Best counter depth you can find. Space saving and also ample interior space which makes it feel like Counter Depth and a half. Second one I have purchased after a move into a new home. Craft Ice a big plus, no more half moon ice!

Old refrigerator was a side by side. This is a much better use of space. Works great, runs quiet. Lighting is bright inside and there is plenty of space with adjustable shelves.

In the year and a half that I have had this appliance, it has had two issues. Once with the craft ice maker and thankfully it was easy to fix and within warranty so it did not cost me a thing; the second is an issue I am currently having that will cost me $400+ to repair. The fan motor went out and needs replacement and it is out of the LIMITED warranty. Zero warning that the fan would give out and my appliance is not cooling so everything is going to spoil. My advice would be against this appliance and to do more research on the warranties that come with appliances because these things only have up to one year of LIMITED being the key word of warranty and honestly it is a hefty price tag to maintain. I purchased this out of desperation because my 15 year old fridge gave out. This fridge also needs mindful buyers who will only buy what they need at a time or else the over fill of space will cause food spoilage so this is not ideal for a household of 4 and above

My favorite part of this fridge, is the 2 different ice types. Getting regular cubed (or crushed) ice from the in door feature, and then getting craft ice in the freezer is great! Plenty of space, and easy to get to water filter in the door feature as well. 3 drawers in the freezer make for a place for everything.

Our 42" built in refrigerator lasted 20 years but when it died, we decided to replace is with a French door unit with freezer below. The LG fit the bill. Water and ice in the door. lots of flexibility with the shelves and drawers. However, we had to have this model because it make very large ice cubes below. Perfect for coaktails.

Renovated a very outdated kitchen. Former appliances were extremely old. Knew we were missing out on newer appliances. This refrigerator is absolutely great. So much room. Ice maker in the door allows for more groceries in the fridge. No complaints thus far.

Model has newer designed LG compressor which was a selling point. Only concner is the doors need a push to close all the way and the designer ice maker takes us alot of freezer space. Although the round ice is really great! Really cools drink and slow to melt

We purchased this refrigerator on November 19, 2022 and had it installed a few days later. We love everything about the frig. It looks beautiful inside and out, Makes great and plentiful ice quickly. It's super quiet. The front stainless steel remains finger print free. At 23.5 cubic feet, it's one of the largest counter-depth frigs available. There's more than ample room for lots of food in frig and freezer areas for family of 4-5. I also love the WiFi feature and the ThinkQ app, which lets me remotely perform diagnostic checks, turn on/off 'ice plus' mode, change temperatures, and get status notifications on filters. All in all, it's a great frig which I high recommend.

We had a 16-yr old KitchenAid side-by-side, which we loved. But the extra load of weekly warehouse club trips during SIP seared on it, and it lost the ability to control its temperature well, and we ended up with lots of frozen stuff on the wrong side of the fridge. Upgrading to this latest model, with wide shelves, *bright* lighting, and much more effective use of space has been as great as hoped. What exceeds my expectations is the cleverness of the dual ice makers (provides useful door space), the effectiveness of the 3-layer freezer, and the frequency where we find the folding shelf useful. I didn’t expect the craft ice to be such a hit, but my family loves it! Do recognize that, even at the higher speed setting, you should only expect about 6 craft ice balls per *day*.

This frig has everything, size, amazing features and sleek design. Not sure we quite understand the purpose or function of the Craft ice but I like that the inside frig doors don't take room away from the inside.

We love our new LG Fridge. The counter depth works great in our smaller kitchen. Bright lights inside the fridge. We previously had a Samsung fridge that we had problems with. This LG Fridge has been wonderful. Like how I control it with my phone. The craft ice cubes are a nice feature.

Excellent. Very quiet and really love the extra ice maker in the freezer with the "ball ice." One should think carefully about the reduced actual storage available in the counter depth. We love ours, but there is less space.

Awesome refrigerator. Great features especially the craft ice. Love the French door action which makes everything in the fridge easily accessible. Even though this fridge is a little smaller than my old one, it’s seems a lot more spacious. Must be the French door feature.

Fridge was delivered but could be be installed because the water line shut off was not on the same floor as the fridge. I think it looks great but we won't know until we install a saddle valve on the water line and call them back again for a second try as installation. We like the review of the fridge itself though and are looking forward to using it once the water line to the ice maker issue is remedied! They called two days before delivery to ask if we have a water line valve which we do BUT they did not tell us it had to be on the same floor as the fridge (our is in the basement directly below the fridge.)

We recieved our new refrigerator yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. It has a sleek design and SPACIOUS! There is plenty of shelving and I love the extra two drawers in the freezer area. Its just what my growing family needed.

Lots of room for a counter depth fridge. Love the craft ice as well as the crushed and cubed ice. Wish the deli drawer cover could open wider as it is tough to look in the back of the drawer. We have LG washer and dryer as well as TV and this does not disappoint as well.

This LG French Door refrigerator has the best combination of size, functional use, craft ice option upgrade and longer manufacturer warranty that we found. The 23.5 cubic foot size ia excellent for a counter depth refrigerator

This is an excellent refrigerator. Love having the water and ice available in the door. Plenty of space to hold a lot of items and the ability to move shelves around is great.

This fridge is amazing. The two ice makers are really A good idea. The baller ice cubes last so long and don’t water your drink down. I love the counter depth too. I highly recommend this fridge and the delivery guys were amazing

So far so good. Replaced a side by side. The top section is good. The freezer with the two drawers is rather small. For some reason side by side's have freezers that just fit more due to the ability to stack food without drawers and are easier to get in and out of. Cleans easy with some stainless cleaner wipes. We are also still trying to get the plastic water line taste out of our water but a new filter should be good for that. Two ice makers means it's a bit louder. The fancy round ice isn't really round but mostly round with a flat bottom and not really clear ice but a nice gimmick. Does take up space in freezer though and when those things drop to the tray it is loud. The door with the ice cubes is heavier so I often feel like the door is going to fall off with how loud it closes if you don't close it gently.
