Awesome refrigerator. The door in door is GREAT for the kids and the craft ice is AMAZING. Just wish the inner shelves were slightly bigger. All in all... an AWESOME refrigerator!

We have an island in front of the Fridge and previously had a full size Samsung. We were worried this model would be too small but have found that not to be the case. We have had it a couple of months now and everything is perfect. Can hardly hear the Ice Maker at all. I only say that because Samsung, (while it worked) was extremely loud. Production of Ice can be sped up also which helps because we store it to fill a cooler we take with us often. It also makes Craft Ice Balls as well. Water dispenser will accept a Pitcher. Internet access was simple and will allow the ability to change temperature, activate Ice Plus feature, increase Craft Ice production and monitor other information. In Door feature is nice for quick easy access.

Best fridge I’ve ever had … love the ice balls , like being in a high class restaurant…. Able to get a drink without opening the door !

Amazing fridge, the door-in-door is super useful, using it many times every day to get drinks, and the craft ice is amazing too! Love this fridge!

The purchase experience was excellent with knowledgeable staff at Best buy. The product itself provides a very good user experience. The two vertical LED light strips light up the deepest corner of the fridge and you donot need to guess what is stored in the fridge. There are two separate vegetable baskets and a third full length glide and serve drawer which can be used to store fruits/meat/dessert. This drawer allows me to store fruits (even large apples) by laying them all at the same height without bruising the softer fruits. The freezer compartment has two pull our drawers and to shelves of varying heights so that you can store different types of items without losing any of them. The craft ice feature is interesting.

For a counter depth fridge, I feel like there's a lot of space inside. The placement of the ice maker in the door still allows for room in the door for storage. My wife loves the craft ice.

Great Fridge. I especially like the “door-in-door” feature that allows easy access to drinks. The crushed ice maker is fantastic and the craft ice entertains guests!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has ample storage for a growing family of 4, easy to clean and I enjoy the craft ice in my drink at the end of the day :)

We had to get a counter depth refrigerator as a result of space limitations and aesthetics. We originally got the full size LG French door with the additional refrigerated drawer, but had to reduce the size to the counter depth. We gave up a lot of volume but the counter depth is still a great refrigerator. So far it has performed as expected and looks great in the kitchen. The storage capacity is very good for a counter depth size.

If there is such a thing as “falling in love with a refrigerator,” it happened to us. We were concerned that “counter size” requirement resulted in a smaller refrigerator than we wanted (which was the 29 Cu Ft); but this refrigerator holds a lot, and offers excellent organization possibilities. While I thought the “door-in-door” was gimmicky, it converted me into a believer and fan! Excellent buy! And, we had the penultimate sales representative who should be named “Mr. Customer Service.”

Absolutely love it and highly recommend! There’s so much space! I love the quick access door and use it all the time! The craft ice is amazing and highlight to everyone who visits!

I love the extra ice! It’s awesome and my children are so excited. The double knock door allows a quick look into the fridge for necessities.

Works great for our family of four. We’ve had it running for almost two months. The door design is much better than side-by-side. The door-in-door option is perfect for keeping drinks handy. The craft ice keeps drinks cool longer. The ice bin that feeds the cubes and crushed ice seemed small but we never run out — probably because we often use the craft ice too. The app lets you know if the filters need replacements, as well as energy and use monitoring and diagnostics. It’s not as deep as our old GE fridge so it fits snugger into the cabinet frame.

This is the 2nd LG we have purchased. Love the counter depth and view in the door. Knock-knock and it lights up. Plenty of room. Nice and quiet. So far, works great.

Fridge is amazing. Looks sleek, tons of space inside, and is a game changer. Takes awhile for the craft ice to drop, but friends and family love it. Highly recommend this fridge.

This fridge is great 6 months in. Wifi control and information works well. I was worried about the craft ice breaking (and it did) and then fixed itself mysteriously after a service call, but did not need to be replaced. No extra cost under LG warranty. If you have a big family or a party you might want the version with 2 ice makers (no craft ice). My ice obsessed in-laws pretty much empty it out over 4 hours of drinking especially if a pitcher of ice water is involved.

We've enjoyed everything about the frig...from the inside space, the sleek design, the craft ice and the see through door. We definitely would recommend this refrigerator.

Quiet. Very easy to set up. WiFi and app support allow smart decisions to be made for energy savings. Craft ice maker is nice. Sufficient space for a counter depth model

The surface is shiny and beautiful, and does not show fingerprints! Craft ice is awesome, and it runs VERY quiet! Very pleased! Would highly recommend to anyone.
