I use the top rack for my eating utensils and took the baskets out of the bottom. Now I have room for my pots! I also love the half load option for days I don't cook and just need the cutlery and cereal bowls washed. Other reviewers complained the drying function wasn't great, but I disagree. It dries better than my old dishwasher, almost perfect.

This dishwasher is working great so far. It took a little bit of getting use to how to load it. The adjustable racks are good but slightly challenging. I also don't like the silverware holder at the back. I do like how it cleans and how quiet it is.

I read a lot of reviews about this washer and was somewhat concerned because some people seemed to hate it. We really like it. It is super quiet which was especially important to my husband. It's so quiet it's hard to tell it's running. It cleans well and I love the flexibility to be able to load many things of different sizes. I highly recommend it.

Dishwasher is VERY quiet, has adjustable rack pegs, and has a top rack for flat utensils. We looked at a lot of dishwashers before buying and we picked this one because it was rated so highly in reviews and it would be quiet in our open kitchen area.

The pros: quiet and gets dishes clean. Several programs. The cons: dishes do not get dry, even with "extra dry" program. The racks are kind of flimsy and the plates don't always stay upright. I chose this model over a Bosch because it matched my new suite and because BB offered free installation and rebates when you bought a suite. I wish that I had gone with the Bosch, which offers a "no logo" model to match other brands. As a realtor I was taught that appliances should match. As a homeowner I believe that it's better to choose the appliances based on reviews: LG for fridge, Bosch for dishwashers, especially if you're not planning to sell your house soon.

This dishwasher runs VERY QUIETLY! A definite plus. I love the fact that is an third rack where you can place cooking utensils or other items that can lay flat. The interior does seem small to me.

This is the 1st dishwasher my wife and I have bought. We wanted something that would last a while and was built really well. This LG has it all. It cleans way better than any dishwasher i've used in the past. It's also virtually silent. My only complaint is this odd grinding noise that occurs occasionally during the cycle. Not sure what that's about; however, we normally run the dishwasher at night when we're asleep. Not really a huge issue. Overall it's a great purchase.

I had some concerns about new dishwashers in general. I had a Kitchen Aid from the early 80's before, and it really got the dishes clean, until it broke down. But, while the dry cycle doesn't dry as well as the KA did, the dishes do get sparkling clean and the adjustable rack system is great for piling in more dishes than I got into the KA. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised at the performance of the LG. Sidenote for Hobbit Fans: It cleans better than 12 busy dwarves do while singing a tune!

We are happy with our purchase. It is MUCH quieter than any dishwasher we've ever had and it dries better than any other one too. We are still getting used to loading things but this is always the case with any new machine.

I had to actually feel the dishwasher to make sure it was running it is so quiet. Does a great job cleaning the dishes but I feel the wash time is a bit extensive. I mean 2:14 to wash my dishes that are rinsed off before they go in?..... really?

Loveeee it so much. Extremely efficent, and very quiet. I can barely tell that it's running. Wash times are a bit longer than what I'm used to, depending on the options you choose, but the results are amazing. I've had the machine for just over a month now and I have yet to find anything that I don't like about it.

I am still learning about this product. It is quiet as promised except when water is draining out, but this might be more a thing with our plumbing, water pressure etc. The dishes come out clean, and that is the main thing.

I love how quiet it is and how clean it looks! (My old Amana dishwasher was starting to get rusty tines). Honestly, I still don't know how to Best load this thing. I guess it just takes some time to get used it. I also insisted that I have a third rack, but sadly, I barely use it. Also...I had a big box of hard dishwasher detergent tabs, but this washer cleans better with the liquid pouches.

Very happy with this purchase! Cleans dishes very well and has an additional 3rd rack for small items. It also sings to me when the cycle is over which is very exciting for my kids LOL! Looks great too!

I love LG products and this one does not disappoint. It is so QUIET!!! I sometimes forget I even turned it on. I like how the racks fold down so you can fit bigger items and there is a third rack at the top for smaller items. You will not be disappointed with this dishwasher!!!

We have used the dishwasher every day since purchasing. Very quiet and dishes are very clean. Not really sure about the top (3rd) rack. Can't figure out what to put up there since it needs to be so flat and there are a bunch of prongs that hinder putting long knives, etc on the rack.

Pros: Love the way it cleans. My glasses are crystal clear. Like the extra rack on top. Helps with over-sized/odd-sized utensils. Cons: Difficulty sliding in the lower rack. Keeps coming off the track. Bad odor in machine unless we run it often. We only have 3 people in our family, so the dishwasher does not get filled in one day, but we have to run it whether it is full or not, or it will smell BAD when we open to reload.

The dishwasher itself works great and removes food easily - i do a light rinse before putting them in and 98% of the time they come out great. however, almost all of the prongs to hold the dishes up can go up or down - sounds great, except they almost always fall down and it's hard to make them stand up. i'm also not a fan of the silverware holder. the top rack is great, but the rack for cups is too close to it and my very normal size glasses hit the top so i have to arrange very carefully. i would not buy this particular dishwasher again.

This dishwasher is so quiet you can't hear it running! Occasionally you hear the water draining. It beeps when finished, but does not turn off. So I assume it continues to beep a long time. Also, the control panel doesn't turn off until you turn it off, but that isn't a big deal
