Absolutely love this fridge. I went in seeking a Whirlpool and after taking with the very knowledgeable salesman, was quickly convinced that LG would better fit my needs. Counter-depth is definitely smaller than regular sizes but it's workable for a smaller family. We LOVE the knock-knock light feature and easy access door. It's true the craft ice can be a bit slow but it builds up quickly and you'll have a stash in no time. A true luxury but one that we are enjoying! The fridge does make some noise but nothing unusual or loud; just something to get used to.

This is a great fridge with a lot of space. Cools down quickly. The craft ice ball feature works perfect and is especially neat

I put all the kids stuff in the InstaView Door and they use it all the time. I love the dual ice cube maker as well.

I absolutely love this fridge. It has good space, well lit, quick access door, and best of all craft ice. The print proof black stainless looks amazing too.

Great fridge, very spacious. Accessibility to the ice maker is much extremely useful. Nice features in the 3-layer freezer area as well.

Purchased the fridge in 2019-Sorry-should’ve have wrote a review earlier as issues started and worsened over the past 3 years. 1. The upper icemaker doesn’t stay cold enough so the ice melts and freezes again into a glob. Also, the dispensing mechanism does not function-it somehow got stuck, broke, probably because the ice melts and refreezes. 2. The lower “craft ice” maker is a gimmick; the ice rarely is clear. The worst part is the ice also melts in the tray and tuns into a glob of ice balls frozen into a glacial sheet-it should be called “crap ice” maker. This is despite cranking down the temperature to the coldest level. It never really produced “craft ice” optimally, even during the first year. 3. The water dispenser sensor went on the blink-so we have to manually turn it on and off by pressing the lock and unlock button. Also, thought it was fixed once and it starts dispensing water on its own causing a mini flood. Additionally, it cannot dispense ice in any form, as it is stuck in the locked water dispensing function. 4. The door latch to the window door gets stuck ALL the time and we have to manually unclick the inner latch to latch the window door. We have an LG microwave that has an irritating repeating alarm jingle you can’t turn off when the timer ends. IT IS IRRITATING. We have a top-end LG dishwasher that is not well-thought out in terms of the layout of the dish racks-but this is subjective,I know. The racks however are are flimsily constructed, and do not feel solid. We have an LG front loader washer that is ill-designed as the rubber gasket for the door fills with water every time you wash and turns into a slimy pit of water. We probably have all these LG products because of “unbeatable” sale prices. Anyway, just our experience with LG products. We ended up buying a Samsung OLED TV-so far, so good.

We love our new refrigerator! And the cool ice balls that it makes! Has a lot of space. It also came on time and delivery was quick and professional!

I love this fridge especially the craft ice and the French Insta view door, too excited to use and explore this. The price is worth it.

So far so good. Only had a few days. Bottom ice maker makes large, round cubes. Not normal ice. Wasn’t expecting that. Fridge seems to be quiet.

Very spacious ,quiet running, makes plenty of ice and you can keep different items in the drawers. So far everything is great.

I will admit I mainly wanted this fridge because of the craft ice, but the build quality and features of the fridge overall are fantastic as well. I'm not sure if the craft ice features warrant the premium, but I am happy with my purchase. The one thing I have found an issue with this fridge is that the standard ice maker is kind of small, so it's easy to run out of ice if you have a large family. I had to use the craft ice for the heck of it just because I was out of regular ice.

Went from a 30 cu ft fridge to 23 counter depth. Takes some getting used to. Big fan of LG appliances. Never any problems

LOVE IT, I was never so pleased with a refrigerator. I didnt think I would need a door in door feature but its so convenient. The ice maker keeps up nicely for 3 adults using it all the time. Who knew craft ball ice was a thing until now. very fun. temps are accurate and stable throughout. This LG is worth it.
