We love our new refrigerator! Definitely an upgrade from our old side by side with a bunch of cool features. We were hesitant because of the price tag, but now that we've had it for a month or so I’m so glad we bought it. We opted for the counter depth to maximize the space in our kitchen. It looks great, easy to keep clean with the print-proof stainless, love the door-in-door feature, the ice and water dispenser work great, food stays fresher longer and the craft ice is a bonus! We use it daily for our cold brew coffee. Plenty of space for our family. Extremely well thought out refrigerator, highly recommend!

Looks and flows nicely with our kitchen decor and the rest of the appliances we bundled with this purchase. Range, microwave and dishwasher. All of the appliances in the beautiful black stainless steel fit our needs with functionality, capacity and tech being what we liked best. The ability to adjust shelves, temperatures and even the type of ice specifically craft ice or the amount of ice we prefer this provides us with a lot of options. The advantage and sleekness of counter depth without sacrificing shelf or storage space. The French insta view door - in - door feature along with the water and ice dispenser with child lock option another tech savvy feature.

Fantastic! Great fridge, love the craft ice drawer and of course, the "knock knock" on the door. This fridge is very quiet so far, no issues with it at all. Seems compact as it is counter-depth but the way the shelves are and being able to adjust them, I'm not missing out on space at all. Great purchase!

I like the look of the fridge and the amount of space it provides in the inside. I enjoy the craft ice maker as well. It was a little tight for the space I have in my condo. I measured prior to ordering it but did not account for and extra inch it needed on the side next to the wall to open. Other than that I love the fridge

I wasn't sure how much I would use the insta-view door, but I find I really do! I like the craft ice feature; the large ball ice lasts longer in special drinks! The regular ice dispenser does not make and hold as much as my previous refrigerator, and the ice cubes are smaller. I will say the ice maker is really loud...it's ok for me, but still makes my cat jump and run. Very good looking and the counter depth fits perfect in my space. Q

We've owned the fridge for about a year now and it is an amazing fridge. I will note the two things we do not use on this fridge is the door water/ice feature. We currently have a service that drops water off at the house weekly. Now I will say the craft ice... is amazing. I truly hate when I pour a drink and the ice melts within 20 minutes.. Having the craft ice has kept my drinks cold for hours with minimal watering down of the actual drink. Downfall is that it only makes 3 every 24-48 hours and our fridge falls in that 36 hour window. The door in door feature is amazing for quick things like milk, condiments and butter. I don't see a huge "purpose" for the glass window aspect other than a selling point. We used it at first as like the wow factor, but that quickly subsided, so if there's a version that doesn't have that I would recommend saving a few $100's if possible. The fridge does a great job of preserving foods longer and keeping veggies and such "crisp". The air filter is a huge difference. It is not a cure-all for any science experiments, but it definitely will cut the smell down 10 fold when salmon goes bad. I also enjoy that the engineering behind this fridge was well done. The door ice, water filter, and air filter have all been strategically designed to not take away from the storage within the fridge. Overall, great fridge if you're looking to splurge a little.

I'm enjoying the door in door for easy access to bottles which are kept cold without opening the entire refrigerator. The 2 ice makers will come in handy, and the deep freezer bottom is the perfect size to store various bags of seeds. The refrigerator seems to hold a lot more with the door shelves. Love the ThinQ on the exterior and so far have only used the water spigot.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and it has been a delightful new addition to our kitchen. I use the little door all the time for quick get items — many items for my little toddler — but also refreshments. I love the fancy ice maker in the bottom. I was worried about having enough room for everything, but there is plenty of space. Love this purchase.

Our old refrigerator stopped cooling so we knew it was time for a new one. We decided on this LG InstaView and it was a great decision. This refrigerator looks wonderful in our kitchen. Of course, my favorite feature of this appliance is the InstaView. Plenty of space in the refrigerator and the freezer. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

This refrigerator has met and exceeded our expectations. The quick serve door is super helpful for the items I need most frequently throughout the day. The flex shelves help when prepping for parties and transitioning into party mode. I never thought I would like the drawer freezer, but the three-tier drawer system allows you to layer your items for easy access. We all love the round ice maker and never turn it off, but equally use the door ice on a daily basis. The alert to change the air or water filters is great, especially with the app connection! The stainless cleans up nicely and the interior is easy to keep clean. Favorite features, Craft ice and door-in-door. If I had to make a comment for improvement, the door ice periodically freezes into large chunks that require you to open and empty the ice maker - this could be due to my kids holding the doors wide open, not sure. It isn't super often, but it is literally the only thing I have found that I don't like.

