I purchased it in January 2024. In November 2024, one of the shelves on the right door fell off and broke. I called best buy, told them i paid extra to have the warranty etc, they gave me another number to call. Called the number that best buy gave me, they said that is not something they deal with, to contact best buy. So the a lot of my condiments are on the inside shelves laying on there sides because, the inside of the refrigerator is somehow smaller than any other refrigerator than i have ever had! I cannot stand a bottle of ketchup up in it or anything at that height on most shelves. Very sorry I purchased this and too late to return

Repair people said to get digital thermometer. The okd fashioned analog was inaccurate. Fridge has been fine and cooling properly.

Only thing I'd wish for would be a way to separate some items in the freezer. All meats get thrown together, as do all veggies, & fruits. Only one divider in the big drawer, plus the pull out drawer for ice & small stuff.

I was hesitate about stainless steel due to the finger prints. The sales person showed me one that is resistant to finger prints. We scheduled delivery which was a few days out. This service was awesome, we were provided reminders and updates every step of the way. Very pleased!

Refrigerator door issues

I just didn’t realize that there’s no ice in the freezer only ice in the door. The door that has the ice on it shuts and slams on its own the other door you have to make sure you physically shut it or you hear the beeper going off that the door is Open.

Easy to find things in the freezer drawers. The only negative is lack of convenient space for large bottles.
