Making noises when it never did before

Had totaltech come out and they ordered new parts. Service tech was very polite, but the fridge still is making the same noise after the repairs. Will be following up on this and hoping it is not a defective unit like my Samsung was. This was a brand new replacement.

First service - the servos inside that controls the temperature stopped working and seal around the door came apart. Now it is no longer under warranty and the ice maker stopped working, and freezer is not very cold. Side note is that It has always been very noisy. We like the design but are disappointed in the quality of the refrigerator. I would not recommend this for purchase.

It also froze the water filter and caused the water and ice to stop working.
