Fridge works great, love the front door options and being able to open the front part and not the full fridge. Only draw back is a loud click noise made every time it’s opened.

I purchased this fridge in 2015, in 8 months the unit stopped cooling. I spent 2 days with no working fridge going back and forth with LG “support” to finally get a technician to come out. The compressor was bad. Tech had to order part, another day without a fridge. Managed to get through just about 2 years, and guess what...unit stopped cooling again. Now out of the full 1 year warranty I spent one full afternoon on hold, calling back, and waiting for calls from a supervisor to escalate the issue to have LG send a tech. 2 years later they apparently don’t have factory techs in my area, so it’s going to be assigned to a factory authorized repair center. The first repair center rejects the call. 24 hours without a working fridge. Spent another 3 hours going back and forth to find out the status of the call, only to be told it will take 24-48 hours for the work order to even be put through to the next repair center, who will then need to schedule a tech. So that’s a minimum of two more days with no fridge. At that point I will just be finding out when they can fit me in, which I am sure will not be the same day. So put it at 4-5 days without a fridge. At this point I asked for a supervisor to call me back. (as a side note communicating with the customer service reps is extremely difficult due to the language barrier). Half a day later, and I am still waiting on that call back. For the amount of money this fridge cost it should work longer than 2 years and 8 months. And while I expect some “official” LG rep to respond to this review offering assistance by telling me to tweat them or some nonsense (as I have seen in response to similar reviews with complaints) the fact is the fridge is registered with a history of warranty work and the serial number is 505MRTTMK953. So if they really wanted to help they could track me down. If they ever do make good on their product, I would be more than happy to update my review. Until then...my opinion is to spend your hard earned money on a more reliable brand of appliance that will not continue to fail year after year.

I like the smart technology, the stainless fits our kitchen ,the shelf layout really works well and the slider shelf is handyThe size fits our space perfectly.

We have a wall next to our fridge opening so finding a fridge that fit was hard. This is great! We love the door in door feature. Would highly recommend to anyone. No problems with it, plus it fit through our front door without needing the doors to be removed!

I really love this product! The door in a door is perfect for getting a quick bottle of ice tea or can of soda! There is plenty of refrigerator room for all of my food! Freezer is a tiny bit small, but I have a chest freezer as well so no worries!

Fitted exactly into the small space we had in our kitchen that is meant for older fridges. Functionally this compares with the best in class that is out there. BTW The BB delivery and installation team were nothing short of excellent.

It's big, it's quiet and keeps the food cold and/or frozen. I like the door-in-door feature especially if you have kids. The ice maker is slim which is nice (and having the freezer bin is a plus). I love the glide-n-serve drawer which I use for deli items. The freezer has top and bottom drawer which gives you a lot of room to store frozen food. Some reviewers complained that water dispenses slowly - we have not found that to be a problem at all. I would recommend this frig and am thrilled with our purchase.

We bought all new LG appliances for our kitchen. The fridge is my favorite. The space for it's size is incredible. Great lighting. Wish the ice maker was larger but then space would be compromised.

Searched for the highest capacity frig to fit a 33" opening with good ratings. This refrigerator is almost perfect. Features, quality, are great. My only disappointment is not large enough shelf in the door for gallon milk or tall condiments (ketchup, BBQ sauce, Salad dressing, etc). There is space in the frig if you adjust the sliding shelf. Just wish there was better layout in the thru the door storage space.

Since my space is tight to fix standard size refrigerator we had to special order this one. This does not look like a smaller size . Very spacious .

We like the door in door feature. If your opening can accommodate a standard width, I would recommend the 4 door with the door in door feature.

Best frig,we ever owned.So quite don't no if its running or not..Very easy access to both sides which was a problem with are old one.And it looks great.

Love my new refrigerator! Even though this is the smaller than standard model there is so much room. I absolutely love the water and ice maker.

Growing family needs lots of fridge space and this one has it. Fridge on top freezer on bottom. Less bending over for milk.

Seems to be fine so far but unfortunately I did not feel comfortable buying without an extended warranty. The one complaint I have so far is I think the LG documentation. Both the hard copy that came with the appliance, and what is available on-line, should be improved. Diagrams are poor and the documents are written as if by someone whose naive language is not English.

Great product I just wish it came with shot ice cube maker for hot soup

7months after purchasing the fridge, it started to make a lot of noise - from the fan. We had a service tech come out and he replaced the fan. Another 2months passes, the same noise came back. Customer service was horrible and made me feel like I was at fault for the deterioration of the fridge. I booked another appointment for a service tech and he came out but couldn't resolve the problem. So, I just lived with the noise for and now, the fridge is longer working (mind you, it's only 2yrs old). Today, I had another service tech just come out and said the compressor is broken and needs to be replaced. I feel like I should just get rid of it and buy a more reliable product. LG has not made my "life good" since I've purchased the fridge. I'd recommend staying away from their home appliance products.

Great fridge, The extra door works perfectly for a quick refreshment. LG doesn't disappoint with this model.

Best fridge ever Really know the space. Only complaint is the water comes out in an odd spot

Very nice fridge, looks good, nice options. But the space inside for things like 2 liter sodas and gallon milk jugs is pretty small. The door in a door on one side and the ice maker on the other leaves little space inside for larger items.
