I purchased this refrigerator a little over a year ago. The condenser is already broken. LG customer service is atrocious. I will never buy anything from LG again.

Not as good as previous models

Terrible product

Great room for the size
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just delivered 11/27/23 and it is working great so far. Self installed and no problems. Need to be sure to remove all tape including the thin tape line at the bottom off the doors and around the outside edge. Others complained about the compressor noise and the ice maker noise but mine is very quiet and only took 6 hours to reach true temperature at 34 degrees inside the fridge and -1 in freezer. Ice made twice in that time frame. Also complaints about the water filter but mine went in very smoothly. Have to ensure the insert lines up and should be the 3 and 5 o clock position then a slight turn to lock it. Ice maker is not noisy at all at least compared to modest priced refrigerators. Maybe very high end and high price makes silent ice but this one does the job. I will return in a few months to give another update but it installed great. This fridge did replace an LG that went out on me but I have 2 large dogs and that would require a once a month cleaning of the back of the fridge. I did not keep up with that and it burned out the compressor. I will take the blame there but there are few choices for this size and would hate to see bad reviews limit the choices further if they are not justified reviews. I hope to return with continued satisfaction in a few months. Only thing I would recommend is separate ice and water dispensers so you don’t have to keep pressing the button to choose and maybe a sensor to alert you to clean the back grates.

Lots of room adjustable shelves, freezer easy to organize. Delivery is not available in my area the four hour drive was worth it though!

The delivery not so good though therefore giving only 4 stars. Paid additional fees for delivery and hook up service with which mandatory is to purchase waterline kit. But delivery guys told me that I need to hire plumber to install it, so I’m kind of puzzle here what was that fee for because description says something different at the end it was fine they hook up to my old waterline. Be caution with the delivery service.

LG unit is very quiet, Works perfect early!

The compressor is supposed to be a newer style to avoid the earlier version issues. Water and Ice Dispenser are great. Wish the water / ice selection buttons were a little more prominent to see. The delivery and set up crew from Best Buy in Fort Gratiot were top notch and used care in moving and installation.
