Love this no grill fridge. Alarm lets you know when the door is left open for a long period of time. Easy to clean, just wipe it down with a damp cloth.There is plenty of room on each shelf.

To date the appliance is working super. Spacious, quiet, and compartments great for organizing food. Door perfectly holds many and various size containers. All foods can be seen when opening doors. Freezer great for ice and don't need ice maker. Easy to clean and wipe shelves of any spills. Very happy I can put my magnet collection on the side where they don't fall off. My first one lasted 55 years. The last one made 2 years breaking down twice during that time. This one is stress free and durable so far.

Easy to operate. Large capacity and with the 33 in width fit in the refrigerator opening just fine. Most refrigerators with this much capacity will not fit in the opening.

This refrigerator is great! It fit in the tight space we needed it to since there are no handles we can open the door all of the way. Tons of storage space on the door alone!

So far I don't have any complaints. Its a great fridge smaller then my previous refrigerator. It has an alarm when your refrigerator door is open and the lighting inside the fridge is nice and bright

Refrigerator delivered and installed today -7/18/2020. So far, everything seems to be working great. Installation crew was very efficient and careful.

This replaced a 12 year old refrigerator. It runs quietly and both the freezer and the refrigerator maintain even temperatures.

This refrigerator is excellent. It has led lights inside so that it is very easy to see all the inside produce . Ice maker keeps up well with the use never has run out on me.

I thought this would be a good product -- I liked the shelf design. But the freezer has never held temperature properly, partly a function of a terrible door seal. When you close the fridge (bottom) door, the freezer door can and will pop open, and doesn't always close tightly. The seal design is deeply flawed. I have had two repair calls: the first was satisfactory in that the design flaws were explained to me and the fix -- rearranging the weighted items on the freezer door shelf and putting an adhesive gel on the gasket -- worked for a while. The second time, the guy took exactly three minutes to declare that the appliance was working properly. When I showed him lots of freezer burned contents, he said the interior freezer temp might be too cold. When I showed him the chronically partially melted popsicles in the door, he said the freezer temp might be too warm. When I asked what I should do, he shrugged and simply kept repeating that the appliance was working properly. I got a freezer thermometer that showed the internal temp, with the indicator set at the recommended level, at 11 degrees. That is not a properly working appliance. I bumped it up one level (next to last lowest temp setting) and that brought the temp down to 4 degrees -- still not the zero that it's supposed to be. If I take it down any further, the fridge stuff will freeze. The popsicles in the door remain partially frozen. I am SO frustrated and tired of not being able to trust the freezer for food storage, and having to throw food away. I did get reimbursed for food spoilage the first time, but since the 2nd service rep reported the thing is working, I can't get reimbursed again so I'm out of luck for all the food I've had to toss. I'll add one more thing...the supposedly smudge proof finish is a joke. I cannot get the finger prints off the door and I have used every recommended method and special stainless steel cleaner available. In short, do not buy this product.

I really like most things about my refrigerator except the stainless steel shows every finger print and/or smudge even tho I am very careful opening and closing it. I wish I had known this before I purchased it.

This refrigerator is sleek on the outside and roomy on the inside. It is easy to use with lots of options for configuring the shelving. It is also very quiet.

Very pleased with simplicity of design. No protruding door handles. Spacious inside. I wish there was a little more flexibility in shelf placement. Specifically a better positioning option for shelf with deli/meat drawer under it would be directly above veggie and fruit bins without any gap between bottom of drawer and surface above bottom bins. I moved shelf with drawer under to top position. Door shelves, veggie and fruit bins and deli/meat drawer are clear plastic that feel a little cheap and fragile. Despite my critiques I am overall happy with model.

Great looking fridge both inside and out. Plenty of space inside and cools quickly. The only drawback is that from time to time when it is running something starts vibrating causing a lot of noise.

The last 3 weeks, the new LG refrigerator is roomy, running well, and quietly. Looks good in the kitchen as the surface is easy to clean.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now, and i don't have anything to complain about yet. It has a lot of space available in the doors, great space in the drawers. I noticed many people complained about the butter area, but I find it to be a fine size. I do not put an entire butter container in there, but just the sticks for baking. The LED lighting on the side is different, but I have no problem seeing ever. I chose to make the refrigerator setting one colder than the factory, but the freezer was plenty cold on the factory setting.

Room for everything! I love being able to pick a gallon of milk in the door. Cool LED lights in both doors. I’ve never loved a fridge before!

The refrigerator was exactly what we wanted. It worked perfectly from the start. It is very quiet and has a good shelf layout for our needs.

I am very happy with the room in the refrigerator. We had to fit it between cupboards and underneath cupboards, so this fit perfectly. For the size, I am very happy with the room inside.

Many of our recent applicance purchases have been made via Best Buy (smooth top stove, above range microwave, washer/ dryer, etc.). We have been very satisfied by the quality of the products, the competitive prices/ financing and more importantly the assistance we've received at the store. Unfortunately our latest experience was great up until our new fridge was delivered. The delivery rep removed the water line to the old fridge before the pipes were clear so a we had to mop up a large amount of water from the floor before installation, no biggie. He then removes the old fridge without putting plywood on the floor which resulted in a significant tear in the floor that was newly installed less than a year ago. Again, "stuff happens', we're not happy about it but it's repairable. We were instructed by reps at Best Buy to contact a 3rd party insurance company who then required us to obtain 2 quotes within 30 days to repair the floor. We obtained one quote from the company who installed the floor originally because we still have some of the new flooring left over from the install, which in turn should save money, time and some of "our" hassle. We are still waiting to hear back from the insurance company. We're hoping the issue will be resolved soon. Unfortunately, in speaking with friends and co-workers, we've heard many stories of how the delivery of these items go bad. We can appreciate the difficult job that the delivery reps have and how much their work contributes to the overall customer experience. We can only hope that they are recognized, appreciated and vetted properly by the company we entrust our business, Best Buy.