I've had this fridge for around a month now and I (and my family) love it. It looks great, the door-in-door feature is very convenient, and the storage space is very well thought out. And the kicker... the craft ice maker. Crystal clear balls of ice for your favorite beverages... so cool. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

We have had the refrigerator for about 5 weeks and so far so good. Plenty of storage space. The InstaView door is a great feature and the crafted ice is great for entertaining. Big improvement over 5 year old refrigerator.

After moving to a new house, we decided to upgrade the existing fridge to this LG model. At our old house we had a similar unit with comparable features, so overall this has been easy to get used to. I like that there is plenty of space in the main fridge compartment, with in door storage and numerous ways to get to your food and drinks. This model also makes different types of ice, with one being very cool looking spheres that will look great in cocktails. It does have a WiFi connection, but we haven't set it up yet. I also enjoy that I can see what is in the door just by looking, or knocking which activates the light inside. So far we've had no issues concerning keeping our items cool or frozen, and the fridge has been very user friendly.

We weren’t sure we’d like the door in door feature but really love it. We use for things we need throughout the day, i.e. milk, soda, wine without having to open the full door. Counter depth is still roomy and well lit. Freezer space is great-well divided.

We love our new fridge it has room for everything we need, the door in door feature is great for offering kids “approved” snacks. The sphere ice is a neat feature as well.

Overall we are happy with this purchase (1 month in). We don't use the see through door at all, but the door that opens partially we really like a lot. The option to pick the amount of ounces for water pour is also nice. We miss having a separate cheese drawer that has it's own opening and think this could be improved upon if the cheese drawer was able to open with only one door of the refrigerator open. Instead, both doors must be opened to open the cheese drawer. The round cubes are nice. They aren't quite big enough, but still pretty cool. The refrigerator overall is louder than our last refrigerator but not so much that it's a problem.

I have my LG refrigerator for about a month now and I love it. The entire design was taken into consideration of the user. Shelves have more than enough space and are adjustable for tall items. The insight door is also great for open the entire door for more Frequent use the items. Knocking on the window allows you to see what items are in the refrigerator without even opening the door which was great for energy efficiency. I love the icemaker that makes balls very unique. I’ve had other refrigerators within the last five years that can’t hold a light to this refrigerator. Stainless steel finish outside resist fingerprints and stain which was great. (I have children) My opinion overall this refrigerator is a great buy.

Well what can I say...I love my new frig! I've had this for several month now, over the winter. I can't imagine how I ever got buy with my side by side. This LG French door frig has so much more room. As I've been replacing appliances in my home I've been buying LG products, purchasing my washer and dryer first over 10 years ago. They seem to be well made and faultless. I just have a electric stove to replace and it will be a LG. Then I suppose it will be time to think about a new washer and dryer...but not till it quits. I hope this helps in your decision to purchase LG products. I am not a paid advertiser just a consumer who is very happy with LG products.

Fridge works great! Support does NOT! reading from script & not listening to answer. Ice maker & water dispenser works perfect. Craft Ice was hit & miss. Support forces you to sign up for wi-fi with app. Says only way to update. Refuse to send tech until you do. Otherwise, we really like space & convenience. We have no desire for a SMART appliance. Ridiculous support service

Love the LG products. It arrived without any problems, super easy to use and I love the second ice maker in the bottom freezer. That's why I bought it. The cubes themselves are a tad small, but the craft ice permits you to make 3 large or 6 smaller cubes at a time. Not sure how that will turn out but I'll use them anyway. The shelves are easy to move around to suit whatever you need to put in there. The door shelf is nice and deep so you can actually put quite a lot in there. Its super quiet and the water filler is tall so you can fill larger containers. The bottom freezer suits my needs, as I don't freeze a hole lot or keep a lot of frozen dinners.
