I don't like the way the freezer drawer open's, it drags out the upper drawer at the same time. Offer me a review again in about a year. We'll see.

I purchased it in January 2024. In November 2024, one of the shelves on the right door fell off and broke. I called best buy, told them i paid extra to have the warranty etc, they gave me another number to call. Called the number that best buy gave me, they said that is not something they deal with, to contact best buy. So the a lot of my condiments are on the inside shelves laying on there sides because, the inside of the refrigerator is somehow smaller than any other refrigerator than i have ever had! I cannot stand a bottle of ketchup up in it or anything at that height on most shelves. Very sorry I purchased this and too late to return

Ice machine not as good as I would want

For some reason it just quits working, needs a little banging, and then reset with button. It takes awhile to make enough ice for 4 teenage boys, even with it's ice plus setting. And the ice dispenser is hard to target with your cup, so I've often gets on my floor unless it is a large cup mouth.

Very well laid out for maximum capacity and make large amounts of the preferred ice very quickly

If only water was cold

Glad that LG still makes it. The only minus - water comes out room temperature out of the dispenser

Nothing real special about it!! But, I do not like the face that this size doesn't come with the dual icemaker! The size bigger and the size smaller both come with the dual icemaker, but this one doesn't!! It makes a big difference, since the ice maker is small!! We run out of ice all the time!! Now, there is an option to get a second icemaker, but of course it must be purchased separately, BUT it doesn't give the information of the exact kind to get! Searched all over the net, still can't find the icemaker that is used for the dual! Maybe when the stores open back up, I'll go in and try to get the model number off one of the displays in the store!!

When it was delivered in August it had a scratch and the delivery men didn't think it would fit. So they didn't bring it in the house. Although it was the exact size of our old one. Ended up getting it from another dealer. They installed without an issue.

They were very knowledgeable about the fridge took great care in not scratching anything when bringing it in. Also gave us a tip to put a 2x4 behind it so it would stick out a little further so door would open all the way. We purchased it on 9/4 but deliveries were backed up so only got it 9/22 that’s my only complaint.
