Super quiet dishwasher with adjustable height racks and adjustable spacers. Thirdrack is awesome for shallow bowls and cup lids!

Well, I must say that I love the looks of this dishwasher and will not be able to fully review it until our kitchen remodel is done. However, I am more than pleased already with the LG brand appliances, so I have high hopes for this one as well! And what a deal! Open box, saved about $600.00!

This dishwasher has worked great and I highly recommend it. We replaced another LG that was still working just fine but wanted to upgrade to stainless and have 3 shelves. We have a lot of little plastic items and the top shelf really helps with those.

Got a lot of use right away and very roomy. Simple Controls on door to start. The only reason I didn't give it a five star was due to a lot of water left. I believe it's due to my not programming it correctly.

It does an excellent job in cleaning, and leaves no spots on the glassware. The removable top rack gives an option of putting large utensils to get cleaned, and having the jam them into the flatware bin.

For the fun of it I didn't rinse dishes. The dishwasher still managed to do a good job. Only downside is it is a bit tough to close. Not a problem once you get used to it, but guests find it difficult.

Love the versatility of the adjustable shelves, the tines also go up and down allowing you the flexibility to fit things versus force them in. LG truly has an edge here in user friendly options.

This is a really quiet dishwasher! Even more so than the LG one that I bought 3.5 years ago for my previous house. Like being able to move the silverware basket to different places.

The dishwasher works great, but the trays that you place the dishes etc on while they seam flexible don't seem to be configured properly to hold glasses, dishes, like our previous dishwasher

This dishwasher is just okay but keep in mind I also have a Bosch. On the positives it is reasonably quiet and matches my other appliances. I also like placement of hidden buttons but removed top rack for small items because it was just taking up too much space. Cycle time on auto setting is very long and dishes have water marks. My dishes also don't stay upright as I would like.

This is a great dishwasher. It is very quiet, unlike the old one that it replaced. We can barely hear it when it is running, even when we are standing right in front of it. It has a third top drawer for small or flat things such as knives, long utensils, lids, and baby bottle nipples (this was one of the main features that we wanted). This is also a "tall tub" model, which means that the bottom of the tub is lower, thus allowing more vertical space for the tub to be taller. The tub is tall enough that tall items, such as a one-gallon plastic jug, will fit just fine without interfering with the rotating sprayer (this item would not fit in the old dishwasher). The top two drawers can be adjusted up or down, and most racks can be flipped down for big items such as pots. The unit is wrapped in insulation, which explains partly why it is so quiet. The unit is energy efficient; the estimated annual operating is (I think) less than $50.00. The unit is a beautiful brushed stainless steel, and perfectly matches our other LG appliances that we purchased five years ago. Now the negatives (and the reason for only four stars): It seems to run longer. A normal cycle takes exactly 2 hrs and 15 minutes. If you add extra functions, such as extra drying time, it runs 3 hours and 15 minutes. Unlike our old unit, the bottom of the tub does not have a visible heating/drying element; I think it has one that is "internal" or under the tub. This makes the inside of the tub more attractive, but is less efficient at drying dishes (however, this design is not unique to this dishwasher. All high-end dishwashers are designed this way). Anyway, it doesn't heat up the dishes as much or dry them as well as the old unit. Overall, we are very satisfied with this model.

Purchased a floor model so received at a big discount. No heating element at bottom so dishes do not dry all the way. The 3rd (top) rack does not really get dishes very clean. We have same complaint as many reviewers that the tines fall down too easily. A row of plates will collapse into each other if you are not careful rolling the bottom rack in. Also, yeah, that bottom rack. Why does it not stay aligned very easily. That is annoying. It's a keeper at the price we bought it but would have been disappointed had we paid full price

After the guy hooked it up, almost a day late with no phone call, he tells us there is no heating element so the dishes can't be sterilized and if we don't add special stuff to the washing cycle our dishes will be spotty. He also told us after the wash cycle we need to prop the door open for drying purposes. So i guess we can't run the washer at night or during the day when we are gone. If the salesman would have told us this we would have bought a different model.

My husband and I were trying to decide which brand to pick and LG is by far living up to our decision!! Love the 3 racks and my dishes are coming out much cleaner. Replaced a Kenmore to upgrade to stainless. I must say that Stainless is hard to keep clean on the outside... but the look is fantastic when clean :) Happy I went with LG!!

I'm pretty disappointed with this dishwasher. The stainless steel finish constantly has streaks and smudges, even when cleaned with stainless steel cleaner. I have other appliances that are stainless steel but cleanup well and don't show every spot and streak. The latching mechanism feels awkward and catchy. Frequently I'm left with an unusual film on the dishes after cleaning even though I'm using the recommended cleaning packets. Also, I was hoping I wouldn't need to scrub my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, but it seems necessary. VERY disappointed.
