Love this refrigerator! Plenty of storage. Great quality and looks great! The door within the door is so cool!

This refrigerator is quiet and has plenty of food storage space for a counter depth unit. The ice makers are great and the front access is convenient.

Love the "InstaView Door" feature, as well as the Craft Ice maker (in addition to the regular ice maker). I only gave 4 out of 5 stars as the bluetooth feature to connect the device to my wifi network for monitoring and possible troubleshooting has been difficult to enable (still haven't been able to enable it). Overall, very pleased with LG. The unit this replaced, also an (older) LG, was moved to a secondary location in the home where I sought to have it repaired, and was very pleased to find the repair cost less than $100! Glad to have two working refrigerator/freezers in the home now.

To be honest I bought this unit because it looks. I love the fancy ice balls it makes (yes whisky on the rocks!). On the other side I found in the wrong way that the dark stainless steel look is like a thin coating that can get scratch with the minor contact with a hard object; I'm not sure if the traditional SS doesn't have this problem. Also find the ice maker a little bit noisy but it doesn't bother me. The fridge section is big enough for my needs and love the see through window. The freezer is dimension is good for my needs but probably will be too small for a family with kids.

I love this fridge... but it does leave finger prints kinda and shows messes... dirty kid and hubby hands leave their mark ... but are easily wiped away LOL. I love that magnets work on it too. The door in door is something I never considered before, BUT it is so terrific. The deli drawer on the bottom (swear to God), actually keeps everything longer!! And the dual ice makers are great (just wish the balls were a little bigger). Anyway, I would definitely buy this fridge or recommend it to others in a heartbeat. I think it was worth every penny.

Absolutely beautiful. Fits just right in kitchen. The refrigerator is very spacious. Adjustable shelves very easy to move. The freezer is a little smaller than I anticipated but still very roomy. I absolutely love the craft ice. A definite plus. The view in window for items always using is so useful. Very eco friendly. I would definitely recommend this fridge. I waited a long time to get one that suits my needs and I found it. Download the app. Very intuitive and user friendly.

My refrigerator died so hunting for a new one was a chore as I didn’t realize I had to get a counter depth one. Well after some hunting I found this refrigerator and I am so happy I did. It has lots of room for a smaller capacity refrigerator, really more then plenty. Possibly for a larger family a full size refrigerator would be necessary, but only if you have the room. The door in door option is awesome, definitely happy I got this. All in all so far I am very happy. The craft ice is something I won’t use really, but it’s a nice conversation piece.

So far it's awesome. I really didn't think I would use some of the features like the InstaView door, but we all do. The Craft Ice is great! I wish the ice balls could be bigger and it could make them faster, but it's still a great feature. The inside stainless steel background is nice and unique. The only think I wish it would have is a smart tablet screen instead of the window with a camera on the inside that would display the contents behind the door as the standard screen as it does now, but could be used as a large tablet (doesn't exist, but I can dream :-) )

Our Kenmore failed for the 2nd time in 6y and is OOW now... decided to get a new fridge vs trying to repair the old one. This LG counter depth fridge fits better in our new house and love the fact you can open the beverage door without exposing everything in the fridge. Also, absolutely love the 'craft ice' … and am enjoying my Scotch more! Also love the ability to connect to the fridge via wifi to see what's going on. Still don't understand why the counter depth fridges are more expensive than the standard ones... novelty?

This is the best refrigerator I have ever had. From having two different ice makers, water on the door by the once, water and air filter, and a third door to get to the most used items quickly and easily. On top of everything I have just mentioned it has WI-FI to keep an eye on your refrigerator even if you are not at home.

We had to exchange the first fridge delivered due to a multitude of issues, so put it down to having been delivered a lemon - it happens. Best Buy handled the exchange excellently. We've been very happy with the replacement and it is working like a charm. Especially love the glass door and being able to open just the outside to access milk, juice, etc without having to open the main fridge door. The craft ice feature is great as well.

Frig is a wonderful upgrade from our original LG from 8 years ago. We hope this one lasts longer. All the new features work great as advertised. The ice maker works better than the old one in the fact that the cubes never stick together. Also the party ball ice cubes are a nice touch. The door in door feature is very convenient and probably saves us a few bucks and energy in the long run. Would recommend this model frig to all and have no buyer’s remorse.

This is a quality fridge and maintains temp very well. The craft ice is very cool to have, it just take a long time to fill the bin, approx 3 ice balls per day. The quick access door is handy for frequently used items, or bottled beverages. My main complaint would be the ice/water/crushed buttons on the front, they require a very firm press with your finger to switch between the options.

Love this fridge! Love the door in door which is super convenient and spacious! The adjustable middle shelf is also great. No counter depth refrigerators are very spacious, but this one makes the best use of the 23.5 cu ft of storage space. Freezer is also well laid out with 3 convenient shelves or storage spaces. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get it to make ice in the freezer ice pan.

I love the craft ice and the ability to push a button get more ice made. The storage features are great also!

Awesome refrigerator. It was perfect in my kitchen along with other LG appliances. Great quality and so quiet. I don’t hear the ice making like on a previous (non LG) model. It makes ice regular and I don’t run out unless I have a house full of guests and everyone wants ice lol. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I really like this refrigerator. It is surprisingly spacious for a counter depth fridge. The water filter works great - I couldn't attach it to our R/O water, since it is located across the kitchen, but water tastes great. It is also cold - in my other fridge, it was not. The easy access door is wonderful. The freezer is also pretty roomy, and I like having the two slide out drawers. A couple of things I don't like - there is no nightlight function on the water access. There is a light that comes on when you press the paddle, but there isn't a way to keep the light on all the time. The other thing is craft ice. I have not been able to get clear ice, and none are perfectly round. I changed from 6 cubes to 3, and they came out a little more clear, but still not round. Lastly, the black stainless version is NOT magnetic in the front. Though to be fair, the InstaView door takes up most of the magnet real estate. Overall I'm happy with the refrigerator, and feel like I got a great deal at Best Buy. If I could get the craft ice clear and round, it would be perfect.

This refrigerator is perfect for a small family. Four stars for the size of the freezer; it is on the small side if you like to stock up and store foods from a Costco run. I've seen people complain about spoilage of food stored in the door-in-door, but the manufacturers information clearly states that and recommends not putting items like milk in that part of the fridge. No brainer. I would purchase this item again.

I have owned this refrigerator for a week now and couldn’t be happier. I originally purchased a comparably priced Cafe fridge but immediately didn’t care for it. I contacted Best Buy and exchanged for this model which was only a couple hundred dollars more. What a difference in quality, design and functionality. So far I am impressed with LG and will definitely consider them for my next appliance purchase.
