The upper fridge section is mostly spacious. The flat wide drawer at the bottom is great for deli meat and cheese and yogurts. The door shelves are deep and hold a lot. The light is bright so it's easy to see everything inside. It's hard to adjust the shelves because the door has to be open wide to be able to remove the shelf (which means pulling it out because the right side of the fridge is against a wall). My least favorite part of the fridge is veggie drawers because they are smaller than the ones in my old fridge.
I really dislike the drawer style freezer. I wish it wasn't the in-style thing right now; I only got it because it was all that is available except for in small fridges. It's so inefficient to have drawers instead of shelves; so much space is wasted. Things get buried under other things so you can't see the stuff underneath. Why does anyone like this drawer system???
I also wish I'd waited longer for the white fridge, even though it would have taken a month longer because stainless steel is what's in fashion right now and better stocked. Stainless steel shows fingerprint smudges like crazy. It's working well enough though. Keeps my food cold. I've only had it two weeks so I can't comment on reliability, but when we did our research more people loved their LGs than any other brand; that's why we chose it.

We picked this unit because the storage in door was larger than any French door unit..the fridge and freezer sections are well lit, only 2 things we find annoying are the door alarm goes off way too quick, like getting things out to use,and fill after shopping and the top drawer in the freezer should fully extend without haveing to lift slightly

Finally replaced a old workhorse Kenmore in our Garage with this one. It has been great so far. Much more attractive/modern and very quiet. I swapped the door orientation which was easy.
The only set-back from my perspective; The old Kenmore was a tank. So, my expectations my be too high. But the tempered glass shelves are so wide (there is no divider. they span across the entire width of fridge), that they bow significantly under weight. OK to put a gallon jug on each side closest to the rail support. But, you will get bowing if placed in center. I put qty 8 gallon jugs on the bottom shelf with no problem. But, this is also my beer fridge. So, what I did was created support "beams" that integrated the middle glass shelf with the top glass shelf so the weight of all the beer bottles was distributed between the two shelves to eliminate (or at least drastically reduce) the bow of the top shelf. I can post pic if anyone might be looking to create a similar solution. LG should beef-up the thickness on the shelves or another alternative to add much more rigidity to them.

We upgraded from a much smaller, older fridge so we were happy just to have something new and big. It's quiet, spacious, competitively priced, well lit inside and is simple to operate - we don't need a smart fridge.
Would recommend to others looking for 24cft at a fair price.

We've now had the fridge for about 5 days. I read other reviews with complaints regarding the noise level. I work from home and my work station is in the kitchen, the noise level w/o the ice machine is very minimal and non-distracting. The noise level w/the ice machine is the norm, I think. Goes off a few hours and you can hear the ice drop and water run.
The fridge is very spacious and easy to view/access all items. The shelf can be moved to accommodate odd shaped dishes. It freezer is also o spacious and works well for us.
The fridge is deeper than our previous so it sticks out alil more, but ok.
One thing I did find odd, is that magnets will not stick to the front door.
All in all, were happy with the purchase and think we got a great value.

It's spacious, well lit inside, and keeps things super cold. I love having the refrigerator at eye level. I wanted to get the french door version but wasn't practical in the space I had to work with. This was a better fit and transition from the old refrigerator. Best appliance purchase we have made so far.

Great style fridge for the price. Door is hard to open and came loose a month after the purchase. Fixed it ourselves. Not recomended for the elderly because of this issue. Very sufficient temperatures for all types of foods. Super spacious which was exactly what we needed.

Superb in every way: use of space, energy efficiency, lighting, visual design, function.
Use of space:
Love the bottom freezer. We don't use the ice maker, just store ice trays there. Movable divider to allow separation of frozen foods to your liking. Two-tier roll-out shelving in freezer allows lots of room for everything.
Storage in fridge door is maximized. Holds all our beverages, wine, salad dressings and condiments. Cute little storage tray on the bottom is great for quick-grab snacks and treats. And love the butter tray in the door-large enough to hold lots of butter and cream cheese.
Full length deli drawer is awesome-nothing gets lost in there because you can see it all. Interior glass shelving is spacious, and veg and fruit drawers are not as deep as fridge but I like that since nothing can get lost.
Energy efficiency:
Love that the freezer is on the bottom, makes so much more sense in keeping things cold since heat rises. You can get rebates for energy efficient purchase and recycling your old fridge so take another $100 off the asking price with both those rebates.
Lighting:
You can see it all, folks. Love the LED lights.
Visual Design:
This is a pretty fridge. We left the plastic on the front of ours to keep the fingerprints down. Sounds tacky, but the plastic is actually see-through and you can hardly tell it's there. We took it off our freezer before realizing that you don't have to clean the doors as often if you leave it on. Mrs. Meyer's works good for cleaning (we got the stainless steel one). Stylish rounded grab bars to open and close the fridge take a good grip to open.
Function:
We really like that there is a digital thermostat. When we got it we kept temp at recommended 37 degrees, but since we use shelving for extra storage we increased it to 38. If you start increasing it, but want to go back down, just increase all the way to 42 or 43 and it resets to a lower number. We called the LG hotline and they walked us through that smoothly. Also we like the "alarm" that lets you know the fridge or freezer door didn't close all the way. I say "alarm" because it makes a soft tone or beep, it's not alarming at all, more of a gentle reminder. We've had this fridge since November of last year and everything about this fridge works great.
All in all, it's a five star fridge for a 4 star price. You can't get any better than this.

Runs nice and quiet. Hard to find options for the size. Well built and it saved money on the electric bill. Nice layout, fits way more then a side by side and way easier to see what's in it with the bottom mounted freezer.

I bought this refrigerator to use as a second in my basement. The refrigerator is roomy, the freezer holds a lot of oversized frozen items I get from BJs and Costco, especially the oversized boxes I can't easily fit in my side by side in my kitchen. The pull out freezer is convenient. I like the refrigerator shelves, they are easy to adjust and clean. I rate it more 4.75/5, drop 1/4 star because the temp indicators are on top and not obvious and the ice maker is smaller. I'm overall happy with this LG!

I’ve currently had this fridge for about 3 weeks now & I have no complaints! This fridge is very spacious! Love that I can place multiple jugs of juices on the shelves & still have a bottom shelves for kids juices or yogurt. Special feature that I also love is whenever the fridge stays open longer than a minute it starts to chime letting you know the door is open. This is an amazing feature if you have kids & they never seem to close the door. Now I won’t have any issues that the food inside will go bad cause everyone will have a reminder to close the door! Big plus is the bottom freezer has an ice maker too!

We selected the LG refrigerator based on positive reviews and we have been pleased with our LG TV. This refrigerator has great capacity and seems to be well made. The freezer area is very large and has a sliding tray for 2-level capacity. The ice bin will hold up to a 100 ice cubes! There are very large capacity shelves on the door to hold multiple bottled items. We really like the slide out drawer which can hold a deli tray or smaller items. We like the idea that we have separate drawers, one for fruit and one for vegetables, so that the humidity can be controlled!

It is the largest I could find for our small space. It works well and is almost silent. The stainless is more prone to finger prints that a Samsung we had. Also, the door seal is really tight. Requires quite a tug to open the door.

Bought this to replace a similar GE unit that died. So far (3 weeks) is has performed very well. The unit is very quit and maintains temperature well. A great feature is the door alarm. Our only wish is that the shelves would split into two pieces instead of 1 wide piece for more flexibility. We also liked that the auto ice maker does not have a filter. It’s been more efficient and cost effective to install an in-line filter.
