We live out in the country so were concerned about delivery. Our fridge arrived as scheduled. The installers had our old unit out and the new one in within 15 minutes. All the cardboard was hauled away. Man, that was easy. Our fridge if working very well. no icing up even with the humidity. Very happy here.

Pretty!!! but loud for a refrigerator!!! Note: We had to replace the first one right after it was installed because the freezer didn’t freeze. The second one works great though and it has a lot of space

The fridge is good but it’s not how I expected to be because it does not make a lot of ice and I believed somehow it needs some kind of fixing.

Purchased Feb, 2020. As of 9/5/22, Had compressor failure twice and now going out for third time. Although food allowance paid for most of food loss, did not pay for lost time and inconvenience. For a small fridge, it has plenty of room. well lit. and is well designed. terrible compressor issues. Will be inquiring on a new replacement fridge and will not be going back to this model.

By far this Refrigerator has been really good to me and my family. To think this was a refrigerator off the floor one would not know. I would definitely trust BEST BUY and the items they sell on the floor. I guess the only bad part to all this is items on the floor cannot be delivered by Best Buy which I hope one day they change that policy.

This is seriously the worst refrigerator I have ever had. I purchased it in January 2024. In November 2024, one of the shelves on the right door fell off and broke. I called best buy, told them i paid extra to have the warranty etc, they gave me another number to call. Called the number that best buy gave me, they said that is not something they deal with, to contact best buy. So the a lot of my condiments are on the inside shelves laying on there sides because, the inside of the refrigerator is somehow smaller than any other refrigerator than i have ever had! I cannot stand a bottle of ketchup up in it or anything at that height on most shelves. Very sorry I purchased this and too late to return

A month in and so far so good. Long term, it remains to be seen. If its predecessor was any indication, I have to be mindful by the time this unit reaches 8 years old. In the meantime, it's working well.

Wife loves it. Fits the space we have for it, yet has a lot of room inside.

Overall, we are happy with the new fridge! The storage is a little smaller than our last fridge. I'd like to have more door storage. But, it works great for us!

Our old refrigerator died after only 5 years and so we cosulted Consumer's Report and started looking for the highly rated fridge we selected. Best Buy offered us the best package and we bought our choice.

This refrigerator is amazing . Love it so much . Everything works great . Love the drawers and the water and ice station . Would recommend!

Im so happy with this fridge. My husband is now drinkong water everyday. I can keep my fridge well organized now because of the fridge being on top.

When searching for a replacement refrigerator, the sales associate, Abigail was outstanding and very pleasant to work with. She was patient and listened to our need. After understanding a showing us a variety of options, she checked inventory and delivery dates and times. She will be the associate we search for in the future.
