Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not recommend the Craft ice - nor LG support - absolutely horrible. 2 ice maker replace, 1 circuit board replace, 1 certified lg tech saying everything is perfect (but no ice), countless requests for the same purchase receipt. and changing rules on an 'unrepairable/in-warranty' product. Rest of the frig works fine, but I paid a premium for this to go into my bar. LG Cust service does not call back or follow up - they are very professional and curtious on the phone, but its been 2+ months dealing with this still unresolved issue. They are going to run out the clock on the warranty repair - I have 3 more months to go, but no confidence.

Freezer drawers are not the best, if they go off track, good luck. Craft ice maker died right at the one year mark. Would recommend maybe a different counter depth fridge. One positive, the smudge_less stainless steel really works.
