We have only had this refrigerator a short time. I was hesitate about stainless steel due to the finger prints. The sales person showed me one that is resistant to finger prints. We scheduled delivery which was a few days out. This service was awesome, we were provided reminders and updates every step of the way. Very pleased!

We are very pleased with the over all look, oganized storage and performance of this refrigerator! We hope for continued satisfaction! Very pleased with delivery and setup!!

Very nice unit with great water/ice dispensing system; fit is excellent

The people who brought in and installed the refrigerator were very nice, courteous, and they were careful in taking out the old one and taking in the new one, considering we live on the 2nd floor of the building without elevator. Installation was quick.

Good fridge but not the best layout. So far everything works as advertized.

Installation was quick and easy. Installers used shoulder lift straps to get it over the island and into place. For the restricted volume the refrigerator fit very nice and provides more internal spce for freezer and refrigerated food storage.

I had the Geek squad tech come out to repair issue with my refrigerator but when he couldn’t fix issue with the side of the refrig being dented & wavy he just said it was a manufactoring issue. This will have to be replaced. The problem I ran into is, this Refrigerator is on back order!

So far so good. The ice maker doesn’t make much ice. I’m used to barely pushing the door to close it and this refrigerator has to have the door pushed all the way to close the door so it’s been hard to get used to.

When you get ice from the dispenser, the ice shoots out all over the place! Even when the glass/water bottle is right up against the opening.

I had a very knowledgeable salesperson explain everything I needed to know about the LG appliances, the benefits of the warranties and the accessories I needed. He set a precise date and time window for delivery and setup and how to change it if needed. Very satisfactory as usual from Best Buy.

Refrigerator works great so far. Great space for the width we had to order to fit in our kitchen. Had a few scratches on deliver and delivery was delayed a few times but best buy compensated me for it.

Looks great and I love the ice and cold water in the door. It has more cubic ft than our previous model. So we can stock up and spend less time at the store.

Refrigerators are not made like they use to be… the fridge does not feel Strong and sturdy. It may look like stainless steel but it’s very soft and feels like it can dent easily. You see all smudges.

This refrigerator was the only one that would fit in the space we had that had all the options we wanted so kudos to the floor sales person At Best Buy who found it for us. Even though we’ve only had a short time my wife is totally in love with it. The geek squad that installed it did a great job.

This is a well designed refrigerator with good access to both freezer and refrigerator compartments. One of a limited number of models that fit the existing space in our kitchen.

Works great, replaced a previous LG fridge. So far cooling great and very clean looking.

Works and looks good. Haven’t had it long enough to really rate it. Last one was 47 yrs old. The service in the store and the delivery were flawless. Thanks. Ken williams
