We are happy we chose this refrigerator. It is quiet and efficient. It makes plenty of ice. The drawers and shelves are well arranged so things can be grouped in categories--easy to see quickly and easy to get at.

Love this fridge. Didn't have to spend the fortune for the smaller version to fit in a smaller depth. You have to push a little to close the doors but otherwise it is perfect. There's an alarm to tell you if you left the door open. The ice and water feature confuse people at times but its no big deal. You can fit an amazing amount of things in it and it is very pretty.

I really love this fridge! It has completely customizable shelves for all types of items. It is also really great for organizing. I love that it has a compact ice maker in the door. I have freezer space for DAYS!!

We got a great sale price on this refrigerator right when our old unit quit working. We had thought we wanted one without an icemaker/water dispenser in the door, but this was available quickly, so we bought it. We now are glad for the dispenser and use it regularly, while the refrigerator design and room are all great. Very quiet as well.

WIth younger children, it is nice to have an alarm to let you know the door has been left open.

Great fridge. Never hear it, easy filter change, lots of room, great arrangement, LED lights. The ice maker isn't very large, but it makes smaller cubes so you get about the same amount of ice as a larger ice maker that makes larger cubes.

Very quiet and energy efficient. We liked the featues compared to other models of the same size.

It's been more than a month and i haven't seen any issue with this product. Also bestbuy gave me great deal on this so i am happy.

The install went well by the Best Buy personnel. Only downside is the doors must be pushed to completely close them.

The right door on LG French door fridge won’t close easily. We’re combing thru YouTube videos and it’s a common problem. Don’t know the solution yet. When it was delivered, it was supposed to be leveled as part of the delivery service. It wasn’t touched. Poor service by BestBuy or one bad egg didn’t balance anything. If you won’t perform the service, don’t advertise it.

It is a very nice refrigerator. Easy to set up. My only dislike so far is that the door shelves are to narrow.

We really like the new refrigerator - there are only 2 small issues that I'd like to point out: 1) you have to close the refrigerator doors in just the right manner (left door first, and make sure it glides into the fastening properly, followed by right door) in order for them to close correctly. The good thing is that there is the alarm which will let you know within 30 seconds if you have NOT closed the doors properly, and 2) the door shelf (for dressings, condiments, etc.) availability is a lot less than we were used to with our previous refrigerator - we had to throw out a lot of things and/or now store them on the regular shelves. Both issues I mentioned are small -- we really are happy with the refrigerator and are glad we purchased it.

I like the lay out. It is easy to use and everything works as it is suppose to. It is also very quiet.

Just delivered the other day, so my experience so far is limited, but very happy so far. Cooled off quickly. Started making ice within 12 hours. It looks great in the kitchen, and I really like the bottom freezer. GET ONE!

Food stays cold: don't like the way the doors close. Installers were excellent!
