Everything was great with this fridge except that the water tasted awful. We tried for five weeks to flush out the reservoir but to no avail. Finally got another model of L G that was $300 more and the water was fine right away. Later found out that they had an entire line of these fridges in which the polymers weren't right in the plastic reservoirs and the water was tainted

Apart from looking fantastic, this fridge has performed very well so far. I have had no issues with it and expect to have it for years to come.

I love this refrigerator! The freezer is wonderful; all freezers should be on the bottom! It's great having all the fridge items at eye level. The open door alarm is great!!

Plenty of room for a family of 3 that cooks a lot and has frequent guests. We had considered something in the 26 to 28 cubic foot range, but I'm glad we saved the money and space on this size. Shelves rearrange easily to optimize storage. I was skeptical in the in-door storage, particularly on the ice maker side, but you can fit three to four items the size of soft drink cans on that side and plenty of storage on the other side.

Although my overall experience with this refrigerator has been good, with the exception of the ice maker ,customer service has been a huge disappointment.

The door will not latch most the time. The compressor runs very noisy.

The buying experience at best buy was pleasant. The delivery was average ( the did strip out one of the handles, but I tapped the retapped the threads and its as good as new) I've had the fridge for about 3 weeks and it seems to work fine so far. ( I do recommend reading the reviews from amazon, lowes and home depot, they have more diverse reviews) I haven't had a problem with the icemaker and it seems to put out enough ice for my family of 3 but its winter time so I'll really have a better idea in the summer. The freezer door is hard to open. The back wheels on the sliding pull out freezer drawer(the one inside the freezer) don't stay on track at all (its a spacing issue). Other than that I haven't had any problems.

Do not buy an LG!!! We had ours for 10 months when the ice maker quit working, the freezer thawed and fridge stopped cooling at a safe temperature. Several attempts to get someone out to look service it and we were told there is no one to service LG’s in our area. My husband was repeatedly told they would get to us in 3-5 days only to hear nothing. This went in for almost 3 weeks. Our fridge started working again on its own so when we they finally sent a repairman out the reason for the malfunction was left unknown. Two days after the repairman was out it stopped working again. No ice and the freezer stays at a temperature around 20-25 and is set at 0 and the fridge around 45 and set for 37. Called again to LG only to once again get ignored by the company. Paid 1800 for a refrigerator that is not working and although it is still under warranty this does little good when they won’t send someone to repair it.

Nicew fridge without a lot of complication. Want ice? Pick crushed or cubed. Want water? Push in the button. So easy to pull the door open to get my beer too!

Good water and ice despencer bit the frig runs all the time so I returned it.

I like the ice maker in door, additional drawers in freezer and frig. Limited on in door storage. Overall very happy. Keeps temps well.

We looked for along time before deciding on this product. Not only did we find what we were looking for, we found it at an affordable price.

This is very good refrigerator for a busy family to give the enough space for all your needed It is provide ice and cold water with no reduced space

I had a tight space to fit a French door fridge in but this was perfect. I have tons of food storage now and I love this fridge.

We had to downsize as we transition to a new house but we love the LG appliances. The space saving ice maker in the door is great.

Having a bottom freezer makes accessing the fresh food easy and convenient. The doors open wide to allow large trays to be stored inside while the door bins are ample.

I have owned it for a few years now. No problems at all. Look good and runs well - even the icemaker!!

Well designed and works well. It could us another shelf, especially if the filter can be moved to a different location.

Great refrigerator at a great price. Installation by professionals took no time at all. Only wish the ice bin up top was a little bigger but no big deal there.

Nice design. Multiple storage for organised storage and access. Freezer not ideal for organizing, only two large compartments.
