$4000 piece of garbage

This is a very flawed refrigerator, and I have suspicion that LG engineered it to fail. There is a very common error code that appears on LG fridges called "FFE" which is the freezer fan. This element is only covered under warranty for 1 year, and it will happen at some point. Search FFE, you will see hundreds of posts about it as it is a very common defect. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star is because of LG's unwillingness to help. They charge $400+tax to send a technician to fix it, but they didn't have a tech available in the area. So their solution was to send me a link to their public website to search my area for licensed service technicians and call them on my own accord. I have about $20k worth of LG appliances in my house and I'm disgusted with this treatment. I will never trust LG or purchase LG appliances again.

I have purchased several large appliances from Best Buy in the past. This is the first time this has occurred.... Customer service immediately took care of my concerns when I informed them of the issue. Best Buy is amazing!!!!
