with appliances because these things only have up to one year of LIMITED being the key word of warranty and honestly it is a hefty price tag to maintain. I purchased this out of desperation because my 15 year old fridge gave out. This fridge also needs mindful buyers who will only buy what they need at a time or else the over fill of space will cause food spoilage so this is not ideal for a household of 4 and above

I replaced my side by side with this amazing French Door. It's like going from a Ford Pinto to a Porsche! It seems so much bigger to me because I can put large, wide items in it (a cookie sheet) and can organize the freezer compartment to hold so much more. Food seems fresher and there's never any odor. The retractable shelf for tall items is definitely a selling feature which I use all the time. The door shelves hold so many items and my condiments are well organized. I have no use for craft ice and turned that feature off. I do brag to people about how much I love this refrigerator and I'm sure they must think I'm nuts!

Best counter depth you can find. Space saving and also ample interior space which makes it feel like Counter Depth and a half. Second one I have purchased after a move into a new home. Craft Ice a big plus, no more half moon ice!

We are very happy with the interior design, features, overall look and ease of use. The only adjustment has been shutting the door on the left. We prefer to close it gently after opening , as opposed to letting it self close. If you let it close automatically, it closes quite hard and sounds jarring. Not a big deal. We really like it overall.
