Spacious, have had it for a month, very happy!!!!!

Was worried about the freezer drawer since we had a side-by-side before. But we love it, has much more room than we had with our previous fridge. The wide shelves in the top are great too, although there is less room in the doors for bottles.

I purchased this refrigerator September 2015, and I absolutely love it. I have to save up ice occasionally or buy a bag when we have a large gathering, but other than that, this refrigerator was worth every penney I paid for it!

This is the 2nd of the same LG fridge we have bought. The 1st one died after several years of perfect service. I especially like the design of the ice maker. It is all in the door and doesn't take up any room in the fridge itself. This design is what drew us to this one initially.

We have had this for a couple of months now. Overall this fridge has been pretty good. It is not as silent as we had hoped and periodically we hear weird noises from the freezer, but those could be because we have it fully loaded and things might just be settling down. The one major design flaw is that the storage options on the door are limited. You only have one shelf to keep gallon jugs and that cannot be moved to the lowest height because it will hit the tray in the main compartment. Even if I could get a second gallon shelf there isn't enough room to have two of those. The doors don't always close properly, but we like the audible alert when the door stays open for too long. We have not used the ice-maker so I cannot comment on that, but we do like the fact that it is thin, on the door and doesn't use up too much space. That was one of the reasons for picking this over other models. Best Buy's installation was quick and easy, although the tile got a minor chip when moving it into place. NOTE: Best Buy will not install unless you have their water hose, even though you can get an identical one for a lot cheaper elsewhere.

The fridge is very spacious and has the ability to configure to fit your needs both refrigerator and freezer. The LED lights inside the fridge are perfect. The ice maker is sufficient and makes small size cubes in order to avoid getting stuck and backed up. The only thing which need to getting use to is the water dispenser. It shoots the water outward instead of straight down. Made a mess a couple of times but getting use to dispense motion.

The fridge is working as I would expect after a month of use. Things that annoy me are the top drawer of the freezer does not pull out very far and is difficult to get items in and out. Also, the light on the ceiling of the fridge sticks down far enough that taller objects get caught on it. The water filter location takes up space in the rear corner. It would be nice if it was tucked up like other LG units. Ice maker storage is small and the ice gets stuck in a clump near the top. Purchased the refrigerator after our Kenmore stopped working after 5 1/2 years. Hopefully this one last longer...

I love the French door concept. Easy to see everything in the refrigerator. The full width drawer is awesome! The in the door ice and water is especially nice....doesn't take space away from the refrigerator....and is very convenient to use. The freezer has plenty of space too. Love, love, love it!

I really like my fridge; it is spacious. I love the pull out drawer. My only complaint is that the stainless steel seems soft. I have dented/scratched the handles very easily

I have really enjoyed this refrigerator and having the freezer on the bottom. The only draw back of this model is it only makes 4 lbs of ice a day. Four pounds isn't enough in a household with two people who use a LOT of ice.

The first fridge they sent me didn't even work. I had to discard hundreds of dollars worth of food because I was counting on the fridge to work that day. I called customer service and they directed me to repairs, which infuriated me because I wanted a NEW fridge. Not to repair a defected fridge. Long story short - I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone so I physically had to go back to the same Best Buy to have them ship me a new product. The replacement fridge I got works fine but it lacks some side shelf space for condiments and stuff.

It's a beautiful fridge. The layout is great. Moving the ice maker to the door makes nice space in both the freezer and fridge. Please note that this make the door a little thicker than others. I had to move the unit about 1.5 inches from the wall in order to allow enough space for the door to swing out and open all the way. Thankfully, with my layout that wasn't an issue. Only issue I am having is that there is excessive frosting in the freezer, and so far contacting LG for warranty repair has been a nightmare. I expected better. Unless the service picks up and this gets resolved, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

I love this product. The only draw back is sometimes the ice gets stuck and I have to manually open the compartment and clear it. The ice compartment is small and requires frequent emptying. But it is a great product so far!

More room than I was expecting. Love the ice maker and water dispenser. Controls are easy to use. Can have condensation between doors. Build quality is great. Love it so far.

Great fridge and functional as far as space - only issue is ice maker - slower to produce ice and often have to open to clear way for ice to come out

Ice maker too small if you don't use it enough the cubes stick and you have to manually separate and then go back to the auto dispense Only had it about a month so haven't had any other issues, still good size plenty of room

The size is perfect for a family of 4. I really appreciate the space and slim ice machine on the door. Controls on the door make it easy to adjust the temperature of the refrigerator.

Easy to program, ice maker, filtered water, lots of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. If there is a problem, computerized to use your cell phone to analyze the issue (haven't had to use this). This is an excellent refrigerator/freezer. I haven't had it for very long so I can't comment on long term use or problems. We certainly love this refrigerator/freezer and believe this was a great purchase!

i loved the look and the price. I looked online first and reviews decide this was the one. after dumping 2 gallons of water and 4 things of ice. the water tasted great and the fridge is working great. so happy with my purchase.

After one month of service, we are pleased with this French Door refrigerator. Fits well between 24" deep cabinets, projects just enough to have no door interference. Keeps food uniformly cold. Plenty of space for our needs. Love the slimline in the door ice maker, that does not take up shelf space. Very quiet, the only noise we hear is when ice is dispensed. Installation service from Best Buy was top notch, on time quick and easy.
