This refrigerator has more useable space than I expected. It is well lit and well designed. My only negative is that the left front door does not stay opened when I need it to.

Nice looking refrigerator but the only reason we bought this refrigerator was that it was the only model that would fit into our cut out space and we wanted a black stainless steel refrigerator to match our other appliances. We have had a LOT of issues with the craft ice maker and the control panel on the refrigerator door. You can't turn off this refrigerator without unplugging it. There is no turn off switch. The controls to reset the craft icemaker are also very hard to get to. There are also multiple trays in the freezer that make the freezer space very inefficient. I would not buy this product again if I had it to do over again.

The nice Refrigerator seems to be well-built with lots of drawers. Disappointed that the Ice maker is not connected, as was agreed!

Looks great and has worked well for almost a year now. The craft ice cubes are very slow to make though and if you don't need counter depth, I'd go with the standard model as there's not a ton of fridge space with a family of 3.

LG Sucks! Plain and simple as far as their kitchen appliances and customer (lack there of) service goes. Just outfitted my kitchen with a complete set of LG appliances and both this fridge/freezer and my oven/range are complete failures! What's worse, LG could care less and they get around to giving you a call back (IF EVER) when they choose to. My fridge lasted barely a year until I come home to hearing a horrible noise which turned out to be the fan/compressor failing and all my food in my freezer portion thawing due to failure! The first oven delivered to me said it was at 350 and after I used a reputable probe, found out it was really over 400! The computer board failed and sparked! HORRIBLE products. NEVER AGAIN!

I bought it from BestBuy Outlet. The service was great and delivery went very smooth and flawless. My husband and I love this refrigerator!

My Best Buy regular salesman arranged for prompt 1 day removal of item to be replaced, and complete installation of purchased new item, which my family loves!

Refrigerator and freezer work great. Plenty of interior room for me. I like that the refrigerator and freezer both beep if they are not closed 100%.

This LG counter depth refrigerator has been a great replacement for our previous KitchenAid side-by-side model. We are getting used to the new arrangement and especially like the wide deli-meat-veggie drawer. Good value and style for the money.

I looked and researched several counter-depth refrigerators ad this one offered everything We needed for the price. Reviews were great and everyone is raving about LG quality. I guess I will let you know in a couple of years since it's only been a week.

We bought one like this a year ago. Liked it so much we bought another for our home at the coast. And one last promise...when the frig at the ranch goes out (it’s on its 24th year) we’ll be buying a third one. THIS FRIG IS AWESOME!

replacement for our previous fridge also an lg. the only thing that we did was to use the old shelves on the doors for the new fridge which we preferred.

This is the best fridge i have ever owned! I don't waste food now it last longer in this fridge!!

This refrigerator has been great from day 1. My only drawback is the shape of the craft ice. I'm hoping in time the shape improves.

We bought this as a replacement for a 4 year old Samsung fridge that died in our Entegra Diesel Bus Quality and features bate great Best Buy sales Was easy to work with Very good experience

The functions have all been as expected, and I like being able to adjust the internal temperatures. Plenty of space on the adjustable shelves, and remembering the Seinfeld episode, it passes the Pizza Test.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. This is my second purchase of an LG appliance suite in three years (second purchase for another home just be clear) and these just do not disappoint.

Good improvement on water in door design and location of water filter. Product looks good and fits into space well. Not sure about usefulness of craft ice.
